"Total Recall" - Scott Walker is not a critical thinker.

To begin with, the use of "ALEC" is not a demonstration of the ability to be a legislator.

But, beyond "ALEC" the governments of the USA are a representative democracy.  That means there is one legislator for every person in the electorate.  As demonstrated in the elections of 2008, the electorate was treated as ignorant morons that can have their votes manipulated by dense spending on ad campaigns.  So, the people electing their 'limited' number of representatives to the Wisconsin legislature and the one governorship have the right to demand a recall based on the very, very corrupt intent of those elections by those elected.

Additionally, immediately upon election the governor and state legislature dominated by Republicans began their own agenda which did not inclue the 'will of the people.'  It included the will of the plutocrats.  We know there are only 1% of the populous of any state, with the exception of New York, which comprises the plutocrats.  That means the 99% of the Wisconsin electorate were CONNED into believing the Walker administration with a majority Repubican state legislature would actually represent them.   Perhaps the governor and the state legislature noted the 99% in protests across the nation; that should tell people something.

Governor Walker and the Republican legislature can be recalled when they demonstrate their inability to actually governor to the benevolence of the people.  I am not surprised he doesn't 'get it.'
