Vladimir Putin, the most popular president Russia has been loyal to, is staying with 'the guard' to insure Russian sovereignty.

He loves Russia first in hopes of saving the world from itself. He has witnessed the transition of power from one president or prime minister to the next and realizes the dangers terrorism lends to that progression. President Putin, a more than loyal Russian, especially if you paid attention to his last address of the Russian legislature; will remain close to the transition of his homeland to new authority with the next presidential election. That should be reassurance to the world and it's teetering stability, both politically and biologically.

I am more than pleased to realize at a time when the United States of America has nothing but loose cannons in the Executive Branch there is a cool hand guiding Russia's sovereignty and securing opposition to an irrational Bush/Cheney component.

So, for the captialist exploiters of Earth's resources and Russian assets, such as Goldman Sachs, Vladimir Putin's continued loyality to Russian leadership is a reassurance I can easily live with. I congratulate him in being a dedicated Communist as none of his predecessors were, as they would rather lecture to a larger share of capitalism in The West than continue to be a part of a stable and safe homeland. I am confident when the transition of leadership occurs in Russia, it will be the Russian universities that will benefit from his open-mindedness and not The West to exploit. I envy Russia for it's new found footing in stability post Soviet Era.

Putin's decision will further emergence of two-party system in Russia - Mironov (click on)
MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Leader of Fair Russia party and Federation Council Speaker Sergei Mironov believes that with President Vladimir Putin's decision to head the party ticket of United Russia, the country has begun a transition to a two-party system.
"The actual process of building a two-party system begins in Russia today with Fair Russia on the left flank and United Russia on the opposite. The head of state at the top of the election ticket of United Russia will undoubtedly bring many votes to that party," he said responding to questions form the press.
In this context, Fair Russia will also collect more votes than expected, Mironov felt. "Virtually nothing will change for us. We will remain ideologically and politically opposed to United Russia. We have declared that," he said.
