You know there is something wrong with this picture. It isn't that he is no in a Humvee as Michael Moore pointed out, which is valid, but the posture the fact that he requires such high level of safety to tour Iraq. How can Secretary of Defense not feel as though this situation is benevolent when he doesn't have complete control of his battlefield. The munitions alone left unguarded that is now in the hands of rebels, insurgents and probably at distant destinations al Qaeda. Where does Rumsfeld believe the resistance get it's finances? The Iraqi government controls the economic development, reconstruction, border security for beginners, yet somehow the lack of ability of these people are okay. The lack of control of the battlefield is enough to pull the troops out and empower the militias to take care of their own. Posted by Hello
