It is a stay and not a decision, but, courts rule on these issues as they believe the final decision will fall. I must point out this stay is based on a lie. There is absolutely no proof to Trump’s claim of fraudulent ballots. There is absolutely no proof of non-citizen voting. The Trump claims have absolutely no brevity in our experience as a society. The USA Supreme Court is weighting political preferences over fact.
