No Grand Jury. That means there has to be conclusive evidence already.

A Sanford Police cruiser passes a makeshift memorial erected after the Feb. 26 death of Trayvon Martin. The memorial is in front of the gated community where Martin was killed.

SANFORD, Fla. -- In the summer of 2010, a masked man gunned down Ikeem Ruffin, 17, in an apartment complex on this city's north side. When police arrived, they found Ruffin dead and another teenager beside the body calling for an ambulance. The next day, police charged the teen with robbery and murder.
Prosecutors dropped the murder charge last August and said another man, still unidentified, pulled the trigger. Teresa Ruffin, the victim’s mother, said the police overlooked important evidence -- including a witness who pointed to another suspect -- and allowed her son's killer to go free.
“They didn’t do their job,” Ruffin said of the police....
There is a lot to consider when reaching conclusions regarding a murder case. But, there is no doubt the cost of a life should not be vindicated by the law when the law is at fault. I am looking forward to an arrest and conviction, but, it may not stop at the murderer. It should extend to the expertise of the criminal justice system that minimally stagnated in their assumptions regarding the victim and the perpetrator. Three days in a morgue was far longer than Trayvon should have been detained without his family knowing their son was a victim of violence.

Let there be no doubt, Trayvon Martin died a wrongful death. Let there be no doubt, the USA does not need vigilantes patrolling the street with guns that kill innocent people. As Zimmerman claims self defense, that was not necessary in any way before he left his home and convicted Trayvon of a crime he was never, ever guilty of.

I am expecting an arrest, a conviction and a return to safety to the streets of this country free of fear of each other!

Pursuing suspicions should NEVER justify MURDER!
