The latest NOAA satellite. The 'eye' is nearly over Wilmington. The electricity is not reliable, on sometimes and off others, the scene outside my padio door is not threatening but there has been a steady sound of emergency vehicles for the last hour on the street nearby. I don't know what the problem is. We are fine and I expect that to continue, but, the electricity going out my prevent me from finishing today.
