In recent years Russia has been a bit of an isolationist country. There is a good chance the doctors, nurses, and care providers in Russia are struggling on their own to cope with this pandemic. I would not be surprised if they are not talking about this as a pandemic. Taken out of the context of the pandemic there can be a lot of self-blaming for patients' illnesses and deaths.
All care providers globally need to put this into the perspective of a pandemic with HEROES taking the front lines and treating patients that have fallen VICTIM to the virus.

Three frontline health care workers (click here) have mysteriously fallen out of hospital windows in Russia over the past two weeks, heightening public attention to the working conditions for doctors and medical professionals amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Two of those health care workers are dead, and one remains hospitalized.
All three incidents, which are being investigated by Russian law enforcement authorities, have prompted intense discussion in the Russian press and on social media.
Alexander Shulepov, an ambulance doctor in Voronezh, a city about 320 miles south of Moscow, is in serious condition after falling from a hospital window on Saturday. Local state television, citing regional health officials, said he fell out of second-floor window of the Novousmanskaya hospital, where he worked and was receiving treatment after testing positive for
coronavirus.
Shulepov was hospitalized for coronavirus on April 22, the same day he and his colleague Alexander Kosyakin posted a video online saying that Shulepov had been forced to continue working after testing positive for coronavirus....

APPEAL!
If Americans are jobless because of the COVID-19 and are refused unemployment benefits, appeal the decision to courts. The federal law was to reach all Americans unemployed by the pandemic. If the states are failing to care for their citizens appeal the decisions by state unemployment agencies until it gets to a court and the hearing results in a decision based on the new laws.
The states are going to be receiving the monies directly from the federal government. Don't let them turn the unemployment benefits into a federal block grant so they can pay their bills.
To illustrate a far different approach by the State of New York; the unemployed applicants didn't have to wait for the federal monies to arrive, they received them immediately. New York knew it would be receiving federal dollars and took the initiative to be sure it's citizens had the monies they needed.

Gov. Ron DeSantis said Monday (click here) he will order an inspector general to investigate how Florida paid nearly $80 million to build an unemployment claims system only to see it overwhelmed by thousands of jobless workers thrown out of work amid the coranavirus pandemic.
Speaking at a news conference in Tallahassee, DeSantis retraced nearly two months of troubles that faced the unemployed as many unsuccessfully applied for benefits or did not get paid if they were approved....
The federal law was written to REPLACE lost incomes by everyone effected, even those that were tip workers.
...When you add $600 (click here) to the national average unemployment payment — $371.88 a week at the end of 2019 — the replacement rate goes from 38 percent to almost exactly 100 percent. In other words, that amount is what it would take for Congress to replace what the average American worker receiving unemployment would have earned....

When it comes to testing nursing homes should come first.
It only makes sense to test those most vulnerable first. This article in ProPublica points to the idea that if nursing home residents were tested those that test positive can be moved to the hospital for treatment until they are no longer positive for the virus.

On Tuesday afternoon in a small town (click here) in southwest Georgia, Army National Guard 2nd Lt. George Peagler stepped into a white hazmat suit, pulled up his bright green gloves and adjusted his N95 mask.
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp’s decision to gradually reopen the state for business was beginning to show results. More cars were on the road than the week before. Locals lined up at the drive-thru at the only McDonald’s in Dawson, a predominantly black town in one of the poorest corners of the state.
Peagler headed into Dawson Health and Rehabilitation Center, a small nursing home where 14 of the 60 or so residents had died from COVID-19 over the past month. He and his fellow soldiers conducted their mission with efficiency, quickly testing the home’s surviving residents for the coronavirus. A military medic stuck a swab into each resident’s nose, then dropped it into a vial held by another guard member, who then handed it down an assembly line of soldiers until it was placed in an ice-filled cooler.
“If you were to see us, you would think we’ve been doing this longer than we have,” said Peagler, a native of suburban Atlanta, who, like many members of the Guard, had no formal medical experience before the pandemic. “That’s because we’ve had to pick up on it so quickly.”...
...States such as Maryland and Massachusetts have taken steps to mitigate that risk by mandating tests for all workers at long-term care facilities. Georgia does not have such a requirement. It is up to each facility to request tests for its workers....
There is no such thing as being overly cautious, especially with the long term facilities, their residents and staff.

I do want to talk about a growing concern for the stability of Russia. Everyone is focused on SARS-CoV-2 and correctly so, but, there is a worrisome set of events occurring in Russia. Vladimir Putin is literally alone at the top of the government. The danger of Russian nukes falling into the wrong hands is something everyone should be focused on as Russia goes through this instability.
Trump is completely disconnected from these realities and can only think about the price of oil.
It is getting late and I really didn't have much time to prepare for any topic this evening.
I think "World Order" and the fall from grace of the USA is an important topic and it is there I would like to start next time.
Thank you for your interest.
Good night for now.
I wish you peace and health.

I wanted to discuss a new film that I think is a documentary about climate science, but, I haven't seen it yet and all I had to work from was a news article.
The film is directed by Jeff Gibbs and its executive producer is Michael Moore. This is a new direction for Moore as he is usually directing his documentaries. I have debated the idea of this Gibbs film being a documentary because he is such a defeatist.
From the fragment of film loops and news articles, I already know this film has to be set straight. It is incredibly negative and basically seems to say, "Why bother."
In this loop below Gibbs states that electric cars are the same impact as gasoline cars. Well, he is flat out wrong. His perspective is to add up all the "manufacturing energy" to make them and then the daily energy surge from everyone returning home after a day of work to plug them in. And of course for Gibbs, the charging energy is coming from a fossil fuel power plant. The coal-fired power plants are leaving the face of Earth and it started some time ago. They no longer provide enormous amounts of employment either.

U.S. coal-fired power plants shut down (click here) at the second-fastest pace on record in 2019, despite President Donald Trump’s efforts to prop up the industry, according to data from the federal government and Thomson Reuters....
The coal-fired plants produced 32 percent of the USA's carbon dioxide emissions while only producing 9.9 percent of USA power as of 2006. They have been a horrible failure with coal mines of anthracite coal (the cleanest burning coal) completely depleted from the USA.
The only reason coal plants are still talked about is that they serve as political rhetoric that doesn't count the number of Americans dead due to coal mines, black lung disease, and children left without a father. When all that reality is added in and then add the GHG they emit and coal is an antiquated commodity that has no place anywhere as an energy source.
That said, the electric cars are very viable and wind turbines are a real answer for the electric grid of the USA. They don't cause cancer, they don't kill birds and they are extremely quiet when they are running.
Let me say this in defense of the wind turbine and the idea they are worn out in 30 years. Really? 30 years isn't good enough?
Look, one of the reasons environmentalists SHOW UP to fight electric power produced by GHG (greenhouse gases) is due to a strong reality that when the communities of the USA authorize and fund new energy sources it is done every 30 years. So, no means of power sources are every planned to last beyond 30 years.
Then there is the innovation reality and excitement of an entirely new form of investment.
There is a lot to the understanding of SHOWING UP to demand better and more efficient means of power every 30 years. Ask any member of the USNRC and they will tell you once the nuclear plant is built, the life of the source is about 30 to 40 years with authorized refits taking them into the range of 50 to 70 years. It costs more to build and maintain nuclear plants then a wind farm will every cost the American taxpayer and it is much safer than nuclear plants eyed by terrorists.
The most exciting form of alternative energy is "Flower Power." The name of it is "Smartflower."(click here)
This sculpture in the yard is a solar generator. It opens in the AM when the sun comes up, follows the sun across the sky, and then folds up and is stored until the next day. It even has a special wind monitor to close the unit if the wind increases. This accompanied by batteries and Americans can be completely autonomous in the production and use of electrical energy. d
But, this is a separate conversation. As soon as I can sit for the Gibbs film I will write about it again.
No industry is perfect and I am glad someone is discussing any corruption and selling out by supposedly "the people with the answers." There are plenty of groups that have ideas and at least a portion of is a sell out to right-wing politics. So, I welcome Mr. Gibbs to air a film that reveals corruption and complains about inefficiency.
I mean, the energy that it takes to produce a gasoline engine is far higher than that of an electric car. And once it is on the road it really outperforms the gas power car in relation to protecting the climate and providing reassurances to the next generation that they parents haven't completely self-indulged in old ways of life when the future doesn't belong to them.
I think this film loop discusses the population of the world. Earth does have a carrying capacity and it was the environmentalists in the 1960s that stated, population control was vital to QUALITY OF LIFE. Here again, there is nothing by political rhetoric standing in the way that wants to remove birth control from women. It is one of the most stupid ideas that politicians came up with to try to influence the religious right to "vote for me."

Trump is defining "Deep State" by words that are a "decision tree?"

...In a morning Twitter spree, (click here) Trump amplified a Justice Department document disclosure in Flynn’s case, including a handwritten note from former FBI counterintelligence director Bill Priestap.
Priestap wrote, after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe: “What’s our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”
You have got to be joking. Trump is trying to do what? Prove the Deep State with this? Trump is a highly manipulative man that seeks ANY "sets of words" to create suspicion.
Goals with Flynn:
l. Get him to admit to the crime
2. Allow him to lie
What is so suspicious about this? This is a black or white issue. Flynn was military intelligence. He knows all the tricks of the trade. Does anyone actually think that Flynn was innocent given all the evidence against him? This is a last-ditch effort to put in place a method to end his sentencing.
Look the FBI has evidence behind this decision tree. They called in Flynn for questioning and they prepared themselves for it. They came up with a method to decide whether he was telling the truth or not. That is simply good police work. There is nothing here. There is no Deep State conspiracy against Trump.
This is good police work that resulted in a conviction of man still willing to use DECEPTION for a get out of jail free card. Trump and Flynn are compromised by foreign powers. They are a danger to democracy. Their compromised state includes incompetency as well. That incompetency is exploited by foreign powers to manipulate them. I know that. Don't tell me that the FBI didn't and doesn't know that. Being compromised has nothing to do with the campaign and collusion, it has to do with national security.

At the time, the FBI was investigating whether Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia to undermine Hillary Clinton. A subsequent investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller found no evidence of collusion.
Lying to the FBI is a federal crime, but it isn’t always prosecuted. In a plea deal, Flynn agreed to cooperate with investigators. He’s now seeking to withdraw the guilty plea ahead of possible sentencing....
Trump stated, ...Trump told reporters in the Oval Office that “dirty, filthy cops at the top of the FBI”...Trump is the dirty, filthy cop at the top of all the Executive Branch. He is corrupt as the day is long. This is just another example. Don't believe me ask Joe Biden.
I really should finish reading the Mueller report.

"I just want to thank the frontline fighters for doing their part,” (click here) Flint’s Mayor Sheldon Neeley said. “Now, we have to do our part and talk about how we resurrect our community in the safest and best way.”
A task force has been created to guide the City of Flint on when and how to re-open. Flint's Mayor said the group of City leaders will work in tandem with the Governor's multi-region plan to relax stay-at-home restrictions across the state.
Neeley explained the more than two-dozen members of the task force were chosen to take the reins of the City's future because they live, work and serve the city already. So, he said, they know best what needs to be done.
“We tried to get every person from every sector of our common day-to-day lives and these are the people who make society move,” Neeley said.
They are leaders from the church, business and medical communities, to name a few.
“We’re going to be looking at possibilities, trying to salvage some of our, our local events that we look forward to -- Back to the Bricks, the Crim Race…. Do we need to cancel or can we do this in a safe way and responsible way moving forward?” Neeley said.
There is no word today about prosecutions, but, there is this.

A COVID-19 antibody testing center is seen at Steve's 9th Street Market in Brooklyn on April 25. Here's a quick guide to sorting out the pluses and minuses to each type of test.
Testing for the coronavirus (click here) has been very much in the news. The first and most urgent focus is on increasing access to tests to diagnose people with current infections. But now other tests are appearing as well. Antibody tests, which can identify people with signs of past infection, are starting to be available. And a third type of test is on the way.
Here's a quick guide to sorting out the pluses and minuses to each type of test.
Diagnostic or PCR test
What it does: Doctors use this test to diagnose people who are currently sick with COVID-19. This is the one we've been hearing so much about.
How it works: This test uses a sample of mucus typically taken from a person's nose or throat. The test may also work on saliva — that's under investigation. It looks for the genetic material of the coronavirus. The test uses a technology called PCR (polymerase chain reaction), which greatly amplifies the viral genetic material if it is present. That material is detectable when a person is actively infected....

Long before it was suggested, Governor Whitmer reached out to the citizens in a online town hall.
Record of COVID-19 cases (click here)

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (click here) hosted a virtual town hall meeting to answer questions from the public related to the coronavirus pandemic
There were a wide variety of questions asked during the virtual meeting, ranging from auto plant changes to when we can expect to see and play sports again.
When asked about the possible changes there will be for auto plants to practice social distancing, Governor Whitmer said, "I've been having regular conversations with Rory Gamble, the president of UAW, and they've been working closely to make sure they've got protocols to keep people safe when they return to work whether it is implementing Plexiglas dividers, not having big shift changes, or having one third of the workforce. I believe the Big 3 have a lot of great protocols."...
People are concerned whether it is safe to start reopening and some wonder what that timeline looks like. However, it seems there is no timeline according to Governor Whitmer. "What we know at this point is we are comfortable turning that dial and re-engaging our construction industry," said Governor Whitmer, "There will be additional industries that will come online in the coming days, but we are watching these numbers."...
This is a graph (click here) of the COVID-19 confirmed cases in Michigan. Wikipedia is developing graphs to track the virus. There really isn't enough testing data that provides excellent statistics right now. I think the states and federal officials are trying to find a downward trend to the virus infections, but, part of the problem is the availability of testing for more definitive statistics.
To add to the discussion, I would expect the graph of most states that reopen their economies to look similar to this. There would be a spike in the number of confirmed cases followed by a reduction before another aspect of the economy was opened. The defining factor is the ability of the health care system to respond to additional cases.
I think it is very important for Americans to understand the loosening of stay at home orders is not the end of continued vigilance. The population of people most vulnerable is still going to be vulnerable. It is the lethality of this virus and quite possibly the long-lasting effects of it that should be of most concern to Americans.

The rising number of COVID-19 deaths (click here) in Michigan has prompted the state to activate the Michigan Mortuary Response Team (MI-MORT) for the first time in its history.
MI-MORT is a collaborative effort of approximately 40 volunteers from across the state, including medical examiners and investigators, law enforcement, forensic scientists, chaplains and funeral directors....
This is from an article in the New York Times. It is called "COVID Toes."
Chilblains, (click here) the painful red inflammations that are normally associated with exposure to cold air. A similar condition has been showing up in Covid-19 patients.
There is a growing library of knowledge that points to the attack by the virus to all systems of the human body. Looking at that picture, one has to wonder if this is permanent damage to tissue that can lead to other more unfavorable outcomes, or will it heal? Whoever expected this level of disturbance of the human body by a virus?

Before the coronavirus outbreak, Dr. Lindy Fox, a dermatologist in San Francisco, used to see four or five patients a year with chilblains — painful red or purple lesions that typically emerge on fingers or toes in the winter.
Over the past few weeks, she has seen dozens.
“All of a sudden, we are inundated with toes,” said Dr. Fox, who practices at the University of California, San Francisco. “I’ve got clinics filled with people coming in with new toe lesions. And it’s not people who had chilblains before — they’ve never had anything like this.”
It’s also not the time of year for chilblains, which are caused by inflammation in small blood vessels in reaction to cold or damp conditions. “Usually, we see it in the dead of winter,” Dr. Fox said....
The release of the first drug (click here) found to actually have an effect on SARS-CoV-2 is wonderful. I think some of the dialogue regarding this virus that is not engaged yet is the permanence of any damage the virus might have caused. This is not the flu. My concern is that Americans may come away with permanent damage and quite possibly handicapped because of their injuries from this virus. Basically, are the patients showing disorientation because of brain involvement, either cellular damage or brain swelling, continue to suffer from these deficits after they no longer test positive for the virus?

Here again, the issue is nervous system tissue. The heart has its own nervous system that innervates the heartbeat. So, we know there are red eyes, brain involvement, severe insult to the skin at the extremities, and heart impairments.
Where is this lousy virus getting a foothold? What mechanism of the cell does it find success with an invasion of it's RNA? Perhaps the first therapeutic for patients is to provide an IV of Normal Saline with potassium supplement to help the cells if they are being disturbed by the virus. It might soothe the inflammation and power the cell to mitigate any damage.
The sodium/potassium pump (click here) also known as the Na+/K+ pump or Na+/K+-ATPase, this is a protein pump found in the cell membrane of neurons (and other animal cells). It acts to transport sodium and potassium ions across the cell membrane in a ratio of 3 sodium ions out for every 2 potassium ions brought in. In the process, the pump helps to stabilize membrane potential, and thus is essential in creating the conditions necessary for the firing of action potentials.
No one should be taking the virus or the return of economic dynamics lightly. Testing is essential to avoidance of furthering it's advance through the society of the USA.

Journalism standard. Who reminds FOX News daily there is something called a journalism standard? Whatever is said today by Joe Biden will be dissected and served up very differently than any journalism standard. Where was the journalism standard when sports figures are accused of sexual assault. There are different standards for women and men.
A former Senate staffer (click here) for Joe Biden claims that he sexually assaulted her in 1993. Biden on Friday said "unequivocally, it never, never happened...
I can't' find a description of Ms. Reade's job at the Biden office? I am trying to find a reference to her job description. Besides carrying a gym bag to the place where Biden was waiting for it, what did she do?
Joe Biden (click here) denied a former Senate staffer's allegation of sexual assault on Friday, saying “this never happened.”
Another thing I observed that occurred as Joe Biden stated his denial of any allegations is the rapid release of that by the media. The media already had their articles ready to publish as soon as he uttered his first sentence. Literally, I was looking at my phone while he spoke and as soon as the period at the end of the sentence of denial occurred NPR released the headline stating Biden denied any allegations. I thought to myself, "Gee, the media certainly types fast."
Shame on any media outlet that composed their article OF FACT before the appearance of the former Vice President.
But, what is lacking in Ms. Reade's complaint is context. She is placed on the day of her complaint carrying a gym bag to then Senator Biden. The entire complaint is sterile as to the context in which she worked including her job description. What I find offensive is that this is 1993 and women working in an office are still FETCHING things for their boss. I thought by 1993 the coffee pot was everyone's responsibility. Did Ms. Reade regularly handle menial tasks for the Senator and why? I find the idea she fetched his gym bag to his location is offensive. At the coffee pot these days, everyone gets their own. If I was asked to bring my boss a cup of coffee or his gym bag I'd tell him to get his own and firmly stand that being a handmaiden was not in the job description.

She is a pretty woman with great legs, yes?
Always believe the woman. That is the new rule. They are to be believed when they report about Trump and they are to be believed when they report about Joe Biden.
I have wanted to approach this case for about a week or so after reading Ms. Reade's accounting of a sexual assault by then Senator Joe Biden. The reason I haven't approached this up to now is that this is not a blatantly obvious case as many in the past have been. In the morning Former Vice President Joe Biden will be interviewed about this, so I wanted to put my thoughts here and now rather than to appear to be influenced otherwise. I have been giving this issue some thought and there is no real path that is straight forward. A lot of this case relies on the reporting of one woman having been sexually assaulted. I am not going to apologize for my views, which may be harsh, and I also believe Ms. Reade has the right to validate her experience.
It appears to me there is no criminal case against Joe Biden and here is why. There is no corroborating evidence. The "touching" that women state occurred was not criminal. I will get to Ms. Reade in a minute. When hearing the reporting from the women about their feelings in regard to their episodes with Joe Biden, none rose to any level of criminal. They didn't like it, but, it was not a crime. It was up to them to approach the former Vice President about the discomfort they felt at the time he touched them.
From the reporting in Fortune magazine I have included below, by several credible newspapers of Ms. Reade's claim, none have turned up any information to support Ms. Reade's reporting of sexual assault.
To begin, in this particular case, the politics of the day will not be effected by any revelations about Joe Biden. Currently, the only reason Donald John Trump is not up on charges related to "the other women" in his life is that he is in office. His payoffs of the women he was involved with is well documented.
Let's just say Ms. Meade is correct. Her reporting about Biden along with the other women reporting about Donald John Trump negates each other politically. As a matter of fact, between the two candidates, women, minorities, and the Middle Class have received more benefits from Joe Biden than they ever did Donald John Trump. So, when it comes to the politics of infidelity and the presidency, Joe Biden has proven to act in favor of women for decades and Trump has not.
The Violence Against Women Act was written and passed three years before the reported incident by Ms. Meade. So, no one can say this was done in anticipation of a woman assaulted calling him out on it. This was written and passed into law because Former Senator and Vice President Biden actually wanted to protect people that could not protect themselves. We all know the resistance this law receives from the political right in the USA.
On June 20, 1990, (click here) then-Senator Joe Biden introduced the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) in the United States Congress. This act was a landmark piece of legislation that changed the way our country responded to domestic violence and sexual assault. VAWA changed law enforcement practices, improved the criminal justice system, and created a network of services for victims. The bill established new federal crimes of interstate domestic violence and stalking, doubled penalties for repeat sex offenders, and sparked the passage of laws at the state level to protect victims. Since the passage of the Violence Against Women Act in 1994, rates of domestic violence have decreased by over 50%....
Additionally, when it comes to the politics of China, if the stories of Hunter and Joe Biden are true, then Trump has nothing to point to in relation to any business with China. Trump is as guilty of patronizing China to enhance his wealth as his opponent.
But, as to Ms. Meade. She has a difficult case to prove. Other women have been seeking to prove their cases against Trump as well. They are doing it through the courts. If Ms. Meade wants to mark her experience as valid then she needs to file her case in the civil courts. She should seek proper mitigation in the way of monies for any damage to her career, embarrassment within her life, and any lingering pain over a once fond relationship with Joe Biden. She is important and her case should be pursued. These issues have been pursued before with presidential candidates even after they were elected.
Her reporting is also not the monster of Bill Cosby, Harvey Weinstein, or Jeffery Epstein of modern times. These three men had many accusers that repeated the same stories validating common facts. That does not exist in Ms. Meade's case. The trauma she states she experienced is not repeated by other women. Her recollection is of sexual assault and she stands alone in that reality.
I am sorry she has had such a difficult time working with the former Senator Biden. I hope she can find the strength and will to find a legal path for the offenses against her conscience. I am confident she is a wonderful person that has suffered. She needs to be validated in some way and relieved of the burden all this has placed upon her. Such memories are a weight on women and do effect their best outcomes to their careers, life, and love.
Personally, I am disappointed. I always thought of Joe Biden as a person without marks against him. Ms. Meade changes the way I think about Joe Biden, but, it does not effect my political views. In all honesty, I sincerely wanted Senator Elizabeth Warren or Senator Kamala Harris to be the Democratic nomination for president. I sincerely believe for women to finally be treated as equals we need to elect a woman to the presidency. But, there have been several highly qualified women over the past half-decade and they were all pushed aside.
I look forward to Former Vice President Biden's interview and I sincerely wish Ms. Meade peace and resolution to any scars still remaining.

What does it mean to be an essential worker? A national hero?
Any essential worker, regardless of type of employment, has to be provided N95 masks. If a worker is designated “essential” it is understood they are “essential within the context of a national emergency.”
A very deadly virus migrated to the USA and established a substantial threat to human life. Therefore, if a person is essential they must be protected from contracting this virus. Essential workers by definition have an important role in the national emergency. “Essential workers” has a specific understanding to their importance. That definition within the national emergency has to be upheld by judges to protect the essential workers and the role they play in protecting the entire country.
There is only one way to protect essential workers in the important role; N95 masks to end the spread along with testing and quarantine and healthcare for those that test positive. When a person tests positive there must be contact tracing, testing those contacted, quarantine and healthcare of all those that were contacts.
The companies involved with essential employees must work closely with local, county and state health professionals. Voluntary compliance is always nice and always welcome, but, any resistance must move immediately to court to secure appropriate measures. This is a national health emergency. It is just that important.

The lethality of SARS-CoV-2 cannot be debated. The statistics surrounding this global pandemic will change as more time passes, but, the ravaged lives it has left in it's path only reveal the danger this virus brought to every life everywhere in the world. The statistics don't lie!

Total deaths in seven states (click here) that have been hard hit by the coronavirus pandemic are nearly 50 percent higher than normal for the five weeks from March 8 through April 11, according to new death statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That is 9,000 more deaths than were reported as of April 11 in official counts of deaths from the coronavirus.
The new data is partial and most likely undercounts the recent death toll significantly. But it still illustrates how the coronavirus is causing a surge in deaths in the places it has struck, probably killing more people than the reported statistics capture. These increases belie arguments that the virus is only killing people who would have died anyway from other causes. Instead, the virus has brought a pattern of deaths unlike anything seen in recent years....

The infection rate of SARS-CoV-2 is incredible. It spreads without a hurdle and in that is THE TRUTH.
The truth is there is no taking this virus lightly or propagandizing it's impact or wishing to make it go away. This virus first made it into the USA's cities WITH EASE because of international plane travel. Once in the most densely populated cities in the country, it spread undetected from person to person because city living requires closeness of people to each other. Subways are a primary method of travel to many city dwellers and they are packed full of people going to and from home and to and from work and to and from quality of life venues such as opera houses, stage plays, theaters and sports venues.
We value the quality of life in the USA. It is a mandate to the rewards of work. But, at every turn in densely populated cities, there was an unreported invasion of a virus no one could stop, but, only hope to live through with the help of the dearly dedicated people of the USA health care system.
The DEEP TRUTH to this entire episode in the USA is that we are missing people because of the willful neglect of the very basic knowledge needed to PREVENT the invasion of an unwanted visitor. The American people are and were COMPROMISED by a president with false and fatal values.
This virus came from China to the USA because an impeached president thought he could hide the truth and continue his "talking con game" for his political benefit.
SARS-CoV-2 made it to the USA and spread because of a single man that would not listen to his own intelligence agencies or the experts working to end the infections before it started.
That is the truth all of us have to live with now and many of us died because of it.

Every life is important. If there is a very stable genius in any of this it is Anthony Fauci.
In a short period of time, scientists have identified enzymes that SARS-CoV-2 uses to invade the body and occupy it to produce replicas of itself. It was not only discovered but, the scientists now have a method to block the use of that enzyme to hijack the human body.
The idea that every life regardless of who it is and where they are geographically on Earth is important when it comes to disease vs. wellness is the cornerstone of American wellness and longevity. It is not only the cornerstone of American health, but it is also the best method of international relations all over the world. It sets the USA apart from all others and equips allies with important information to protect them as well.

White House coronavirus task force member Dr. Anthony Fauci (click here) said Wednesday that research finding the drug remdesivir reduces coronavirus recovery times is a “highly significant” breakthrough that will improve COVID-19 treatment.
Fauci told reporters in the Oval Office that a study finding that the drug reduced hospitalization times was akin to an early breakthrough in treating HIV.
“Although a 31 percent improvement doesn’t seem like a knockout hundred percent, it’s a very important proof of concept. Because what it has proven is that a drug can block this virus,” Fauci said.
“It was reminiscent of 34 years ago, in 1986, when we were struggling for drugs for HIV, and we had nothing,” Fauci said. “We did the first randomized placebo-controlled trial with ACT, which turned out to give an effect that was modest. But that was not the endgame because of building on that every year after we did better and better. We had better drugs of the same type.”...
This discovery is important and as Dr. Fauci stated it will be built on by others with a perhaps slightly different focus. This is the beginning of the end of the rampage of SARS-CoV-2. It has come remarkably quickly.
The idea that every life regardless of who it is and where they are geographically on Earth is important when it comes to disease vs. wellness is the cornerstone of American wellness and longevity.
What difference does it make? What is Trump going to do, start WWIII?
There are two issues within this pandemic in regard to it's origins and spread. The origins are one issue and the spread is the second. Trump failed to stop the spread and instead leaned into propaganda and wishful thinking the statistics from SARS-CoV-2 would melt into the flu statistics. Trump plotted against the American people for his politics.

Washington - Senior Trump administration officials (click here) have pushed American spy agencies to hunt for evidence to support an unsubstantiated theory that a government laboratory in Wuhan, China, was the origin of the coronavirus outbreak, according to current and former American officials. The effort comes as President Trump escalates a public campaign to blame China for the pandemic.
Some intelligence analysts are concerned that the pressure from administration officials will distort assessments about the virus and that they could be used as a political weapon in an intensifying battle with China over a disease that has infected more than three million people across the globe.
Most intelligence agencies remain skeptical that conclusive evidence of a link to a lab can be found, and scientists who have studied the genetics of the coronavirus say that the overwhelming probability is that it leapt from animal to human in a nonlaboratory setting, as was the case with H.I.V., Ebola and SARS....
SARS, MERS and Ebola all were stopped before a global pandemic occurred. It was done with ease. The difference between these outbreaks is the leadership of the USA and it's role in international relations. All three of those were stopped successfully and without a great deal of debt. There is nothing that different about this virus.
Trump did not have good relations with China, he removed scientists from the payroll of the federal government and the very stable genius believed he knew more than anyone else and could outfox a virus. That is what occurred in the USA.
It not only occurred in the USA but, the entire world BECAUSE the USA didn't act to end the pandemic before it started. Up to this administration in the White House, the entire world counted on the benevolent nature of the USA. Greed never came before the well being of people. That is not so with some entities of Wall Street, but, it is true of the USA in stopping tragedy.

Coronavirus testing (click here) in the US is nowhere near where it should be. A recent road map suggested we need to test upwards of 20 million people every day in order to safely reopen the economy (we’re currently running around 150,000 a day). To scale up, we need to move beyond conventional methods—and that might require an entirely different type of test.
The gold standard for covid-19 testing is the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test. In a PCR test, genetic material collected in a nasal swab is copied millions or billions of times over so that markers for covid-19 infection can be identified (the virus’s RNA is too tiny to identify on its own, but making more copies makes it easier to find). PCR testing isn’t perfect, but it’s seen as the most accurate form of testing available for viruses. Unfortunately, it takes time, energy, and trained personnel to run these tests. That makes PCR testing too hard to scale up to the numbers we really need....
Antigen testing has begun in the USA. It is proving to reveal the underbelly of COVID-19. Many more Americans have been exposed to the virus than previously believed. The current statistics reveal that if the virus went unchecked in the USA that 1 million people would have died rather than 2.2 million. That is still five times more lethal than the annual flu. It was right to stop the virus in it's spread. It is still right to stop the virus in it's spread. It is right to care about the lives of Americans over profits.
The antigen testing needs to go forward with vigor and REVEAL how and when the American workforce can SAFELY return to their jobs.
