Any legally sanctioned voting drop box by the USA Postal Service on legal postal routes cannot be tampered with or eliminated. To do so is illegal. Disrupting their operation is a poll tax.
Those drop boxes are legal by the 25th Amendment and a variety of laws recognizing the relationship between FREEDOM of expression and movement by the people of this great democracy and their constitutionally mandated USA Postal Service Office.
