It's Sunday NIght

Greek Tragedy

#Occupy Movement is about human suffering under the oppression of Wall Street.

There is sound reasons for these protests and demonstrations.  The federal government, ie Scott Brown, has gross evidence of elected officials being bought through the actions of a corrupt Supreme Court, ie Citizens United.
\
We know for a fact there is an entire generation of Americans unemployed.  It is a national emergency and the federal government is blocked from returning fluidity to achievement according to the "American Dream" standard this economy was built on.

Government is suppose to be benevolent to the citizens.  It is suppose to exhibit moral content.  Congress is completely blunted due to political BLOCKS of elected activists.

Every demonstrator, every protester and every activist is standing on solid moral ground for their assertions under the First Amendment.

Besides the generational oppression, there is ever increasing poverty and homelessness.  This is not the USA, this is occupation of our government by those facilitated by government appointees intended to corrupt the judiciary and obstruct the effectiveness of our legislatures.

There is gross evidence for the PURPOSE of #Occupy.

Police are substituting pepper spray for bullets.

Do the words "Danger Contained" mean anything to the authorities anymore?  This is police brutality.  They lack the ability to discern whom was in danger here.  I tqke it these police don't know what it is to serve and protect.  Failure of training or simply idiocy of power at work?  Probably both.

If I were there and pinned down by police brutalizing me, I would have called 911 asking for an ambulance to transport me to the hospital.  Seriously.  There would be no doubt in my mind.  I did not come to a protest or demonstration willing to accept abuse for the First Amendment assembly right.  If the police prohibited me from securing health services there would be more charges of abuse and if I suffered because of their actions further damaging me upto that point, I would file charges against them if I were still physically able.  This is assault.  There were intentions of harm.  This was not police protecting themselves.  This is an aggressive action.  At no point in time were the police in any way in danger of bodily injury to require tactics of self-defense.

(Just for the record, calling 911 for an ambulance is not a stunt.  I would fully expect to be recovered from searing pin and blindness.  I would expect it all to be entered into my completely private medical record asking the emergency room physician to obtain the identifying lot numbers of the substances I was exposed to.  Emergency rooms can't refuse people suffering and worried about their well being.  The active ingredient of pepper spray is used in salves to assist in solving the pain of arthritis.  It is not a minor agent.  It is intended to alter the activity of nervous tissue.  Self treatment would compromise the liability of authorities and manufacturers)

This is a grossly inappropriate use of pepper spray and police should be prohibited from using it. They should be prohibited from aggressive tactics involving a weapon of any kind when protesters are unarmed while doing nothing but asserting their rights under the First Amendment of the USA. The police should have been there to protect the protesters from any retribution from other sources.

No different than stun guns, pepper spray is being found linked to altering human body chemistry and death.  This is gross malpractice of the authority of police and those unleashing this attack on innocent citizens need to be removed from their position of authority.  There is no discussion on this at all.  There is a lethal component to any weapon and there is to pepper spray as well.

Stun guns are being found to bring about seizures after its application to the human body.

There are active ingredients which cause the pain and BLINDNESS.  There are also components to these sprays that act as propellants, there are processing agents in producing both the propellants and the pepper extract as well as manufacturing processes that expose 'container' contents to toxins.

Pepper spray and stun guns need to be regarded as dangerous as any other weapon and used ONLY in defense of the person administering the substance.  If there is no requirement for self defense then there is no requirement for the use of any of these weapons.

The only legal designation of stun guns and pepper spray that allows them to be purchased over the counter is that they are considered 'sub-lethal.'  That is a matter in dispute.

The abuse of the protesters by the police in this instance exposed them to enough pepper spray to stop a herd of gizzly bears, yet alone human beings demonstrating and NON-aggressive.  This is abuse, these are potentially lethal and injurious levels of exposure.  There is no tolerance for abuse.  None.  This is overt aggression against peaceful people.  The police participated as well as those that ordered it.

Any and all federal monies for this purpose should be removed and training is appropriate police action substituted with that funding.  There is appropriate reasons to deploy police when people are in danger.  No one was in danger except the protesters themselves and the actions of the police are grossly misdirected.  Demonstrations happen in order to bring attention to problems citizens face.  The best way to avoid the so called preceived problems of 'assembly' in this case is to avoid the IMPETUS and not the demonstration.

A Decade of Drought Monitoring (click title to entry - thank you)

November 14, 2000
US Drought Monitor

The oddly interesting aspect of looking at a decade of drought is that the Climate Crisis impact is so very clear.  In 2005 the profound drought was absent.  That was the year of Katrina.  I believe that is THE YEAR when the ground level water vapor began its vertical movement in altitude.  The hurricane 'cycle' following 2005 would not be repeated and when closely examined the near shore storm came to roost.

The intensity of the hurricanes diminished over the years and has been replaced with low "Cat Levels" with huge water content.  The most recent is 2011.  Hurricanes are a definite relief fact to drought.  This information of just one decade with the Climate Crisis taking its most profound reality in 2005 along with changes in temperatures and weather patterns not only validates the Climate Crisis, but, ends any arguments to the contrary.  I really need to write.  I need to compile all the information I have accumulated and end this hideous bantering by the USA Right Wing political idiots.

In 2005 the D4 drought area otherwise known as Exceptional was ZERO.

In 2011 is D4 is extensive at nearly 9% of the drought surface area.

The term is Human Induced GLOBAL warming.  Taking a snapshot of dynamics is not a sincere diagnosis, but, when the entire of Earth's data is realized there is absolutely no doubt about the etiology of the warming or its existence as never before existed on this planet.

UNISYS Water Vapor Image of North and West Hemisphere of Earth
(click here for 12 hour loop)

The water vapor in these images from UNISYS has become dense over the past decade.  There was not that much water vapor in the upper troposphere as there is today.  There is far less water vapor at the surface of Earth than there was in 2005.  I am confident the blog contains images to that effect.

As the water vapor rises in altitude rather than existing in density on the surface of Earth, there is less water vapor available for hurricanes.  The heat normally transferred into the oceans no longer is transferred and the air mass becomes hotter.  When there is less water vapor on the surface of Earth, that does not mean the tragedy stops.  In examining the tornado records in correlation with surface water vapor density, it increases as the water vapor density increases in altitude.  See, the energy is still there.  Energy is fixed.  As the heat calories increase with the troposphere of Earth, the energy has to do somewhere and if there is no water vapor to accumulate the heat and becomes storms, the energy manifests in tornadoes.

In 2006 there was a tornado that killed eight people in North Carolina.  Five years ago it happened.  The same year tornadoes increased in number and 'seasonal manifestation' and intensity.  The same year the water vapor at Earth's surface diminished.

GREENVILLE, N.C. - While spring (click here) is North Carolina's primary tornado season, Fall, and particularly the month of November, is a secondary tornado season for our state.
Last night's fatal twister in Davidson County was a tragic reminder of this fact.
And exactly five years ago yesterday, on November 16, 2006, you may recall the devastating Riegelwood tornado, a monstrous 300-yard wide EF3 twister that claimed eight lives in the tiny Columbus County community.
November 20, 2011                    0045 gmt                            Temperature Map of USA        You've got to be joking.  The extremes of the temperature map today is hideous.  The range in temperatures defies historic ranges.

November 20, 2011                    0007 gmt                                       The change in temperature in 24 hours.  Twenty-four hours of huge shifts in high temperatures.  Oh, one might say that is simply the highs when the solar rays were noted.  Really, so I suppose all is well on the low end of the temperature scale for the  past 24 hours, huh?

November 19, 2011

I think this is self explanatory.  If not, then I need to explain it anyway as it would be a waste of my time.  I really abhor morons, especially when they don't know they are.  I'll throw in one more map for good measure to 'seal the deal' this evening.

The USA Seasonal Drought Outlook for the time period upto February 29, 2012.  Leap year.  The change in the Climate Crisis is not really manifesting, now is it?  The Climate Crisis is sustaining, isn't it?  The CO2 levels and human abuses are the reason.  Does anyone with half a brain actually believe this can or will go on forever without dire consequences to life?  If there are, that is simply amazing.

Revenue is not a dirty word (click title to entry - thank you)

Published: Friday, November 18, 2011 9:13 AM CST
Mitt Romney appears to be tone deaf when it comes to addressing our nation’s debt and deficits. His only test for federal programs, including Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, seems to be whether or not it’s worth borrowing money from China to pay for it.

I’d like to say this to Mitt and every other candidate for president — revenue is not a dirty word. After years of cutting spending so much that we’ve already hit the bone, it’s time to admit this is a revenue crisis and propose solutions that acknowledge as much.

One such proposal is the Wall Street Traders and Speculation Tax Act. This fraction of a tax on risky Wall Street trades (.03 percent) would raise roughly $40 billion to $50 billion a year in much needed revenue.

Sadly, I doubt Mitt would be willing to do such a thing to his friends on Wall Street.

Larry Ginter

Mr. Ginter and I agree, this is NOT a spending crisis, it is in fact a REVENUE  CRISIS !

The Petroleum Industry Darling, Issa, is worth nearly One-Half Billion $US.

Talk about the 1 percent. (click title to entry - thank you)

A new study shows about half the lawmakers in Congress are millionaires, and that their net worth has risen steadily since 2008 despite the financial crash....

...As several previous tallies have shown, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., came out as the wealthiest member in Congress -- with an average net worth of $448 million....

I remember vividly how a possible First Lady by the name of Teresa Heinz Kerry was attacked viciously for her wealth.  So, ah, what gives?

...Back in December, Darrell Issa (click here) sent his now-infamous letter to corporate lobbyists and industry groups asking them to recommend hearings for the Oversight Committee. Among the recipients were Big Oil groups with benign names representing a wide range of notorious organizations. For example, the Independent Petroleum Association of America. In its response, the IPAA focused on rolling back EPA regulations and streamlining the permitting process for both offshore and onshore drilling. Who is the IPAA?...

A Liar Besides?

...On Tuesday, Rep. Darrell Issa's (R-CA) (click here) Oversight Committee will hold a hearing attempting to make the case that "policies that suppress domestic production of oil and gas" are causing "pain at the pump." In fact, a wide range of experts, including the former chief economist of the American Petroleum Institute, have concluded that blaming the Obama administration for high gas prices is a fallacy....

There is no 'theme' for Gingrich, he is a Capitalist.

WASHINGTON | Thu Sep 17, 2009 6:11pm EDT
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Nearly 45,000 people die in the United States each year -- one every 12 minutes -- in large part because they lack health insurance and can not get good care, Harvard Medical School researchers found in an analysis released on Thursday.
The United States of America has profound problems.  People, like Brown and Gingrich are incapable of solving them.  There was a huge financial collapse of financial institutions in 2008 due to deregulation and CEOs that chartered their companies to be driven over the brink of "Too Big To Fail" as an economic strategy.  They failed, the CEOs of Too Big to Fail FAILED to even look beyond their desperation for AIG insurance payouts to realize they would crash AIG in the process....
There isn't much to say.  There is no MYSTERY to these people.  They are incapable and like to appear to have MYSTERY on their side.  If they can mystify the electorate into believing they are cloaked as responsible when in fact they are Harry Potter seeking the latest potion then they win elections.  That is complete idiocy on the part of the electorate that seems to believe being mystified is where its at.

Gingrich and Brown are incapable of reaching beyond profiteering.  Just that simple.  When people are incapable they are incapable.  Incapable is incapable.

Newt Gingrich is THE REASON why people died in the USA for lack of health care insurance after then First Lady Hillary Clinton tried to bring answers.  What is there to say about a man that likes money and distains citizens lives?  There isn't anything else to say.  He is immoral and incapable.  He and Scott Brown hail from the same mantle.

Support at GOP debate for letting the uninsured die (click here)

September 13, 2011
By Michael Muskal | Los Angeles Times
The French Revolution had Marie Antoinette reportedly urging the masses starved for bread to eat cake instead. Now progressive circles are jeering over an exchange involving Rep. Ron Paul that they say shows that conservatives are unwilling to use society’s power to treat sick Americans and would rather let them die instead.

Is the American dialogue unable to simply come to CONCLUSIONS without fancy debates where the immoral seek to be 'pheonixed' into the virtuous?  The Republicans LIKE punishment of anyone unable to fend it off.  The increased poverty levels, the increased hardship from forever escalating health care costs, homelessness, joblessness are all the mantle of this party and they are immune to criticism about it.  Their answer is for those vulnerable to die.  DIE.   They believe those that are vulnerable die.  That is capitalism in its purist form.  Capitalism is a self defeating strategy that leaves the vulnerable on the fringes of life to die.

There is no vurtue here.  They are as they appear and they are immoral capitalists with a thirst for anarchy and death.  Why are people living in denial?  Waiting for the potion?  The Republicans have no answers, Gingrich and Brown are proof.

There are SHORTAGES of drugs that fight cancer while immoral judges seek to protect the right of the tobacco industry to hide from truth in their advertising.  These capitalists believe dying is the answer to their problem so long as they can protect their profits.  What else has to be said.  Oncological drugs are MISSING from physicians treatment regimes due to capitalism.  People are unable to fight off their disease due to capitalism.  What else is there to understand?

And immoral people such as Brown and Gingrich and their Right Wing Media, such as Charles Krauthammer, scream as loud as they can scream that the USA health care industry is the best in the world.  "W"rong!  Dead wrong.  There aren't even drugs to fight cancer in the USA.  The BEST health care system?  NO.  Absolutely no!

Go die.  The profits have become more important than life.  Just go die.  Death panels?  You betcha.  It is called Wall Street.

Bordering on Poverty (click here)

A fuller measure of poverty by the Census Bureau shows more people living near poverty (not poor, but with incomes below 150% of the poverty line) than the old measure does. The new measure adjusts for cost of living and includes government benefits and income lost to taxes, health care and work expenses....

Kicking the Environmental Can Down the Road through Mind Speak.

The quality of the Murdoch media empire to provide accurate, timely and vital information to their viewership is extremely poor and grossly neglected.

Charles Krauthammer insists the only way of immediately recovering the USA economy for the 99% is to "Drill, Babe, Drill" in every available spot in the fifty states.  Like, Wow.  Where has Krauthammer been when President Obama announced in a Joint Session of Congress a Jobs Bill paid for by closing tax loopholes and increasing revenue?

I've considered "USA Today" to be a conservative leaning newspaper on a fairly consistent basis.  They service nearly every hotel in the country and it is no surprise USA Today would be more conservative than not to assist those that would be reading it regularly, namely "The Business Traveler."  The point is that the Murdoch Media Empire is way out of step with its contemporaries.

Report: Climate change worsens extreme weather events

...The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report, (click title to entry - thank you) obtained in draft form by USA TODAY, stresses that expanding cities and populations worldwide, also raise the odds of severe impacts from weather disasters.
"Unprecedented extreme weather and climate events" look likely in coming decades as a result of a changing climate, says the draft report. The final version was released early today by IPCC chief Rajendra Pachauri at a meeting hosted by report sponsors, the World Meteorological Organization and United Nations Environment Programme, in Kampala, Uganda....

The report by USA Today was updated within the past six hours.  Where is everyone else in their reporting of such a vital, comprehensive, diligent and EXPERT set of documents?  Absent?  Is every news agency in the USA too busy being UNLEARNED to actually pursue the higher values of life?

I don't consider the IPCC, the World Meterorlogical Organization or the United Nations Environment Programme to be a minor set of professionals.  They have something to say, it is vital to the well being of human beings on Earth and they get ignored?

Really?

How far does negligence of the Climate Crisis go before the PRIVILEDGED actually begin to be concerned for their own well being?  Sometime ago, ten thousand people FRIED in France due to unexpected climate change in a huge event.  I thought for sure the global community would 'take notice' that severe consequences exist and there must be something done about it.  Did that occur?  Not in any significant way.  Perhaps in France, but, France did not bring its hardship on itself by itself.  I find the media services that have survived to date grossly incapable of being moral and protecting lives.

"Total Recall" - Scott Walker is not a critical thinker.

To begin with, the use of "ALEC" is not a demonstration of the ability to be a legislator.

But, beyond "ALEC" the governments of the USA are a representative democracy.  That means there is one legislator for every person in the electorate.  As demonstrated in the elections of 2008, the electorate was treated as ignorant morons that can have their votes manipulated by dense spending on ad campaigns.  So, the people electing their 'limited' number of representatives to the Wisconsin legislature and the one governorship have the right to demand a recall based on the very, very corrupt intent of those elections by those elected.

Additionally, immediately upon election the governor and state legislature dominated by Republicans began their own agenda which did not inclue the 'will of the people.'  It included the will of the plutocrats.  We know there are only 1% of the populous of any state, with the exception of New York, which comprises the plutocrats.  That means the 99% of the Wisconsin electorate were CONNED into believing the Walker administration with a majority Repubican state legislature would actually represent them.   Perhaps the governor and the state legislature noted the 99% in protests across the nation; that should tell people something.

Governor Walker and the Republican legislature can be recalled when they demonstrate their inability to actually governor to the benevolence of the people.  I am not surprised he doesn't 'get it.'

The epitome of Crony Capitalism.

Congress should support, not block healthier school lunch (click title to entry - thank you)

When Mom said eat your vegetables, she wasn't talking about pizza sauce. But Congress ain't Mom.

The final versions of the House and Senate's agriculture spending bills, released Monday, would
block improvements to nutritional standards for school lunch that were proposed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Among the blocked recommendations: New limits on sodium and starchy foods such as french fries and potato chips, and a move to increase the amount of pizza sauce, which counts as a vegetable, to a half-cup from its current pathetic standard – the schmear covering one slice.
If you're surprised by Congress' move, check out this recent "60 Minutes" interview with former lobbyist Jack Abramoff.

It helps explain how the
$5.6 million spent by food industry lobbyists to fight the improved standards could have done the trick convincing Congress to turn down these common sense fixes, backed by everyone from health experts to military officials....
Will Jack Abramoff become one of the best educators of the American electorate?  One can only hope he can actually perform a public service that changes the seats in Congress to productive members interested in Americans and not money.

Why is it that when there is notable gun violence in the USA, Glen Beck's name turns up?

On November 11, 2011 at 11:11:11 AM Glen Beck was 'on the air' at Rush Radio and whipping up the frenzy with his audience.  I heard the wacko on the air laughing and joking as if he was innocent of the actions of a madman.

Why is it that the Arizona assassin was a Right Wing Wacko that found his validity for violence in extremist rants identical to those of Becks'.

I don't care if these people are deranged with mental illness, it only speaks to the abilities of Mr. Beck and his programming.

More than odd.  More than very, very odd.  More than coincidence.

...On the face of it, (click here) The War of the Worlds should have had no greater effect on the listening public than the previous broadcasts, which is to say, none at all, but Welles and his writer Howard Koch were planning something special this particular night, and though it is a matter of considerable debate if they actually intended to create the subsequent uproar and near panic, it was undoubtedly their very novel dramatic device that did much of the damage....

Interestingly, I have to reach back decades to find such a horrific program that defines irresponsible radio broadcasts, but, The Mercury Theater had a history of creating terror.  But, then again, so does Beck.  The Mercury Theater changed the story to Grover's Mills, New Jersey rather than maintaining it in a country across the ocean.  There is responsible media and their is completely careless media.  I do believe I have made myself clear in regard to Beck.

When I blame Republicans, especially North Carolina Republicans, for a child's death due to the Climate Crisis; I mean it beyond any imagination otherwise.

I gave verbal testimony at The Clean Air Act's New Source Review in April 2003.  I gave that testimony in Raleigh, North Carolina.

I gave written testimony to The Clean Air Act's New Source Review less than a month later on May 1, 2003.

I never said or wrote anything in my life I meant more.  My sons are older now.  My youngest son is 30 years old.  He has three beautiful children ages 10 months, 2 and a half years and five years old.  Two beautiful girls and a handsome and very bright little boy.  They are my angels and they live up to the name everyday.  They are wonderful children and my son a wonderful man and a wonderful dad.

I witnessed the manifestation of the first two tropospheric vortexes on October 4, 2002 on satellites of the northern Pacific and Atlantic.  About three hours later after I had documented what I saw and reviewed the newspapers to find any lower atmospheric repercussions (ground level) I read an article from a scientist in Antarctica.  That scientist had reported that same day that "C Zero," an ice river, had reversed course as it never had before.  I knew that Earth was going through huge shifts in climate even then.

I haven't stopped writing, advocating or acting to bring about change to our state and our country to stop the insanity of using fossil fuels to power our economy that would suredly cause demise of life and liberty for so many and possibly turn Earth's troposphere into a hostile environment for life.

I have been seeking answers to the hideous objections to the geoscience of Human Induced Global Warming, now described better as the Climate Crisis, for longer than October 4, 2002.  It was that pursuit that allowed me to witness the events of that day.

In November of 2002 there were no tornadoes.

When I witness the death of a three year old child that could have been averted if state and federal legislators acted to stop this insane economy of crony politics pandering to fossil fuels rather than energies of the future; I will NEVER remain silent.  I take my role in this disaster seriously, it would be better if everyone else did as well.

I wil be at the end of a computer tomorrow and for as long as it takes until the idiots of government are either gone or have reformed their immoral value system.  Virginia Foxx may be famous in her district for extremist values of the anti-abortionists, but, she does not value the life of a child and today is PROOF.

...And last but never least; (click title to entry - thank you) I am a mother of two young men, ages 22 and 24 whom I wish to return hope to their lives of an Earth full of life and longevity....

Republicans are killing jobs AGAIN !

For every job lost, the smaller the tax base for the nation.  The Republicans are Anti-American.  They don't care about the future of our country, they only care about their cronies.  In this case, the petroleum industry is at the heart of the jobloss!

Live Streaming from Occupy Wall Street (click title to entry - thank you)

The current report is a young man was 'clubbed' by police causing an injury to his head that resulted in bleeding.  The protesters have video of the blood spots on the ground as to where it happened.

There are reports of police being injured with a liquid substance; up to four officers.  That is not a good thing.  The incidents where injury occurs on either side causes escalation of fear of each other and results in greater force being applied to oppose each other.  That is a 'impetus' to increasing dangerous behaviors.  I do not approve of either the police or the protesters using injurious force against each other.  Next thing that happens are guns, etc., and they we are off to the races.

There cannot be escalation by either side.  The protesters are sincerely upset by the blood on the pavement.  NO retaliation by either side.  There are no enemies here, there is however justice being sought by protesters that are witnessing an entire generation unemployed.

No eacalation of fear of each other and no retaliation.  None.  Justice must prevail, not violence.

How many City Cops have their young adult children unemployed?  The number is not zero.  They know.

President Obama needs to remind Indonesia how loved their country's preservation efforts are by many in the USA.

The rarely encountered marbled cat. Photo by: WWF-Indonesia

...The five cat species (click title to entry - thank you) documented in the forest corridor represent a wide-range of threat levels according to the IUCN Red List: the Sumatran tiger (Critically Endangered), the Sunda clouded leopard (Endangered), the marbled cat (Vulnerable), the Asian golden cat (Near Threatened), and the leopard cat (Least Concern).

"Four of these species [leaving out the leopard cat] are protected by Indonesian Government regulations," said Karmila Parakkasi, coordinator of the WWF-Indonesia Tiger Research Team. "This underscores the rich biodiversity of the Bukit Tigapuluh landscape and the forest corridors that connect to it. These amazing cat photos also remind us of how much we could lose as more of these fragile forests are lost."

While five cat species in one forest is hugely notable, the largest number of cat species recorded in a single habitat is seven from a forest in India that recently gained protection.

Bayunanda says the presence of these cats should make the Indonesian government act to save the forest....

The IUCN Red List is recognized internationally.  There are far, far to many species already on its 'extinct' list.

Status: Extinct     ver 3.1
Extinct status from 1988.

The alternative energy company Solyndra and their troubles are not a 'Big Deal.'

The fact of the matter is the SUBSIDIES paid to oil companies could be stopped and used to FUND the Alternative Energy Loan Program.

Alternative Energy Programs have to be politically protected.  The Office of the President was absolutlely correct in delaying the vicious attacks of the Political "Petroleum Industry Bought and Sold" Right Wing of the USA.

Programs that involve alternative energy technologies have been UNDERFUNDED for decades in favor of dangerous petroleum industry technologies such as oil sands extraction and hydraulic fracturing.

The Democrats are usuall the party of CONSCIENCE when it comes to issue of the environment and cutting edge technology development, so what is the problem with defending the DOE and their policies with Solyndra.  Dr. Chu is not political hack or a stupid man that plays with fire.  Quite the contrary, he is attempting to faciliate decades of abuse of Republican administrations to an industry direly needed in the USA.

I have said this before and I'll say it again over and over and over, the alternative energy industry requires FOSTERING and any failure of the industry to prosper and thrive needs investigation and legislative intervention to provide the foothold it needs to develop American Made Energy that does not POLLUTE and endanger the environment.

Get over it!!!!!!!!!!!  Is everyone a complete coward regarding WHAT IS BEST FOR THE USA?

The Alternative !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I mean really now.  Reagan had the Super Collider and Bush had Yucca.  Huh?

Isn't it time the USA Senate and House stop wasting valuable time and money on technologies that simply aren't healthy for the American people and make the correct and best investments?

Yucca Mountain is located about 90 miles northwest of Las Vegas. (click here)

Republican Sen. Mark Kirk of Illinois dropped on Wednesday his amendment to block any funds from being used to shutter the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository — an order that would have effectively led to its redevelopment.
Cue the scramble by the Nevada delegation for who gets to take credit — which got so frenzied that even Kirk decided, of his own rather curious volition, to weigh in....

Cover Yucca with Solyndra panels and call it a day!  I am quite sure Chu can make it happen and be profitable.

The States in increasing number require our Seniors to retest in order to maintain their driver's license, hence Photo ID.

There needs to be federal legislation to begin to REQUIRE those Social Security recipients that have no photo ID or have been refused Driver's License to carry Social Security Cards with Photo ID.

The Social Security Administration goes through great length to serve our Seniors.  They even make House Calls to assist in issues pertaining to benefits.  I don't know why a positive ID in this age of voter suppression and identity theft can't be provided to Social Security Recipients that have no other method of identification.  Times are changing and the Social Security Administration has to change with them.  Their Social Workers could easy carry digital cameras, without any fancy back drop, to any recipient that has lost their driver's license and has no other method of proof of ID.

The States on the other hand, should extend ID priviledges to any former Driver License holder in providing a Photo ID at the time of retesting regardless of success of the Senior in maintaining their priviledge to drive.  The Photo ID should be issued at the very same day of their testing.

"Bloomberg's Finest" are protecting the Wall Street Wealth Merchants from what exactly?

Most of the folks within the INSTITUTION of Wall Street carry weapons.  The protesters DON'T.

Occupy Wall Street hits 2-month mark, launches 'day of action' (click title to entry - thank you)

November 17, 2011 |  5:40 am
REPORTING FROM NEW YORK --  Occupy Wall Street vowed to mark the two-month anniversary of its protests with a "day of action" today, beginning with a march to the heart of the financial district -- the New York Stock Exchange -- that drew hundreds of chanting, sign-waving supporters to lower Manhattan.
By 8 a.m., demonstrators had gathered near Zuccotti Park, their former encampment, chanting "All day, all week, Occupy Wall Street!" as they prepared to march the few blocks to the stock exchange. Later, they vowed to occupy about 16 subway stations before carrying their protest to Foley Square outside Manhattan's courthouses.

But scores of police blanketed the area near Zuccotti Park, setting the scene for possible clashes similar to those that have led to hundreds of arrests in past demonstrations. Tensions were especially high in the wake of Tuesday morning's surprise police raid of Zuccotti Park, which dismantled Occupy Wall Street's 2-month-old tent city there. A judge has ruled the city had the right to prevent marchers from camping there, forcing protesters to spend their nights elsewhere.

Kristin Gardner, 46, a former teacher, carried a sign that read "40,000 in student loans where's my bailout." She said she didn't know what would become of the movement, but added, "I hope we make a statement to our government that changes the focus of what is important."...

Protesters can't afford concealed carry weapons.  They can't even afford the food and medical attention and medicine they need to maintain their health, yet alone concealed carry.  For the 99% Pawn Shops are their best friend and they ain't purchasing.

House Passes Concealed Carry Gun Bill (click here)

The House of Representatives passed a measure Wednesday that would make a permit to carry a concealed firearm from one state valid in any state that allows citizens to carry concealed weapons. The vote was 272 to 154.

The National Rifle Association-backed measure had the backing of the vast majority of Republicans along with a coalition of pro-gun rights Democrats.

A matching bill has not been brought forward in the Democrat-led Senate. But gun rights advocates have previously nearly-successfully attempted to attach a similar measure to unrelated legislation.

Every state except Illinois and the District of Columbia allow residents to carry concealed weapons, the Associated Press reports, but states have varying standards for issuing permits to do so....

Europe has more at stake, including Russia and China, than the USA in regard to nuclear weapons in Iran.  The Iranian missile capacity is significant.  The brevity of this group of nations should be obvious and will result in final analysis of the evidence regarding the THREAT of Iran's program.

Foreign Minister (click here) Ali Akbar Salehi says the Islamic Republic is holding negotiations with Russia to find a solution to the dispute between Tehran and the West over Iran’s nuclear program....

Russia and China are opposing sanctions with Iran.  Their opinion matters.  The USA has a history now of being an aggressor nation in the Middle East.  The fact there are other nuclear nations opposing the evidence of the IAEA and willing to back it up brings about a brevity that is a pre-cursor to a larger opposition of any aggressions of Israel and the USA.  These circumstances are not a joke and Iran will not be another Iraq.

The EVIDENCE validation process and a joint dossier is important and carries far reaching implications that will cause the USA's Neocons to sit back on their hunches and realize they don't have carte blanc to invade or attack Iran.

A group (click title to entry - thank you) of international mediators on Iran is planning to present a draft resolution on Iran’s nuclear dossier to the International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors, a source said on Thursday.

The resolution is “well balanced,” he said, adding that Russia seeks to intensify dialog between the agency and Iran.

Russia has lately proposed a strategy for “restoring trust in relation to Iran’s nuclear program based on principles of reciprocity and gradualism,” the source said.
The Iran Six, including Russia, the United States, China, Britain, France and Germany, have been trying since 2003 to convince Iran to halt its uranium enrichment program....
