The tropical season continues. But, why where did Earl and Fiona finally end their reign.

Now that Earl and Fiona have resolved their heat in the Arctic Circle, the increase in heat activity in the Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific is picking up.

Looks like the Atlantic season is waning somewhat.  True to form the Gulf season makes up for the loss.

The Atlantic still isn't absolutely quite yet.  There is plenty of activity off Africa.
