Dr. Ben Carson?

Health care.

Ben Carson has been mimicking President Obama's messages and expected the country to come to his side. Since the Obama messages were working for him he decided to take on the Republican agenda. Healthcare Saving Accounts and accumulating the account over time passing onto the children in a inheritance no different than any other asset of their parents.

That position is new. The current design of health care savings accounts requires for the monies to be used because it is tax free money.

Donald Trump's candidacy reminds me of Mitt Romney. Donald Trump needs to be prepared to address the agenda of other candidates as they rise to the top and fade into history.

Donald Trump is different from Romney though, he doesn't have to say he is a severe conservative.

Polls remain in Donald Trump's favor. Senator Sanders joins the tidal wave of attitude.

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders (click here) and businessman Donald Trump — the two biggest anti-establishment candidates in the Democratic and Republican presidential primary fields, respectively — have seen their support surge, according to a new survey of voters likely to participate in the Iowa caucuses...

Scott Walker is creating a wedge issue between himself and all other candidates by highlighting our northern border. The USA shares a strategy with Canada and in recent problems it has proven to work, ie: escaped convicts in New York State. There is no reason to change what already works. This is a pure political wedge issue for Walker.

DHS efforts to enhance Northern border security (click here) are guided by the goals, means, and methods outlined in the June 2012 Northern Border Strategy (NBS). The NBS is the first Department-wide strategy to guide DHS policy and operations at the U.S. Northern border. It is consistent with the Quadrennial Homeland Security Review (QHSR), the National Northern Border Counternarcotic Strategy of 2012, the U.S. National Strategy for Global Supply Chain Security, and the goals of the Beyond the Border (BTB) declaration. In this time of fiscal constraint, the NBS will result in a more efficient and effective DHS presence at the Northern border by ensuring the Department’s resources are fully leveraged and efforts are not duplicated. The NBS emphasizes the use of information-sharing, personnel, technology, infrastructure, and partnerships, if appropriate, as key strategic elements necessary to achieve the three Northern border goals:
  • Deter and prevent terrorism and other illegal activity;
  • Safeguard and facilitate the secure flow of lawful trade and travel; and
  • Ensure community safety and resilience before, during, and after terrorist attacks and natural disasters....
