“The Pink Salt Trick” is a marketing ploy.

It isn’t exactly a scam, but, it is not truthful. In my opinion it is conditioning Americans for lifetimes of gas lighting. But, that is what gas lighting is, a partial truth rolled up in a bald faced lie that creates uncertainty, insecurity, and dependency.

So, if I may.

Himalayan Pink Salt is real. I have used it in my food preparation for more than a decade. However, I still use Salt and/or Sea Salt that has iodine. Himalayan salt is very good for people. That is especially true when fasting.

There is a natural reason why Himalayan salt is pink. It has at least 80 known trace minerals including iron that gives it the pink color and mottled appearance. I am sure you know where this is going now, right? Understand the latest fads for losing weight? Yes? 

Fasting has entered the American dialogue for at least the past year. There are all these weird online ads with the idea there is something missing in our lives that will cure all ills. Those ads are dangerous. Period. Full stop. The only health advice Americans need are physicians and surgeons. Toss in nurses and dietitians, too. 

I will grant the idea that old wives tales have some validity, however, they are desperate measures by poor and impoverished people. So, when faced with the idea Americans are taking their fate in their own hands and fasting for periods of time, how, best do they receive enough healthy parts of diet? Hence, the marketing ploy of the Pink Salt Trick. There is nothing tricky or magical or mystical about pink salt. It is mined from old dried up sea beds. There are other varieties of salt that gourmets use to create wonderful dinnerfare. But, all these salts deliver minerals to the human body that are vital to life.

The fact of the matter is physicians with troubling patients that tend to do dangerous things like fasting probably should recommend pink salt to deliver vital micronutrients to the body. But, medical science is not a fad so much a slow moving moral journey to create better health and longevity. There is nothing radical about it and that is a good thing. 

The truth of the matter is the American diet, fasting or not, lacks many micronutrients. Micronutrients are far more than a multivitamin. If any great chef wanted to be greater he or she can come up with micronutrient rich meals that are also sustaining enough without artificial chemicals to allow weight loss. In my opinion, a good path for an American to take to lose weight is a 1500 calorie diet with plenty of water. Dehydration is dangerous, too.

So, for those fasting a water intake is necessary. And, adding a component to that water with micronutrients is an absolute necessity. Himalayan salt dissolved in water can fill that hole. It is a mistake to exercise when fasting as it increases calorie demand. So, in all honesty fasting is good for gut cleansing, but, not much else. As a matter of fact a human body needs energy everyday and when not eating where is that energy demand coming from?

Not water. Not a micronutrient supplement of any kind. So, where is the human body burning ANYTHING to find energy? The person is not eating. How about any available tissue? Body tissue. Yes, fat. But, ALSO, tissue such as muscle. The human body does not discriminate in the tissue it degrades to turn into energy. So, without exercise and plenty of fluids muscles can not only atrophy but breakdown and create muscle loss.

Every person reading this needs to address their daily diet. If weigh loss is necessary it needs to be addressed as any other disease process and requires a physician who will refer to dietitians and qualified coaches.

PROCESSED foods are poison to longevity.

Will Texas House District 95 continue to exist?

There is a larger picture with the silencing of a black woman State Representative. The district is primarily middle to upper middle class. Dead children?

The social content CREATING these monsters is well known. The USA is NOT protecting their children. 

Violent nihilism or any other form of promoted violence is illegal, especially with young people under 18 years old. 

I thought electronic signatures were absolute proof of the device sending a message. Why is it websites like this exist? It is not freedom of speech when sexual exploitation and promoted violence is the content. This is not legal commerce. The internet of any kind is commerce as people pay a user fee. These violent perpetrators can be identified with their electronic signatures and should be immediately prosecuted and prohibited from ever using electronic media again. A judge can sentence the prohibition of internet access when a crime has been committed. With such a sentence perpetrators can be immediately arrested when they return to continued use of the internet.

These interventions to protect the children of the USA from death should be the easiest measure any law enforcement agent can carry out leading to prosecution. My understanding of an electronic signature is that it is rock solid. So, what is the problem?

In 99 percent of his time in office Trump is a bad actor. 

USAID funding was upheld by the courts as an act of Congress as a humanitarian effort. USA foreign policy includes humanitarian intent. When Trump is withholding appropriated funds it is harmful to the recipient. Trump is doing damage. These are not monies to cover repairs of an

obsolete aircraft that is best used for parts. Although he is intentionally flying repaired, but, dilapidated jets in the military. But, these monies make a difference with human beings and their survival. If these monies are to go to the people of Gaza for humanitarian relief, God help him.

This is pure, classic Putin while Trump lives in denial his Nobel Prize ambitions are defeated by a Russian he considered a friend. Putin doesn’t have friends. Putin has a hate greater than any in the world. That is all he and his communists have. 

The communists always get it wrong. Always. They build weapons that can destroy the Earth and leaves them no place to live. China creates dams for reservoirs that change the rotation of the very planet where it exists and laughs about it. It seeks to create wind turbines bigger than the tensile strength of the material it is constructed. Putin wants the Soviet Union back when it couldn’t survive in the first place only this time is going to be different because he is going to commit genocide of every human being except Russian speaking people. 

They always get it wrong. Go big or go home. That’s the communist motto. They never figure big isn’t better.

I have been reading The NY Times…

…for as long as I can remember. Decades ago the USA southern border was a fairly desolate place. It is different in many ways now. But, every once in awhile there would be a report from the border of another dead migrant. Needless to say, the border crossers were hardly a threat. They could nearly make it to a civilized place even after crossing the Rio Grande. 

To illustrate the difference back then Americans would get upset. It wasn’t so much the border towns alone that would have a bothered conscience, it was the country. Human life meant something. Another human being that could not speak English valued our life and government so much they wanted to be here. The question would arise what is it like over there?

See, they would run mostly out of water. Rarely was it a starvation issue so much as dying of dehydration. So, we as people who were very concerned for this tragedy set up watering stations. They weren’t oasis, but, simply like a lemonade stand of sorts. The migrants would run across the water and would drink the free water. It wasn’t fancy. It was practical. And it worked. They didn’t have any assistance, they found water, they drank, and kept walking.

The churches picked up on it. The churches began to build offices. Here again, nothing fancy. Just a place where one human being met another and cared about their life. Those people crossing the border are poor and impoverished. They still are. They come here in hope of resurrecting their lives in a country where a person is rewarded for good work. 

Migrants work hard and do some of the most backbreaking work in this country. Agriculture can’t do without them. But, today farmers are hurting, not just for a work force they are made to respect, but, monies that support their operations are dying up as well as the land. It costs money to run irrigation.

I know the last thing Wall Street wants to hear or read is another crisis that creates uncertainty. It is why I don’t understand why they aren’t complaining more. What are they afraid of?

The migrants aren’t heroes. They have failed lives for whatever reason they do. They also have cultural problems in assimilating into our culture. That is where the churches came in. They have problems, but, none they can’t overcome. If they break the law there are consequences. But, if there is one thing to learn from them is their ability to survive. 

Legally, people like DeSantas and Trump can rough them up, but, morally these men have no ground to stand on. The migrants are beggars when they arrive at our southern border. But, what are they begging for? Water? They have the moral high ground no matter how they are beaten by those with power, especially those that abuse that power.

All this is known in this country, but, the gun manufacturers are never held responsible for these deaths. Their PRODUCT is killing. Their PRODUCT is killing innocent people. Their PRODUCT is found in the hands of these troubled Caucasian men. So, why is it they continue to pump out these guns and they are found in the hands of people that want to kill? Do White Nationalists promote their PRODUCTS? Their bump stocks? Their plastic guns? Their high end ammunition? 

How is it this country does not declare war on guns and end this hideous tragedy taking our youngest and most promising? How is that? Politics too tough for all the righties? Right? The gun manufacturers and the NRA, the authorities on killing machines come after the politicians that would see the end to their PRODUCTS. I'll be darn. Same as the problem in the past with cigarettes and even today with the petroleum industry ending the benevolence of Earth.

PRODUCTS that kill. That should be on every political list in the country. 

Of course there is no known criminal history. Do politicians actually think the White Nationalists recruit young Caucasian men who have criminal pasts?

Ammunition sales always increase with these shootings because the gun ideologies always become paranoid their beloved weapons and ammunition are at risk. Oh, and then there are the tax issues. Where are the tax assessments EVERY TIME A CHILD DIES OF GUN SHOT WOUNDS? Every gun owner should be worried about getting additional taxes on their income tax when a child dies of unregulated guns sales. A one precent increase in gun owner income taxes when 10 children die of gun related injuries. Another one precent increase to gun owners when another ten children die of gun related injuries. Another one percent increase in income taxes to gun owners when another child dies of gun related injuries thereafter. Sooner or later the gun owners won't have to worry about work, because, their income will go to unmitigated taxes. So much for more money to buy more and more and more gun related paraphernalia.

Consider this.

The children traumatized and dead should have completed their worship service in peace. Wow. What a novel idea.

It’s flow and interruption based in law breaking and contracts. Racketeering with this administration cannot be ruled out. People are suffering because of it. 

Ethics alone can remove most, if not all, of the Trump administration attorneys’ licenses to practice, including Pirro and her conflict of interest with lack of will to carry out her responsibilities.

I cannot believe how much Republicans hate taxes.  Amazing the extent they are seeking to end the need for taxes. There is no word to describe the Republican dysfunction, not even seething hatred is enough to describe.

Republicans have brain washed themselves on thinking computers are so much better than a human mind at work. A computer is an enhancement to the CHORES of a human life. Artificial intelligence cannot exist without first having human beings invent it and direct its  purpose. 

If the rockets of Space X are to prove the benefits of AI, then it failed. 

Artificial intelligence cannot vote. Did everyone know that? Hence, it can’t artificially pull a boner like “Citizens United” to control human disordered thought. I mean, money is not a citizen and the latest robot is not either. Both are inanimate objects without minds or a conscious. There is no legal method to detain money or AI for crimes they committed. Follow? Ultimately THE USE or better said misuse of money and inanimate objects like AI fall to the human beings responsible for misdirection that ends in crime.

Dismissal of faithful military leadership weakens and has weakened the country’s knowledge base. I will quote a friend, a former civilian contractor personnel, “They must be going crazy at the Pentagon.” 

That friend once worked with what is now known as “The Golden Dome.” The contractor knew the missiles were coming before the president did. If Congress doesn’t do something about Trump and his cabinet if assholes they are putting out national defense in severe jeopardy at a time Russia is counting the days to USA invasion.
