So while Republicans stand the line supporting racist values, Russia’s intelligence agencies are producing videos that dramatize lynching.

COVID-19 is disabling the USA economy because of the irreverence of Americans to it's dangers.
The Governors believing leaving their states open to protect the economy could not be more wrong. The governors must shut them down. No exception so that people migrate around from one open state to another. Shut down as New Zealand did until there were no new cases. Then and only then did New Zealand open their society again. When one case showed up, there was a return to strict standards, and the day after when there were none the country opened permanently.

General Motors will lay off its third shift of workers (click here) at the assembly plant where it builds its midsize pickups and full-size vans as cases of coronavirus surge in the surrounding community.
The automaker said starting July 20 it will reduce its Wentzville Assembly plant, which is near St. Louis, Missouri, to two shifts.
"We believe in the short term a two-shift operation plan will allow us to operate as efficiently as possible and accommodate team members who are not reporting to work due to concerns about COVID-19 in the local community," GM spokesman David Barnas told the Free Press on Saturday.
But the layoffs will delay GM's efforts to restock supplies of the usually hot-selling Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon pickups, Barnas said. Second-quarter sales saw a big decline in the slowing economy.
There are 1,250 workers per shift at Wentzville, he said. GM is still working on the details regarding the exact number of workers for temporary layoffs, he said. Also, there is no time frame set yet on the length of the layoff.
"We are working on a staffing plan that will allow us to return to three shifts as soon as possible," Barnas said....

The propaganda videos I watched were fairly simple in their theme. The white people, including women, were full of hate and the black person involved was fearful of them.

It doesn't take a genius to see they are propaganda if put in that context. I am convinced more than ever they were produced by Russia. The context was that a person making the video was doing so without being discovered until the plot is known. A third party happens upon the lynching effort which makes the video a moral statement about the conduct of the others.
There is just no incidence like that in the USA. But, the videos were made as if it were. If taken seriously, it could really inspire a movement on both sides that results in gun-toting violence.
The tone of the videos would have been removed by Facebook even under their old policy. I think Facebook should prohibit political ads.
I encountered a Trump supporter about a week ago while running errands and I stated, please six feet, social distancing. He replied, "Oh, yeah, the flu that is going around. I suppose the population needed weeding." No, lie. There are fellow Americans that believe there is a benefit to the deaths from COVID-19. It was hard to write that. I'd rather forget it, but, it isn't prudent to forget it.

Hurricane Fay did flood streets, basements and first level of homes in southern NJ.
The measures taken by New Jersey after Sandy seems to have had an effect with Fay making landfall.

The storm system was expected to bring 2 to 4 inches (5 to 10 centimeters) of rain, with the possibility of flash flooding in parts of the mid-Atlantic and southern New England, The U.S. National Hurricane Center said in its 11 a.m. advisory....

There are a fair amount of "lynching videos" on social media and not on Facebook.
There is even one whereby a small group of people have a black man on the ground and pinned against a tree with the intention of lynching him. I don't believe that was real, but, the videos do exist. As I clicked on one after another it took the viewer into an intense emotional space where I felt the system wasn't working and black people were at risk by other Americans that wanted the end of the black race in the USA.
That many lynching videos would have brought about an awareness within the USA and law enforcement. I think it is the GRU. It is difficult to tell whether the scenes were with American or Russian actors.

A Chinese embassy (click here) has issued a warning about a deadly "unknown pneumonia" circulating in Kazakhstan, but authorities outside of China say these cases are still likely COVID-19.
On Thursday (July 9), officials with the embassy in Kazakhstan issued an alert to residents that the unidentified pneumonia had killed more than 1,700 people in Kazakhstan, including Chinese citizens, according to CNN. "The death rate of this disease is much higher than the novel coronavirus," the alert said, according to Newsweek....
The Kazakhstani (click here) Ministry of Health has confirmed 51,059 cases of COVID-19 in the country as of July 8, 2020.
I will say this, that a Chinese scientist was found to be carrying biological samples which were not allowed in the USA in the airport in Detroit, Michigan. It occurred early on in the discovery of the virus in the USA. I haven't seen any other reporting of that identity of the biological materials, but, if they were illegal that says enough.

"In response to these reports, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan officially declares that this information does not correspond to reality," the statement read.
It added the "unspecified" pneumonia classification followed World Health Organization guidelines "for the registration of pneumonia when the coronavirus infection is diagnosed clinically or epidemiologically but is not confirmed by laboratory testing."...
It isn't as though the Kazakhstan government has no clue.

On July 5 (click here) Kazakhstan went back into a country-wide lockdown as COVID-19 cases spiked. The country’s first lockdown lasted from March 16 to May 11. The second lockdown, which is planned to last at least two weeks, appears to be the first such reimposition of a nationwide lockdown in the world.
As of July 6, Kazakhstan had recorded 48,574 cases of the novel coronavirus since the first cases were registered in mid-March. While the coronavirus2020.kz dashboard, where official statistics are posted, only states 188 deaths, on Sunday Kazakh Minister of Health Alexei Tsoi told reporters that the number of deaths had reached 232. Kazakh authorities said they would update death statistics once a week....
In the past decade, Kazakhstan has been leaning firmly into a westernized economy. The USA has never had an 8.5% poverty rate.
Kazakhstan's economy (click here) grew at a higher-than-expected rate of 4.5% in 2019, driven by solid growth in domestic demand. Inflation rose gradually due to higher increases in food prices. The poverty rate fell to 8.5%.
Kazakhstan people are improving their quality of life. The exchange rate is 413.55 tenge to one USA dollar.

In Atyrau region, the average wage is 322,700 tenge per an employee. Real wage index is 108.6% against the same period in 2018.
Mangistau region stands second with 287,900 tenge. However, the real wage index is 97.1% (-2.9%).

Trump is a danger to US national security.
He doesn't play by the rules. When he has power he decides based on what he decides is fair or unfair based on loyalty. His actions are bizarre and unexpected. It is why he is annoyed and surprised at the decisions of the Supreme Court. The court applies the rule of law. We just witnessed that. Trump decides within his own ideology based in what benefits him. He is the judge and jury and there are no rules.
It is why there is a Deep State. Because only he is playing by the rules that matter and that doesn't include statutory law.
I hope the pollsters have modified their methods since 2016. Trump voters ARE NOT LIKELY VOTERS. They are casual voters motivated by hate. His turnout is unknown.

In a lengthy written statement punctuated by the sort of inflammatory language and angry grievances characteristic of the president’s Twitter feed, the White House denounced the “overzealous prosecutors” who convicted Mr. Stone on “process-based charges” stemming from the “witch hunts” and “Russia hoax” investigation....
It is why there is a Deep State. Because only he is playing by the rules that matter and that doesn't include statutory law.

Months of protests were waved off by officials who denied anything was wrong. The turning point came when a local pediatrician found conclusive proof that the children of Flint were being exposed to high levels of lead in their water and prompted the state to declare an emergency. Now, that same doctor is working to solve a mystery that still worries parents in Flint: what lasting damage did the water do to their kids? As we first reported in March, her initial findings were worse than she feared. But we begin with the legacy of Flint's water crisis....

Mayor Sheldon Neeley ordered the city to start reconnecting water service to occupied homes on March 12, a few weeks before Governor Gretchen Whitmer ordered all Michigan cities to end water shutoffs and restore service.
The city claims it has restored water service to more than 500 homes since then. City officials stress those getting reconnected to the system must still pay for the water they use.
Flint and Genesee County are among the parts of Michigan hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic.

...In January of 2019, she launched the Flint registry, the first comprehensive look at the thousands of kids exposed to lead in Flint. The goal of the federal and state-funded program is to track the health of those kids and get them the help they need.
The registry refers hundreds of kids to specialists who conduct 8 hours of neuro-psychological assessments of their behavior and development.
Dr. Mona shared her preliminary findings with 60 Minutes.
Before the crisis, about 15% of the kids in Flint required special education services. But of the 174 children who went through the extensive neuro-exams, specialists determined that 80% will require help for a language, learning or intellectual disorder....
...Dr. Manish Arora: And just like growth rings in trees, every day a tooth forms a ring. And anything that we're exposed to in our diet, what we eat, what we breathe, what we drink gets trapped in those growth rings.
A laser cuts through the tooth to analyze whether lead is embedded in the growth rings of teeth. Dr. Mona has sent teeth from 49 Flint kids to be analyzed. This was a scan on the tooth of a child who was 6 months old when the water source switched in Flint.

Dr. Fauci has done nothing wrong regardless of Trump's election propaganda. SARS-CoV-2 is a NOVEL/NEW virus. No one had a clue as to the extent this was a deadly virus.

Scientists have devised a way to use the antibody-rich blood plasma of COVID-19 survivors for an upper-arm injection that they say could inoculate people against the virus for months.
Using technology that’s been proven effective in preventing other diseases such as hepatitis A, the injections would be administered to high-risk healthcare workers, nursing home patients, or even at public drive-through sites — potentially protecting millions of lives, the doctors and other experts say.
The two scientists who spearheaded the proposal — an 83-year-old shingles researcher and his counterpart, an HIV gene therapy expert — have garnered widespread support from leading blood and immunology specialists, including those at the center of the nation’s COVID-19 plasma research.
But the idea exists only on paper. Federal officials have twice rejected requests to discuss the proposal, and pharmaceutical companies — even acknowledging the likely efficacy of the plan — have declined to design or manufacture the shots, according to a Times investigation. The lack of interest in launching development of immunity shots comes amid heightened scrutiny of the federal government’s sluggish pandemic response....
There is plenty of money for this in the pipeline. Why isn't it being pursued for manufacturing and distributing?
The only concern appears to be the injection could spawn the virus, but, convalescent plasma doesn't contain the virus, just the antibodies to fight the virus.
It makes complete sense. If the convalescent plasma provides antibodies to fight the virus, there is no reason why it couldn't be injected to allow a person to trigger it's own growth of antibodies.

Scientists have devised a way to use the antibody-rich blood plasma of COVID-19 survivors for an upper-arm injection that they say could inoculate people against the virus for months.
Using technology that’s been proven effective in preventing other diseases such as hepatitis A, the injections would be administered to high-risk healthcare workers, nursing home patients, or even at public drive-through sites — potentially protecting millions of lives, the doctors and other experts say.
The two scientists who spearheaded the proposal — an 83-year-old shingles researcher and his counterpart, an HIV gene therapy expert — have garnered widespread support from leading blood and immunology specialists, including those at the center of the nation’s COVID-19 plasma research.
But the idea exists only on paper. Federal officials have twice rejected requests to discuss the proposal, and pharmaceutical companies — even acknowledging the likely efficacy of the plan — have declined to design or manufacture the shots, according to a Times investigation. The lack of interest in launching development of immunity shots comes amid heightened scrutiny of the federal government’s sluggish pandemic response....
There is plenty of money for this in the pipeline. Why isn't it being pursued for manufacturing and distributing?
The only concern appears to be the injection could spawn the virus, but, convalescent plasma doesn't contain the virus, just the antibodies to fight the virus.

The idea of "clean hands" becomes a game and the needed quantity will equate to BOTTLES per day and not a bottle per month. The school systems will quickly find they have to make their own hand sanitizer to meet the demands of CHILDREN.
That cost grows when a child arrives at school and FORGOT his or her face masks and tears of fear are unending until the principal provides a school owned face mask because of a NEGLIGENT parent.
As parentification (click here for parentification of teens) of children will take hold in the school environment and it will lose its meaning and the task will focus on preventing infection rather than learning.
The costs will become a burden and the daily treatment regime will be abandoned for the lack of sincere numbers of infection, then low and behold, SARS-CoV-2 will enter a classroom and an entire classroom will fail because the children become ill.

The US House can ask and/or subpoena anyone in Afghanistan with knowledge of the Russian assassination for money directive to testify and/or provide evidence of the program. A large tornado (click here) in northwest Minnesota killed one person as it damaged multiple farmsteads late Wednesday.
The tornado hit near Dalton, Minnesota, in southeastern Otter Tail County between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. CDT. It moved through mostly open farmland, but three farmsteads suffered significant damage, according to the National Weather Service (NWS)....
2020 Deaths to date. (click here) Seventy-four deaths so far this season. A lot of big storms this year. Five of the deaths occurred outside of the "watch" area. This is an issue so that the prediction center can decide if adjustments are needed in the "Tornado Watch" areas. It points to the effectiveness of the program. The accuracy of the program is 96 percent. The three deaths outside the "Watch" area are from less than grade four. The rotations of Grade One and Four are spot on. The inaccuracy occurs from Grade 2 and 3.
Quite possibly the SuperCell is distributing straight-line winds as well. There was a new "front" type discovered by scientists. I think that came out early this year. Perhaps there is some of that accompanying the tornado rotation and spreads the danger to the periphery in lower rotation tornadoes.
In an attempt to save lives perhaps "the alerts" should include land areas, towns and cities within 100 miles of the tornado zone.
So far, the tornado damage in 2020 has been substantial.

Park Won-soon was reported missing by his daughter on Thursday evening, according to a police official with knowledge of the case. Nearly 600 police officers and firefighters, along with three rescue dogs, were deployed to search for the mayor.
Park's body was found in the city's mountains seven hours into the operation, Seoul police confirmed in a text message early Friday to journalists....
He had high regard by the people. He was a hopeful for the presidency. "The Guardian" is reporting there was a sexual assault complaint signed against him by a city employee.
....A police complaint – allegedly involving sexual assault – was filed against Park Won-soon by a former Seoul city employee on Wednesday and local media said a television channel had been due to broadcast a programme on the previously unreported case on Thursday evening....

The U.S. government told a federal judge (click here) Tuesday that it might separate detained immigrant families by continuing to hold parents after another federal judge ordered their children released because of the spreading coronavirus pandemic.
U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg of Washington, D.C., gave the Trump administration until Thursday to decide whether it would oppose a similar order releasing parents and set a hearing for Monday.
Boasberg held a hearing and set the schedule after U.S. District Judge Dolly M. Gee of Los Angeles ordered U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on June 26 to release children from three family residential centers by July 17, a week from Friday....
The idea a child would be separated from their parents is still a level of cruelty, hence, incompetency of this administration. To DECIDE if children can be separated from their parents is a delaying tactic against a judicial decision. Trump's pathology is evident in parsing the words of a judge. CHILDREN BELONG TO PARENTS. In short, the Trump administration created a humanitarian crisis, but even that was not enough to move Katie Miller, the spokesperson for Vice-President Mike Pence and spouse to rumored white nationalist Stephen Miller. She reportedly told NBC News reporter Jacob Soboroff that the Department of Homeland Security dispatched her to the camps in a misguided effort to up her empathy quotient. According to Miller, it didn't work....

The USA is to be protected from adverse priorities of legislators, the president and the Supreme Court.
The United States of America has the sovereign right to know if any elected official is involved with immoral, subversive and/or criminal behavior. If the Supreme Court is making decisions that assault the sovereign state of the USA there needs to be a Blue Ribbon Commission to investigate the decisions made by the Supreme Court and arguments made by the Solicitor General that assaults the USA sovereignty. President Obama would be a good pick to chair such a commission.
Did the Supreme Court uphold the rule of law?
In the case of SDNY, it did and would expect that to move quickly to the lower courts to obtain the desired records.
In the case of Congress, it did in that there is the separation of power, however, there is the US Constitution demands the president to send a copy of his/her tax records to the Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, but, when it comes to Congressional subpoenas there need to be specific needs that can only be obtained from the tax records of the president that no other method of obtaining that information can provide.
I do believe the decision-making courts can satisfy Congressional requests because in the case of Trump there is no other method to obtain the information needed to resolve the issues at hand, namely "pass-through" banking at Deutsche Bank.
What I don't understand is why the Supreme Court bothered taking either of these cases in the first place, except, for the politics. The Supreme Court laid out rules to follow. As if the lower courts actually needed rules.
I think it is noteworthy to examine the current regulation regarding "Pass Through" banking. This is the FDIC of April 1995.
The FDIC is joining other federal regulators (click here) in urging U.S. financial institutions to immediately establish and maintain policies and procedures designed to guard against the possible improper or illegal use of "payable through" accounts. Also called "pass through" accounts or "pass by" accounts, these generally are checking accounts marketed to foreign banks that otherwise would not have the ability to offer their customers access to the U.S. banking system. The attached FDIC guidelines provide more information about these accounts as well as suggested internal controls and procedures....
This memo pertains to methodologies used in foreign banks to obtain access to monies for use in American banks.
In the case of Trump, the uniqueness of the Deutsche Bank records is that it is Russian oligarchs and NOT RUSSIAN BANKS that are providing the monies to Trump that will be accounted for and paid back through Deutsche Bank. Deutsche Bank is the only bank that carries this type of account for at least one American, namely Donald John Trump. That is a specific need by the US House Finance Committee to understand the mechanism of Deutsche Bank to allow monies from a Russian oligarch (private partner) to flow into an American's hands WHILE protecting that American from the leverage of the country of Russia to perform deeds that will compromise the USA national security.
Russian oligarchs are no different than any person of Russian citizenship, in that they are susceptible to the power demands of the country of Russia. It is very easy to make the delineation that when accepting loans from Russian oligarchs through Deutsche Bank is no different than accepting monies from Russia.
Then there is the real possibility that the Russian oligarch is simply a front for Russian government money.

A Russian government-controlled bank (click here) deposited at least half a billion dollars into the American subsidiary of Deutsche Bank around the time that the bank lent Trump his most scrutinized loans, according to exclusively obtained confidential bank records. As Trump received loans from the subsidiary, DBTCA, totaling over $360 million, Gazprombank sent $511 million in cash to DBTCA to be dispersed however the Russian bank directed.
Additionally, DBTCA had deep liabilities to the Russian government in 2013, according to the documents acquired by Forensic News. The documents show that financial entities in Russia were owed nearly $3 billion by the subsidiary in October 2013....
So, the information the House Finance Committee is looking for is unique and can only be satisfied by subpoenaing records belonging to Donald John Trump and making it illegal for any of this to exist in secret with leverage payable only by actions of a compromised federal official that happens to be president today.

He complained that his own public health officials' safety guidelines are impractical and too expensive.
Shortly afterward, Vice President Mike Pence announced that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention would be issuing new guidance next week “that will give all new tools to our schools.” The recommendations will keep students safe, he said, but "the president said today we just don’t want the guidance to be too tough. ”...

Hong Kong - Top Chinese energy firms (click here) have mandated investment banks Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to act as advisers for multi-billion dollar deals transferring oil and gas pipeline assets into a national energy infrastructure giant, four sources said.
The word is MANDATED. In other words, China is telling these bankers they have to play by new rules or China will absorb their assets.
Overseen by a government vice premier, underlining the project’s importance for Beijing, Beijing aims to complete the asset transfers and start operation of the new entity - valued by industry analysts at more than $40 billion - by the end of September, oil industry officials said.
“The timetable is a moving target but the goal was to complete the (asset) merger by end of July,” one person with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters.

Non-state investment in nationalized gas and oil assets. China is taking the money to support it's gas and oil production with no loyalty to any of the non-state investors.
Hong Kong's incorporation into China's economy will result in losses to non-state investors. China has no loyalty to these banks. Demanding investment is not part of the deal with American companies. These actions by China brings American banks under the direct power of the Chinese national government.

They are no longer autonomous companies, hence, are owned by the government of China. Any investment in these companies will be transferred to the new Chinese entity. China is mandating the investment by these banks to ensure their cooperation.
The banks need to leave China and sue China for it's losses because of a surprise nationalization of their branches in China. It is going to be a long time before the banks will reclaim their assets, but, it is what it is.
The World Trade Organization will have to hear the case. China does not care. Don't think for one minute that the Chinese government is interested in the best interests of investors. That is foolishness. China is stomping Hong Kong. They aren't worried about details.

Hong Kong - Top Chinese energy firms (click here) have mandated investment banks Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to act as advisers for multi-billion dollar deals transferring oil and gas pipeline assets into a national energy infrastructure giant, four sources said.
The word is MANDATED. In other words, China is telling these bankers they have to play by new rules or China will absorb their assets.
Overseen by a government vice premier, underlining the project’s importance for Beijing, Beijing aims to complete the asset transfers and start operation of the new entity - valued by industry analysts at more than $40 billion - by the end of September, oil industry officials said.
“The timetable is a moving target but the goal was to complete the (asset) merger by end of July,” one person with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
The timeline is a moving target is nonsense. It is propaganda. Get over it.
China announced in late 2019 that it would establish a National Oil and Gas Pipeline Company by combining pipelines, storage facilities and natural gas receiving terminals operated by China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC), China Petrochemical Corp (Sinopec Group) and China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC)....
That is right, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are now members of the Chinese National Government.
Advisors? Really? I want to see the spreadsheets on this one because if they are attaching themselves to the Chinese government they are in opposition to the national security of the USA.
...The new entity - also known as PipeChina - was conceived by Beijing to provide oil and gas producers neutral access to energy infrastructure, and in so doing boost non-state investment in exploration of oil and gas....
Non-state investment in nationalized gas and oil assets. China is taking the money to support it's gas and oil production with no loyalty to any of the non-state investors.
Hong Kong's incorporation into China's economy will result in losses to non-state investors. China has no loyalty to these banks. Demanding investment is not part of the deal with American companies. These actions by China brings American banks under the direct power of the Chinese national government.
