Don't stop any education at the eight grade. It pays to do otherwise.

At those salaries and the level of danger of some of those professions, why wouldn't they be the worst jobs on Earth?

There is nothing like having a job where, "Honey, I'm home," is a victory on a day to day basis.

Come to think of it, does "Dirty Jobs" (click here) ever discuss pay rates or profits? I am not a die hard fan, but, I don't remember any of that being part of the star quality of the featured job. Nor do I remember any exposure of violations of OSHA laws. I am sure that is all frivolous information anyway. There is nothing like loving one's job with happiness at the center of a citizen's universe. Absolutely.
