It will be interesting to find out if The World Bank can be intimidated. Evidently the only defense the rule breaker has is to state The World Bank was as much a rule breaker as he was in regard to this issue. It sounds like the man is paranoid. Paul Wolfowitz demanded changes at The World Bank to clean up the ethics issue while he was financing his paramour's comfort. He is a rule breaker while demanding everyone else stop breaking the rules. Typical Neocon.
