This morning the Republican Party's put a new official in charge of debates after the campaigns complained about the last debate. 
The party announced its new debate official chief just as representatives headed into a meeting about that here in Washington. They're insisting on a larger role in how these debates happen. 
At a meeting Sunday without the Republican Party, staff agreed to send the networks a questionnaire next time:
What's the format? Who are the moderators? How long will it last?
If they don't like the answers, some are threatening to boycott: "A couple of us are the ones that are generating the ratings for these debates, so if we don't come it's a big bargaining chip," said the Carson Campaign's B....
