Trump doesn't have a dog in the wind mill fight in Scotland. Questions?

The Scottish property of "The Trump Organization" is on a waterway called the "Firth of Clyde." Those are protected waters.

Donald Trump as President - Elect has stated he will not be practicing business from his office. He needs to stop conducting himself that way. Making a stand against the Scottish government because of his commercial property is not honoring that promise.

Besides that fact, the waterway passing the Trump Organization property is full of trash. The Scottish government is aware of that and has stated things have to improve. Currently, the view from the Trump Organization Light House looks best after dark.

Environment Secretary Roseanna Cunningham today designated two new Marine Protection Areas (MPAs) around the Fair Isle and in the Firth of Clyde. The announcement will be made at the Marine Conservation Society Annual Conference in Edinburgh.

The Fair Isle Demonstration and Research (D&R) MPA will give local communities opportunities to develop new or improved forms of marine management to protect seabirds and promote ecotourism.

The Wreck of Iona I Historic MPA (HMPA) will preserve the wreck of a 19th century paddle steamer, Iona I, which was built in 1862 for use in the American Civil War, but sank shortly after launch in the Firth of Clyde....

The Trump Organization should send a representative and offer assistance in the clean up. The participation will speed the clean up along and provide for a better experience at the resort. The Trump Organization should use their involvement to adversite their exquisite views and sustaining corporate values. The views of marine litter is hardly worth the cost of the Lighthouse Suite, that is if looking toward the water and not the golf course.

Core Group member (clck here) Dr Philip Cowie, Field Studies Council, Millport signing the constitution, to become a member of the Clyde Marine Planning Partnership, with chair Isabel Glasgow.

Lady Glasgow is set to discuss the important issue of tackling the scourge of marine litter in the Firth of Clyde at a special summit in Millport on Saturday 26 November.
The Field Studies Centre is hosting the event in collaboration with the Clyde Marine Planning Partnership (CMPP) and other partner organisations including the RSPB, Community of Arran Seabed Trust and the Open University.

The groups will be coming together to discuss and share practical advice and experiences in dealing with marine litter, followed by a workshop considering policy options on how to deal with the environmental danger....

It would seem as though the whales have heard the news there are cleaner waters coming to the Firth of Clyde. Humpbacks are known to visit the Firth from time to time, but, the marine litter is a danger to them. I am sure The Trump Organization doesn't want a dead whale washing ashore after breathing in trash from the Firth of Clyde. And a clalf no less. He must have left his mummy and embarked out on his own seeking a safe waterway to protect him.
