I have been reading The NY Times…
I am grateful for Judge Kathleen Williams
We are still a civilized society.
Four percent of those voting shame this country and put it up for ridicule globally. They aren’t truth worthy with our government and Constitution.

Dead children?
The festival needs to move.
The White House Infomercials need to be stopped.
Stop listening to those bozos in the Trump administration.
Any legally sanctioned voting drop box by the USA Postal Service on legal postal routes cannot be tampered with or eliminated. To do so is illegal. Disrupting their operation is a poll tax.
Those drop boxes are legal by the 25th Amendment and a variety of laws recognizing the relationship between FREEDOM of expression and movement by the people of this great democracy and their constitutionally mandated USA Postal Service Office.
Eliminating advisory boards changes nothing.
24th Amendment
Nothing can interfere with voting.
NOTHING!
The poll tax symbolizes AN OBSTRUCTION to voting. An obstruction to voting must be litigated and removed from the voting process.
Americans work and live all over the world. Men and women in uniform are assigned to a duty station, including places like Scott Base, Antarctica. Without alternate ways of casting a vote, such as the mail service, people would not be obstructed in voting. That is highly illegal.

The right to assemble is under attack
The Fifth Circuit must have gotten kickbacks. I am wondering if this gives anyone the right to complain and shut down churches and other religious assemblies? Hm?
These fools never think it through. All they see is their short term ideological and corrupt goals.

The Trump DOJ breaks the law as they please, EXCEPT, when it comes to Epstein’s Grand Jury records.
Where are the Epstein files Bondi stated she had in her possession with a client list?
Stop distracting Donald.
Let’s go. Where are the files? Burned in the burn bag?
Not the lousy AI stuff your AG is trying to put together like the video of the arrest of Former President Obama. The real stuff that three separate independent forensic experts validated as real. The real stuff Donald.
I’ll go you one better.

Energy emergency is all bogus.
Personal Sovereignty
Rarely do Americans think of personal sovereignty. It surrounds our lives everyday. The Rule of Law operates within the BOUNDARIES of personal sovereignty. It is most often realized in laws that protect Americans’ safety, in lawsuits where bodily injury occurs, trespassing laws of personally owned property, and Americans practice personal sovereignty when they treat their bodies reverently with good health practices as simple as using a personal toothbrush.
Political Corruption…
…is carried out by criminals called racketeers. What is everyone waiting for.
THE USA CONSTITUTION die not tolerate criminals in seats of power. End it!
Expose them, call them what they are, and run on it. Bring Americans reality, not propaganda. Every state has oppositional candidates able to break through the rhetorical propaganda.
What’s the problem?
I thought this was the reality generations. Millennials should be masters of their universe, not passive observers. Come on guys, get with it. Bring down the corrupt and corruption.
End the propaganda.
Greg Abbot has sat in his Texas Governor…
…wheelchair far too long. He has broken federal law over and over. Then he complains when he is exposed. He needs to be replaced with someone interested in lawful behavior that wants safety for all Texans. The state is far too rough cut to tolerate in the year 2025.
You mean to tell me artificial intelligence can’t improve gun safety for children in schools?
Oh.
I see.
Or is it that great safety from gun violence would be a profound disadvantage for profiteers of the gun stockbrokers?
Every Governor in the USA…
“The Clean Air Act”
It is called, “Acid Rain.”

Reverend Barber has been involved with human rights for as long as I can remember.
There is a different approach to interpreting the USA Constitution as a living document rather than parchment and words.
Rucho vs, Common Cause
This is the decision that turned gerrymandering loose. This is what the court said that provided the spring board to call everything that comes before the Supreme Court politics. Of course, politics is the game that everyone in the USA plays, so why make sincere legal decisions when it is a game. So what if only the wealthy get what is needed.
Rucho v. Common Cause, No. 18-422, 588 U.S. 684 (2019) is a landmark case of the United States Supreme Court concerning partisan gerrymandering. The Court ruled that while partisan gerrymandering may be "incompatible with democratic principles", the federal courts cannot review such allegations, as they present nonjusticiable political questions outside the jurisdiction of these courts.
...while partisan gerrymandering may be "incompatible with democratic principles"...

In 2016, (click here) Common Cause filed a lawsuit in response to congressional districts drawn by the North Carolina legislature, calling the map a partisan gerrymander that violated the U.S. Constitution.
Partisan gerrymandering, or the act of creating electoral districts that favor one party over another, silences voters and robs them of the ability to elect the candidates of their choice.
Although the U.S. Supreme Court ultimately ruled in 2019 that partisan gerrymanders cannot be challenged in federal court, Common Cause’s extensive work using the case to educate the public resulted in unprecedented nationwide attention on the need for redistricting reform.
In the wake of the decision, Common Cause is turning its attention to winning reforms in the states.
