Carthage, Missouri under a 'heat hurricane.' It's a pecular name because these are lenticular clouds and are 'normally' affiliated with cold air. The 'skin temperature' of the air was no doubt cool, but, on radar this spot was warmer than the surrounding aire masses, hence, 'heat hurricane.' Sorry, to be confusing. It was an intense mixing of Arctic Air and Tropical Air and solar radiation under a carbon dioxide blanket. When there is intense concentration there will more than likely be circular movement.  Posted by Hello
