I am fully tired of the obvious hatred by the media of President Joe Biden.

Personally, I think it is more than a hatred of President Joe Biden, I think the press has come to hate Democrats. So, any excuse to pick on them is a good excuse.

At first I hadn't realized President Biden was approaching his 79th birthday. I thought at first it was Mitch McConnell the article was addressing who is already 79 years old and all he ever does is obstruct.

You know, if Bezos is worried about Amazon and the government's probes into potential anti-trust, he ought to conduct a better business model rather than conducting PR protocols when the worst parts of Amazon are finally leaked to the public.

The problem with the Democrats is that they really do care about the country and our democracy. President Biden ran in the first place because he could beat Trump and it is why he will run again. If I am not mistaken, while he was a Former Vice President, Joe Biden was making plenty of money in speaking engagements and the like. It may be he took a cut in pay to be President of the United States of America.

The age discrimination in the media is horrible. Not only President Biden has to swim upstream against it, but, citizens do because it transcends politics and enters the vapors of our society. I might remind everyone who cares to understand the USA and citizens' ages; Social Security has incentives to keep Americans working past the legal age of full retirement. Some people I know are aspiring to work to the age of 79. I do believe they take some of their inspriration from President Biden.

The public needs to realize the USA is a country of opportunity. That is to be the case for everyone regardless of gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion or age. I wish the media would recognize that rather than seeking to divide the country any further.

If the Washington Post wants to carry out some remorse over these problems it faces, it might try to compose a Sunday flyer on the people who have served the USA the longest and the age they were in passing or retirement. People like Robert Byrd, who while considered racist by today's standards in his early years as a US Sentor, went on to be one of the most beloved US Senators of our time. Daniel K. Inouye is another. Edward M. Kennedy didn't live long enough to see his health care aspirations pass into law.

Between the US House and the US Senate the average age in service is greater than 50 years old and that is when many begin their service. I think Ronald Reagan was 77 when he completed his second term and the people of this country loved him.

President Joseph Biden has assembled the most diverse group of people to work in his administration, the Executive Branch. Every American without exception should be extremely proud of that fact. I love it that he reached for the brass ring in finally having the highest diversity in his administration than any other USA President. It took President Biden to achieve that, a man of integrity and responsibility to all Americans, not just White Americans with big bank rolls.

The Democrats are always reaching for a better and higher standard for this country when it comes to civil rights, human rights and the integrity of government. The USA as most Americans believe, has been a beacon to the world in achieving diversity and responsible government what operates as a well loved and established democracy.

President Biden is a magnificent leader seeking to put the USA back on track to honor the Middle Class, inspire upward movement, asking for responsible citizenship in any tax burden we face and to think clearly about the dangers of military style weapons on our streets. Those are magnificent goals.

When one looks at Delaware the state President Biden served as a US Senator, the PER CAPITA income of the people in that state improved every year. Why? Because their Senators and legislators valued the people over the wealth of a few. The Republicans should aspire to such remarkable feats.

Honestly.

...For now, at least, Harris and Buttigieg, (click here) barrier-breaking Democrats who failed in their initial White House bids, are the highest-profile prospects to succeed Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket in 2024 or 2028, although other promising candidates are all but certain to emerge. Biden has said he plans to run for reelection, but as he nears his 79th birthday, even some of his allies are not sure he will....

Semi-annual booster shots for COVID-19

It appears as of now, the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor is recommending a booster shot every six months for COVID-19. They are definitely placing reminders in patient's online charts and communication system. Following the third booster, this would be at least four shots recommended to MAINTAIN immunity until the pandemic abates.

What Rittenhouse did was not self-defense, it was combat. There is no death penalty in Wisconsin.

See photos from Day 8 of Kyle Rittenhouse's trial in Kenosha (click here)

There was no self-defense. He came into a crowded street with an illegl AR-15 and shot people that were trying to remove the gun from him. Rittenhouse engaged in combat to keep his military style weapon in his possession. On several occassions he stated he believed people were removing his gun. It is not legally owned by Rittenhouse and at the age of 17 he shouild not have been carrying it into a dangerous situation.

He also stated he headed for the line of police officers as he was assaulted. Those trying to remove the gun from his possiession were somwhat winning until Rittenhouse fired and killed or wounded them.

HE WAS THE PROBLEM and people were trying to disarm him to save lives. If someone wades into an unarmed crowd with a military style weapon, there is going to be scared people and those that will attempt to take the weapon away from the gunman.

You can call it immature or wrong-headed, but, no one can call it self-defense and the Rittenhouse lawyers are grasping at straws if they think they can force a mistrial. Mistrails occur after the jury has the case to decide.

I think the prosecution, in trying to get the jury to realize that Rittenhouse was formulating a story as the trial rolled out, over reached in his office's authority. In stating Rittenhouse was silent until the trial is a strategy the jury should understand, but, it was not the prosecutor to attempt to dissolve the right of self-incrimination. I understand all that as a strategy and the prosecutor was correct in trying to illustrate it to the jury, but, Rittenhouse had the right to remain silent based in Fifth Amendment rights. The judge was correct to point that out to the prosecutor and telling him Rittenhouse was exercising his right. The fact it was inconvenient for the prosecution to make their case that Rittenhouse' silence lead to a different trial testimony on record, is allowed under the law. One has to hope the jury is thinking clearly about events as they unfolded during the trial and perhaps realize the defendent was deceiving the jury about his silence and now testimony.

Rittenhouse's importance as a law enforcement volunteer, fire volunteer and emergency medical volunteer is all self-aggrandizement. He had no legal authority to carry out any of those roles and there were trained personnel there to act on any of his ideological roles that night.

That is the problem with these weapons and the people that use them. They are self-determining their own authority over and above what is allowed by law. Rittenhouse compromised the police that night and caused greater danger to those protesting and rioting. Rittenhouse and his faciliators increased the problems for police and did not make the evening safer. Vigilantes. There is no definition other than that for people armed to enter combat.

Santa Rosa County (click here) Sherrif's Office Captain Blevin Davis, the department's lead firearm instructor gets ready Wednesday to demonstrate how to use one of the SRSO's newly purchased AR-15.

This is what we are doing to ourselves. We are turning our streets into war theaters.

White Supremacists?Nationalists are recruited and groomed as teenagers. Rittenhouse is a prime example. They don't have to be members of any organization and/or attend meetings to qualify.

Someone or something is responsible for his orientation in life. Killing is legal and best.

End of discussion.

Kyle Rittenhouse is not a saint.

All the moral "content of character" the defense attorney is bringing up is common with white supremacists/nationalists. They also claim to be close to god. There is not one African American in that picture.

There are two men dead and one seriously wounded. They were in the process of trying to end his assault on the people. That should not have cost them their lives, but, it did. Even with the other man that was wounded, he was compelled to draw a pistol to try to attempt the same moral purpose, end the assault. That gun in Rittenhouse's hands was preceived by three men to be a danger to everyone. Rittenhouse was infalmmatory to the events of the night and was grossly out of place in his content and intentions.

The person throwing a brick at a policeperson needs to be held responsible for his attack on a policeperson.

Vigilantes. Trying to put out fires that came under control by firepersons. I would love to know where he got the idea his vigilante status was okay and needed.

His reporting of bad people is his perspective alone and perhaps an audience of unsumpathetic people that don't care to deal with racism. Good and bad ideas about people are subjective and not fact.

Is he a survivalist? That is all reason to be a volunteer anything. Experience and training that has a self-serving component as well as being a darling of mercy. Not an EMT. Free training for being a volunteer. He is not an EMT but continues to believe he can do things necessary that may be harmful without proper training. The ONLY reason for a bystander without professional training to provide care is for fire and/or active bleeding and/or difficulty in breathing.

No matter his saintly ideas, he is still a vigilante.

I doubt I have anything else to add. The jury needs to hear from the prosecution at closing statements about the REAL issues.

President Obama heard Greta and the people carrying out climate protests.

The former president didn't come to make a speech for the prestige of it; he came to be heard. This change has to come and President Obama is committed to it. I appreciated all his words.

If one person is at risk because of climate, then we are all at risk because of climate. Just in the last year pods of whales in Antarctica were so confused by the changes in the water and climate they didn't migrate. These whales are mammals. We are mammals. There is reason to protect existing species, because they are an indication of how seriously dangerous the oceans have become to sustain life.

Earth is a water planet. We will lose Earth if we continue down the current path.

When the climate is not recognized for the emergency that exists, the result is poorly thoughtout policy.

Saddam Hussein, (click here) who accused the region’s Marsh Arab inhabitants of treachery during the 1980-1988 war with Iran, dammed and drained the marshes in the 1990s to flush out rebels hiding in the reeds.

"Try to imagine how life would change if your water supply suddenly vanished. That’s what happened to the Ma’dan people of southern Iraq—the Marsh Arabs—when the water started to disappear from the Mesopotamian marshes, or 'the land between the rivers', where they had lived for more than 2,000 years."...

In the aftermath of the 2003 war (click here) against Iraq, the newspapers are full of stories about the monstrosities of Saddam Hussein’s regime. One example is the destruction of the Iraqi marshlands leading to severe consequences for the human and wildlife population. While the responsibility for the atrocity against the Marsh Arabs is Saddam Hussein’s, the desiccation of the marsh environment can be ascribed to a number of the hydro-political decisions made in the catchment area of the Euphrates and Tigris Rivers. Based on an analysis of the discourses of the destruction, it is demonstrated how these have changed after the war and are used in the battle to legitimise the war. This has led to a simplified image of the marshes and the Marsh Arab way of life. As the paper shows, a more complex approach towards the processes leading to this human and environmental disaster is required, if repatriation and rehabilitation of the area are to stand a chance....

Chibaish, Iraq - A water buffalo, (click here) her stomach bloated and haunches sunken, lies dying on a dry expanse of cracked earth. Her calf nuzzles her but she doesn't respond. A few yards away, another water buffalo, all skin and bone, wallows in the mud at the edge of the drying marsh waters.

The people who herd these animals in Iraq's southern marshlands are unable to save them. Drought and extreme temperatures that scientists link to climate change are altering the habitat around them and slowly ending a way of life as old as civilization itself....

Yeah, I know. The moon usually makes an appearance here. Not tonight.

Covid deaths are less than climate. A total of 5.04 million as of today. The world court has indicted Brazil's president Bolsonaro for his allowance of deaths in that country from COVID-19. Trump is no different. But, when is the world court going to indict oil CEOs and their stockholders for bringing Earth to the point of climate emergency?

Climate Change Linked to 5 Million Deaths a Year, New Study Shows

July 7, 2021
By Laura Millan Lombrana

The extraordinarily hot and cold temperatures (click here) that are becoming more common as climate change accelerates are responsible for 5 million deaths globally every year.

Extreme weather accounted for 9.4% of all deaths globally between 2000 and 2019, according to researchers who on Wednesday published the first study linking changes in temperatures to annual increases in mortality. While most deaths have been caused by exposure to the cold, the trend is likely to reverse as the planet warms, they said....

Both political parties are guilty of ignoring the dangers of climate and seek increases in oil production in order to ensure election wins. After all no one is going to stand up to the USA's consumer wealth. It is pure arrogance to believe Americans are immune from climate change and it's rath, when the rest of the world is suffering deaths in the millions. Morality in American politics is lost.

London - U.S. Energy (click here) Secretary Jennifer Granholm has called on oil-producing nations to immediately increase crude supplies to mitigate the surging cost of living.

On Thursday, oil cartel OPEC and its allies agreed to continue with their current output plan, deciding against loosening the taps despite U.S. pressure to help cool the market.

Oil prices have recently hit their highest levels since 2014, and crude-importing countries are feeling the pain. It’s boosted gasoline prices and has added to surging inflation rates around the globe, with consumers already paying more due to supply bottlenecks in the economy.

Asked by CNBC about the U.S.’s relationship with Saudi Arabia, the de-facto leader of OPEC, after the output decision, Granholm said: “In some places, we have strong relationships and in some places we wish our allies would move a little faster.”...

Years later, she is among the crowds that protest outside the conference.

Ms. Greta Thunberg has appeared at many climate assemblies, these are just a few.

She was the final speaker of the rally that occurred outside COP 26. (click here) There were many reasons to criticize COP26, but, it has to be said it was occurring during a global pandemic. The southern hemisphere was underrepreasented and it is not clear as to why. The UK, including Glasgow, was experiencing the emergence of the "Delta variant." That has to at least be noted as a dynamic that cancelled this conference a year ago.

So, it is back in business.

Greta is correct in all her assertions. She has educated herself well to the issue at hand and she is absolutely correct, the world is dragging their feet in instituting the change that is needed. She is correct to demand action now. I believe she is worried about her future and the decision makers at COP26 won't be here when the climate causes incredible hardship.

There is a great deal of injustice in all she speaks about and perhaps it is the lack of profound reality that prevents the change required.

The petroleum industry is fighting hard to keep it's products in the favor of consumers globally. The recent Virginia elections are a strong reflection of that priority among the wealthy that want to remain that way. I do believe President Biden is pushing the changes needed in the USA, but, the resistence is a tough headwind.

Big money means no sacifice or admitting they are wrong. Big money means success, doesn't it? I mean that is the global standard for success. Make as much money as possible and don't look back. Even in the face of global deaths and climate disaster. Dear God, they aren't even WILLING to see the changes in the Stratosphere.

In perspective, Greta's demands are mild to the ultimate reality of what will occur when Earth's loses it's atmospheric balance. Earth's atmospheres are what makes it the only planet that supports life to the knowledge of humans today. Yet. When it comes to appreciating that fact, it doesn't even register as a concern. I have many friends that are scientists. I have friends that dedicate themselves to Christian beliefs. They all say the same thing, "When will it matter?" That is all Greta is asking, "When will my generations' quality of life matter?"

COP 24. Greta believed in conferences and people that can make a difference.

Awards are valued, but, her dedication is noted in her reference to the activists that bring attention to the emergency.

The Goldene Kamera ("Golden Camera") is an annual German film and television award, awarded by the Funke Mediengruppe. The award show is usually held in early February in Hamburg, but has also taken place in Berlin in the past. The gold-plated silver award model was created by Berlin artist Wolfram Beck. It is 25 cm (9.8 in) high and weighs around 900 grams (2.0 lb).

To understand the degree Greta Thunberg is accepted as authority for her generation, the view of the full speech might be helpful.

She is correct, her childhood has been taken from her in order for her to beg for her life on Earth. In this entire speech at the European Parliament begins at time stamp, 22:05.

She, no different than Malala, never made career choices. They accept the burden to be their generational voice.

The difference between Greta Thunberg and CEOs that make nice speeches is that she actually lives the promise.

"Change is coming whether you like it or not."

Teen climate sensation Greta Thunberg (click here) has made it to New York City after her 15-day voyage by yacht from Plymouth, England.

After disembarking to a cheering crowd in lower Manhattan, Thunberg opened a press conference saying, “Well all of this is overwhelming.”

“The trip was surprisingly good. I did not feel sea sick once,” Thunberg said.

Thunberg made the trip across the Atlantic to attend a United Nations climate summit taking place in September — and she did it without leaving a carbon footprint. She traveled aboard the Malizia II, which has its own solar panels and hydro-generators to power the yacht. (Her journey did spark some criticism for the emissions associated with it because others will fly to New York to bring the yacht back to Europe, although those flights will reportedly be offset.)...

China State Media: 'Military Showdown Will Come' if Taiwan, U.S. Don't Change Course

The communists in general want to destroy The West. It is The West that has maintained the peace to date, not the communists. Once China starts, Russia and North Korea will begin their war taunts with threats of nuclear war. See, the only thing that really works for the communists is nuclear war. They have a problem with ground and conventional warfare. They lose. It has to do with the way people are groomed in a country where land ownership is sparce.

The communists always think they have equal if not superior methods of being a society. There are a lot of differences between democracy and communism. It shows up in the military. Their military do the job for the motherland, but, it isn't the same as the way soldiers of a democracy grow into their dedication. Love of country is not forced in the USA. There are choices and our political system even allows communists to run for office. But, people of the free world, like half of Russian people below the age of 40, innately know they have a good thing going for them started by a bunch of guys fed up with taxes.

The fact is that Russia is only a fraction of the former Soviet Union and it hasn't been a country as long as the USA has and the USA hasn't been a country as long as the European countries. Russia began its communist government with the Russia Revolution. It is a shame it has a dictratorship now.

But, China has a lot invested in being the supreme world power. It is myth. They can't get stuff right without spying on the USA. I have to wonder how much of the information they stole from us was planted for the purpose of defeating them? Oh, well.

To realize how completely moronic the communists are, rather than embracing the governments of Hong Kong and Tiawan, they feel they have to destroy any hint of democracy. Hong Kong and Tiawan were developed into the success stories they are because of democracy and free trade. While China allows capitalism, the official government doesn't embrace it. Communism is about working for the collective. Capitalism is about working for profit and while Jack Ma is viewed by The West as a successful businessman, that is because he is tolerated by China as an icon, but, in no way is viewed as desireable entity that would be better than communism. The Chinese government thinks little of flexing it's muscles to rein in wealthy Chinese. That is why they want to emigrate to The West. Same with wealthy Russians. They live in Europe afraid of Putin and his novichok.

It is interesting. The communists raise their people to hate The West, yet as soon as they have enough laundered USA dollars they head for the border. Hm. And yet, the corrupt elections continue and Putin is still dicatator. The Russian Revolution simply remained the Czar, that's all. Antoher thing about communists, Russians actually want their elections to work. They sincerely believe they can have democratic elections. Now, wouldn't you think the leaders of the communist countries would understand by now they are basically rejected by the masses of every other country including their own.

They need to get a clue before they decide to nuke the entire western world.

As tensions persist between the U.S. and China over the future of Taiwan, (click here) Chinese state media has warned a "military showdown will come" and described the possible scenario as "a life-and-death struggle" between the nations.

The Global Times, which is published by the ruling Chinese Communist Party, shared the opinion article on Friday after U.S. military officials have increasingly warned about China's threat to Taiwan's autonomy. The editorial highlighted remarks from U.S. Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro, who expressed concern this past week about the "rapid expansion" of China's navy.

Taiwan, an island nation, is claimed by China under its "one country, two systems" constitutional principle. However, the democratically-run East Asian country has operated with autonomy and the support of the U.S. for decades. In recent years, analysts have increasingly warned that Beijing could move militarily to take control of the island by force....

Leave it to China to come up with an electronic war jet, as if The West hasn't figured it out. Stealth technology is rather interesting.

So, when is the USA completely moving Taiwan's computer chip operations to the USA?

The J-16D electronic warfare aircraft (click here) belonging to the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force has recently entered combat training, and it is expected to conduct seamless, accompanying operations with the J-20 stealth fighter jet in moves with the potential to generate tremendous combat efficiency, experts said on Saturday.

Shortly after its debut at Airshow China 2021 held in Zhuhai, South China's Guangdong Province in late September and early October, the J-16D has been deployed in real combat-oriented drills, China Central Television (CCTV) reported on Saturday, citing sources from the PLA Air Force.

Being deployed in real combat-oriented drills means the J-16D has begun to form a combat capability after the PLA Air Force gains familiarity with the new aircraft, a Chinese military expert told the Global Times on Saturday, requesting anonymity.

It will be ready for combat soon, if not already, the expert said.

Specialized in electronic warfare, the J-16D is the latest class of domestically developed J-16 fighter jet. It is expected to accompany other warplanes seamlessly and enhance the PLA Air Force's capabilities in carrying out missions under informatized situation by establishing a  complete aviation electronic warfare system....

I guess it is good to be validated, but, most Americans knew this when they voted. It was "in the air."

The real question is why didn't Republicans vote for inpeachment. Denial doesn't make it so?

An ex-White House official (click here) warned of a "nightmare scenario" if former President Donald Trump wins a second term, she told CNN, per Newsweek's reporting.

Alyssa Farah, who served as the White House's director of strategic communications and assistant to the president in 2020, told journalist CNN's Jake Tapper that Trump would "absolutely" impose some form of autocracy if re-elected in 2024.

She described her former boss as a "man who has challenged our institutions near to the breakin point," according to a clip from CNN'S "Trumping Democracy: An American Coup."Farah went on to say that Trump's second term would be "very different," and added that is what "scares" her the most.

"There were things that he wanted to do when he was in power the first time that was well beyond the scope of what the US president should be able to do, but oftentimes it was simply the motivation of hoping to win reelection that kept him from doing things," she said.

When pressed for an example of things the former president might do differently, Farah outlined her expectations to Tapper. "Whether it's weaponizing the justice department against political opponents, whether it's going after the free press, he would certainly be open to using the military for political reasons as well," she said.

Trump has not officially announced a run for 2024 but signaled that he will run when teasing a campaign slogan at an October rally in Iowa.

His former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, said last week that he would bet all of his money on Trump running for a second term.

Assassination drones.

"Go big or go home," in Texas.

There is no assembly bigger every year than New Years' Eve in New York City. Upto September 11, 2001 there were never any such incidents in Times Square. But, after September 11, 2001, New York City sought a method to protect the public while ending any attempts at terrorism. The New York Authorities came up with cages that people enter in order to remain safe and secure to bring in the new year.

Perhaps when Texas allows large crowds that don't respect human life and crowd the stage and cause asphixiation and now death, it is time to control the crowds. Travis Scott concerts are known for this level of danger. Evidently, most of the concerts cause crushing incidents whereby fans at the concerts are lifted onto stage to save their lives. Even then, there are issues with asphixiation.

Why are concert halls tolerating this level of inhumane activity in their venues? Sure the families are suing the concert after the fact, but, after the fact is a bit too late.

How did concerts become this deadly in the USA? This is unthinkable that even once incidence of asphixiation caused by crushing crowds is tolerated. This level of inhumane behavior is tolerated to reach this level of assault against innocent people.

This is the only concert I know of where the seats furtherest from the stage are more valuable than those in the front row.

Mourners began building a memorial (click here) to those lost at a Texas concert as authorities said they would watch video, interview witnesses and review concert protocols to determine how eight people died when fans suddenly surged toward the stage to watch rapper Travis Scott. Flowers and votive candles surrounded NRG Park in Houston Sunday as city officials said they were just starting to investigate how pandemonium started Friday evening at Astroworld, a sold-out, two-day event headlined by Scott. An estimated 50,000 people were in attendance. The dead ranged in age from 14 to 27, and 13 people were still hospitalized....
