A day after being detained for possessing (click here) nearly two-dozen pipe bombs at a home west of Madrid, the two suspects have been formally charged and are being held at Boone County Jail on $20,000 bond.

Thompson said they target the mosquito larvae in such a way that does not affect other animals such as fish, waterfowl and mammals.
Fogging will begin today, targeting adult mosquitoes. It is distributed through a sprayer mounted in the rear of a truck. These efforts will continue through September....
