A quick lesson on REGULATIONS regarding milk quality.

Louis Pasteur,  (born December 27, 1822DoleFrance—died September 28, 1895Saint-Cloud), French chemist and microbiologist who was one of the most important founders of medical microbiology. Pasteur’s contributions to sciencetechnology, and medicine are nearly without precedent. He pioneered the study of molecular asymmetry; discovered that microorganisms cause fermentation and disease; originated the process of pasteurization; saved the beerwine, and silk industries in France; and developed vaccines against anthrax and rabies.

Louis Pasteur's career has never been surpassed for it's ground breaking work that brought modern life and safety from disease. Why would anyone drink raw milk without the benefits discovered by SCIENCE?
