The most compelling among the firings is ...

... Paul Charlton and I'm going to tell you why in just a minute. His firing demonstrates CLEARLY the danger of the Bush White House and it's zealous nature and why they consider Habeas Corpus as 'being in the way' of THEIR FORM of justice.

Basically, Former US Attorney Charlton's firing demonstrates loudly and clearly the complete disregard for human life by the Bush/Cheney Administration. This US Attorney was clearly not a 'Bushie.' He oversees the law of this nation the way it should be. Bush is ordering the killing of people without just cause or sufficient evidence.

According to ALL of the Bush Cabinet members and appointees, they serve at the pleasure of the president. In the hearings of The House Judiciary Committee I heard the words that Don Rumsfeld spoke over and over again as well as most if not all the Cabinet Secretaries and any political appointees. Gonzalez stated, "...I serve at the pleasure of the President..." Evidently, Bush is the dictator that everyone believed he was and if you don't 'toe the party line' there is a backlash of his demands against any established authority of the US Constitution.

In the case of Paul Charlton, he was trying a case whereby a smuggler of illegal drugs was murdered by a drug supplier. Pretty despicable stuff. Drugs and guns and killing. According to the Bush White House and Justice Department 'those people' are disposable and the time wasted on trying any case of this nature is a waste of 'good people's' time. See, good people should not even be exposed to such 'human garbage.'

Well, it would seem as though, in this particular case, there was very little 'physical' evidence leading to the conviction of the illegal drug supplier. Most of what the Former US Attorney Charlton had as evidence was testimony. These folks were 'compromised' by law more than likely and he didn't get involved in talking about the witnesses as he couldn't necessarily. All that 'unnecessary' confidential stuff that can be gotten so easily by spying illegally by the White House. At any rate, Former US Attorney Charlton stated clearly he was told to ask for the death penalty in the sentencing phase of the trial. He did not have sufficient 'physical' evidence to warrant the death penalty. He asked for the victim's body to be exhumed to attempt one more time to satisfy the demands by the Justice Department of the death penalty. He was refused by the Justice Department on several occassions permission to move before a judge for the exhumation. He returned those demands by Justice and Bush for the death penalty sentencing with memos that stated he 'in good conscience' could not request the ultimate penalty without sufficient physical evidence.

Now, this case is not about corrupted election results or the underhanded 'language' the Attorney Generals Gonzalez uses in any directive of the Justice Department, this is about the life and death of people that are citizens in the USA.

'Those people' in the White House don't care about the citizens of this country. Each one is simply a case of good people or bad people. That definition is left to a Neocon dictator to demand of his Cabinet and political appointees 'that serve at his pleasure.'

The responsibly for crime lies in the inadequacies of a society to address it. The answer Bush/Cheney and Gonzalez has for crimes in the USA is to kill people unjustifiably regardless of society's responsiblity to have a remedy in the face of extenuating circumstances.

The use of mind, mood altering substances is a symptom of a society with problems. The USA has problems and it's answer cannot be to kill all those that are affected by those problems. If that becomes the answer to American domestic policy regarding crime, the intolerance and abuse of citizens unable to find their way out of cirucmstances that are beyond their control will become a focus of global atrocity and the USA will be less a civilized country. Those solutions are being applied by the US Justice Department as I write this. Bush/Cheney are losing their grip on an altered reality that a 'drugged/propaganded America' cannot be shielded from seeing and hearing. It's time for removal of this administration and it's corrupt and deadly trends. NOW. The USA can solve it's own problems without the help of a Neocon dictator.

Until...tomorrow...
