The Kavanaugh Cases.

October 22, 2019

The President (click here for video as well - thank you) called the emoluments clause of the Constitution ‘phony.’ However, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals appears to disagree. The court announced that it will hear arguments over his potential violation of that clause in early December. Meanwhile, the Manhattan district attorney struck a deal with the President’s lawyers over the President’s tax returns. There is no immunity from impeachment, no matter if a Supreme Court Associate Justice is corrupt to the core. The primary reason Kavanaugh was nominated to the Supreme Court was to protect Trump from the investigation, etc.

Judge Marrero has advised the parties to mitigate their differences because no matter how much Kavanaugh "brown nose's" Trump's corruption fears there are still clearly three branches of government intended to "check and balance" the power within the USA Constitution.

Trump will never be empowered to be a king no matter how much he exercises obstruction of the Congress.
