Paris (AP) — The latest on shootings (click here) and explosions in Paris. (all times local):

12 a.m.
Two Paris police officials say security forces have ended their assault on a concert hall filled with hostages, killing at least two attackers. Neither official could be named, citing ongoing operations throughout the city.

One official described "carnage" inside the building, saying the attackers had tossed explosives at the hostages. Both officials said they expected the toll of victims to rise......

This may be new to The West; to have their own citizens pledge their loyalty to a religious extremist group and carry out attacks and deaths of fellow citizens. But, this is not new to the middle east. These methods of killing random citizens with suicide bombers or mass deaths by jihadists is not new. It happens in countries all across north Africa and in Iraq.

This is the way people settle scores in the third world of the middle east. What does everyone think bin Laden did? He brought Beirut to Lower Manhattan. This is the same thing. Iraqis kill Iraqis all the time because of religious vengeance. The middle east has moved outside of it's boundaries because the former governments are gone.
