General Mark Milley in a live forum just stated "Special Forces" for as good as they are can't win a war alone. He stated it takes the commitment of the country.

What he didn't say is the USA military hasn't won a war yet when it acts alone. It didn't win anything in Vietnam. Iraq is a complete failure and Afghanistan is no better than before the initial invasion. The Taliban reconstituted in Pakistan while Osama bin Laden enjoyed a life as their leader. FOR YEARS.

May 2, 2011 is the day he was killed by US Special Forces. 2011. Afghanistan was invaded in retaliation of the attacks on September 11, 2001. Nearly ten years bin Laden flourished in Pakistan. The USA military and intelligence knew he did not vaporize with Rumsfeld's Daisy Cutters. Ten years. That is not a success, it is sad.

The last time the USA won a war was WW II.

It takes far more than a country to engage in war and win, it takes a global understanding it is necessary to carry out a war and pull in the same direction. Enough of the nonsense about America is great at winning wars when it acts unilaterally; it is a lie.

Would have the Viet Cong won the Vietnam war if China was allied with the USA? No.

Would the Taliban had reconstituted if Pakistan was a strong ally and committed to ending the Taliban's unique design of control? No. No one is going to tell me the Pakistani ISI didn't know where bin Laden was.

And Iraq. It was the war that never should have been fought and the entire world knew it. The entire world knew it before the invasion. Many Americans knew and know the Iraq invasion was a fabrication. So, don't even go there. The Ba'athists became Daesh delivered by Bush and Blair.

None of that is a lie. The 'end' of the wars by the USA are 'goalless.' They begin for an abstract reason and end in failure. It gives the President something to do. Even Reagan ran his own little war. Was it successful? No.

Department of Homeland Security has released "Freedom of Information Act" documents.

Immigration (click here)

Homeland Security should not wait for a Freedom of Information Request to put facts out to the public. Currently, the dialogue in the country about DACA is completely wrong. There is a lot of misinformation. It effects the way citizens see their candidates.

...But it's also the case (click here) that the criminal smuggling organizations are creating considerable misinformation about the state of our laws and so forth. They're - they're telling--in order to induce the family member to pay $3,000, $5,000 or whatever it is, they tell them things like, "You'll get a free pass and it will expire at the end of June or the end of May."

The fact is--and I've been saying this publicly now for weeks and it's being repeated in Central America and the Spanish press that the deferred action program that was established two years ago is for children who've been in this country for seven years, since June 2007.

So it is simply wrong to say that if you come here today, tomorrow or yesterday, you're going to benefit from DACA.
Why is it those facts are not making it thought the static? It doesn't make sense. Perhaps the poison toward the Obama Administration is so thick in the country the words never get through.

Recently, we have seen rate of unaccompanied alien children apprehended in the Rio Grande Valley moving downward compared to earlier this year, but we continue to prepare for any change in current conditions. The Border Patrol Agents in RGV Sector and CBP employees around the country continue to respond to this humanitarian c1isis in a professional and compassionate manner....

Perhaps the best communication is not through the media, but, in the written word. Maybe the Press Secretary should post written notes daily in what is discussed with the press.

Priebus is late to the dance.

NBC News - The Republican Party (click here) has put a new official in charge of debates after the campaigns complained about the last debate.
This morning the Republican Party's put a new official in charge of debates after the campaigns complained about the last debate.
The party announced its new debate official chief just as representatives headed into a meeting about that here in Washington. They're insisting on a larger role in how these debates happen.
At a meeting Sunday without the Republican Party, staff agreed to send the networks a questionnaire next time:
What's the format? Who are the moderators? How long will it last?
If they don't like the answers, some are threatening to boycott: "A couple of us are the ones that are generating the ratings for these debates, so if we don't come it's a big bargaining chip," said the Carson Campaign's B....

There needs to be a mechanical analysis of every Airbus A321 in service.

Let me discuss my thinking about the crash of the Russian jet.

This is a really simplistic diagram of the fuel system of the Airbus A321. I also know some will simply look at the diagram and know where I am going with this.

The TWA 800 jet was a Boeing 747-100. But, there are only a few ways to deliver fuel to the jet's engines. In that is the understanding there is overlap in 'vulnerability' to jet travel between designs and companies.

The Center Tank. It is at the center of the diagram. I was thinking about the fuel in the jet and having a far different mix of volatility. I suppose that could happen seeing there are different fueling companies to every airport. The fuel is usually a local company.

If there was an explosion that destroyed the jet completely it would come from the fact the fuel tanks of the jet were connected to the delivery system of the jet engines/turbines.

Most jet engines have the capacity to turn off the fuel if a fire is evident. However, I don't believe there is an interruption to the turbines if there is a sudden explosion in the center tank. The flash would travel immediately to the jet engines with fuel flow and the jet would be lost as well as damage to the engines.

I did see some resemblance of the jet 'fins' of the turbines between the two crashes and again the TWA flight fell into water. So, there is visual inspection of the jet crash site that matters. Visual inspection begins to tell the story. And the Russian jet is completely dissolved of it's integrity from a visual field and what I can discern by pictures. Pictures will be taken of the crash site as well, so my observations are not completely novice.

I would expect a missile would provide asymmetrical destruction. I would expect the pieces on the ground to appear differently from being struck at an impact area from an external source. I don't see that. It looks to be a symmetrical debris field which would result if the explosion was from the inside.

The company does have some obligation in this. It was their jet and it is their responsibility to return the remains to their families.

The investigation will take up to a year to complete. I hope there will be peace for the families and that is everyone's responsibility. This was an international flight and passengers are completely dependent on good will between countries and promises of safe travel.

...The plane first started flying in 1993 (click here) and went into commercial operation the following year. More than 900 have been made. The two-engine jet can carry up to 220 passengers and is capable of flying up to 3,000 nautical miles while carrying a maximum passenger payload. “Like each member in Airbus’ A320 family of jetliners, the A321 offers the lowest fuel burn, emissions and noise footprint in its class,” Airbus says.

The last high-profile incident involving an A320 jet was in March, when Germanwings flight 4U9525 crashed in the French Alps with the loss of 150 passengers and crew. In this case the plane was deliberately crashed by the co-pilot, Andreas Lubitz.

The previous November a Lufthansa A321 plane had lost altitude over Spain. The Aviation Safety Network says there have been 16 serious incidents involving the A321 since 1996, only one of which was fatal. In 2010 an Airblue A321 with 152 passengers crashed in Islamabad....

There are only a few ways a jet loses altitude. The pilot can take the jet to a lower latitude or there is loss to propulsion to the turbines. Jet turbines don't produce their own air flow. The turbine ceases to turn if the air flow is inhibited by a reduction in the rotation of the turbine through reduced fuel flow.

The loss of altitude is more than I expected to read about the A321. That is an issue and needs investigation and as far as I am concerned it can't be dismissed in this specific investigation of the Russian jet.

Jets don't glide, they fall out of the sky like a rock.

Income inequality is striking our allies as well.

It is a global phenomena where Wall Street has dense influence. The UK calls it an "age inequality gap." It is definitely age related. The younger citizens of The West were dropped off in an economic nowhere.

There was no foresight into the fact there were people coming into capitalism after an education that didn't prepare for their needs for jobs and GOOD income and benefits. The young people were told to stop their whining, buck up and go make a living. Their only hope was to stay at minimum wage jobs they had in college or no job at all.

Review finds younger people hit by severe drop in income and employment amid UK's worrying age inequality gap

Young people are suffering (click here) the “worst economic prospects for several generations” as a worrying age inequality gap is opening up in Britain, according to a major state-of-the-nation report.
In its biggest review yet of equality across the country, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) identified the winners and losers in modern Britain.
Younger people have been hit by the greatest drop in income and employment in recent years compared with older age groups. They also face even greater barriers to achieving economic independence and success than they did five years ago...

It is unconscionable.

Government that believes the private sector is the only answer and has completely trusted the future of our countries to Wall Street is completely wrong. The 'drip-trickle' economies are a lie.

I fully expect the younger generations of The West demand changes in their political leaders to ADMIT capitalism has deficits and it is up to the government to realize the short fall and act on it. They should not take passivity as an answer to their plight. It is definitely a plight an entire generation has inherited because of the lack of talent of their legislators. It has to change. Leaving the future of a country to the hands of Wall Street can be viewed as a form of treason. Legislators are suppose to know what they are doing and obviously "Drip - Trickle" is a lie.

To begin, politicians need to identify tax increases where the monies are sequestered into the hands of a few of the wealthy. It is time to pass "The financial transaction tax" and return function to the people. The poverty won't stop until we stop it.

The Financial Transaction Tax is painless and benign. The wealthy are hoarding monies that need to contribute to The West's economy. They would not have their wealth without the rest of us. Our people need to go forward and there is an answer. If The West passes financial transaction taxes in harmony with each other, there won't silly migration of companies. Wall Street knows the perils of completely moving into Third World Countries.

If a simple financial transaction tax proves too much for Wall Street's loyalties, The West has to rebuild it's economy with the focus of successful local economies. if Wall Street wants to fail, don't stand in their way; we can do better.

How does this happen in unison? Ever hear of the G7, G20? There are mechanisms in place to put solvency in the treasuries of our countries and comfort to the future generations seeking jobs to grow their own futures.

Make it happen.

If the Wall Street "Too Big to Fail" banks complain about their survival with a Financial Transaction Tax, then put small banks back on the map. There should be a return of the small banks anyway, it provides competition. There is little competition today. The West's governments should be completely embarassed when a citizen's savings account has only 0.01 percent return on investment. How are young people ever going to build enough wealth to even buy a house? The West needs to get over their fear of being a strong economy that demands a Financial Transaction Tax.

The complaints about the F-35 didn't happen because of the media.

The only aspect of the program the media was interested in was Lockheed Martin commercials.

Lockheed Martin Corp., (click here) maker of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, announced it’s shaking up leadership on the Pentagon’s largest defense acquisition program.
Jeff Babione, who has spent more than two decades with the company and who previously headed up the F-16 Fighting Falcon and F-22 Raptor programs, has been tapped to succeed Lorraine Martin as the executive vice president and general manager of the F-35 program, according to a statement from Lockheed.
He will focus on ramping up production of the stealthy fifth-generation fighter to support initial operations of the Air Force’s F-35A variant in 2016 and the Navy’s in 2018, according to the company....

When the truth comes out Americans call their demands for change. The last thing the USA needs are loony balloons and the F35 Strike Fighter. When Republicans discovered computers really can be smart enough to make them look good, they jumped in with two feet. It is time to end the delusion.

Supposedly, statements like "I'll kill for my father." is simply understanding the politics of the USA and the passion needed to win Iowa. Passion?

Well, there is plenty of passion that opposes war by the USA that kills hundreds of thousands of innocent people and turns the Middle East into anarchy for sectarian violence and ethnic cleansing.

The FACTS speak for themselves. That "I'll kill for my father." statement is not passion, its' obsession. Get over it.

When does the USA assets turn into a personal militia

The media has no respect for anything or our soldiers, it is all rhetoric for the benefit of power brokers. They can't handle the truth. It's too powerful for them. Forbid, the American people were not clay to mold to the whims of the politicians.

The media has the delusion they have power over the people. What they don't realize is they follow and don't lead for the simple concept of ratings. If the American people were not seeking information to form their ideas and opinions there would be no media. The only QUALITY the media organization have to follow is NO PROPAGANDA.

Phobos is falling apart. (click here) A set of enigmatic grooves on the surface of Mars’s larger moon suggests that the gravity of its parent planet is slowly tearing it to shreds.
We already knew that Phobos was doomed to destruction. It is so close to Mars that the planet’s tidal pull drags on the satellite, slowing it down and shrinking its orbit. In tens of millions of years, those forces are expected to rip Phobos apart before it can crash into Mars.

But Phobos now seems to be showing signs of wear. In the 1970s, the Mariner 9 and Viking orbiters uncovered long, often parallel grooves 100 to 200 metres wide and 10 to 30 metres long, stretching across parts of Phobos. At the time, researchers assumed that Phobos was a homogeneous lump of rock, and thought the grooves were cracks from a giant impact, or rows of small craters formed by debris blasted into space by impacts on the Martian surface.
But in 2008, the Mars Express spacecraft showed that Phobos is actually a pile of rubble held together by a stronger outer layer of dust 50 to 100 metres thick. That means Phobos looks a bit like a beanbag: easily deformed, but held together by a covering....

The illustration at right is a composite of the two moons of Mars with Deimos (left), and Phobos (right).
