There has got to be a way to overthrow this democracy.

Bondi hates Due Process. She rather go straight to execution.

The Trump DOJ breaks the law as they please, EXCEPT, when it comes to Epstein’s Grand Jury records.

Where are the Epstein files Bondi stated she had in her possession with a client list?

Stop distracting Donald.

Let’s go. Where are the files? Burned in the burn bag?

Not the lousy AI stuff your AG is trying to put together like the video of the arrest of Former President Obama. The real stuff that three separate independent forensic experts validated as real. The real stuff Donald.

I’ll go you one better.

This is more than socialism, it is nationalizing private industry. It is also corruption.

Who has their thumb on the scale for Intel?

Will the stock prices ever fall?

Will other companies be able to compete?

Will Intel always get a bailout while other companies don’t?

And what about the supply chain? Will Intel get cut rates for their manufacturing stockpile? Will the USA government have to provide security officers at Intel? What about the security of the CEO? What planes does he fly? Commercial? Military? And who pays for all this ?

The Great Recession saw nationalization of the banking system.

What next?

That bailout in 2008-9 venture cost the people of this democracy trillions of dollars. Trump’s gigantic, ugly bill has cut taxes everywhere except the Middle Class and now the Middle Class has to budget for stock margins if Intel loses money. Who manages that? USA Secretary of the Treasury? Really? The Treasury Secretary now has to be a stockbroker?

What happened to that huge project with the Tech Industry that has it’s own slush fund, Trump announced a day or two after inauguration?

They were suppose to create an superfund out of their own earnings. Where is all that? Besides, good ole’ Sam is screaming about the dangers of AI.

No. No percentage interest in private companies. It is corruption of the governance of this country. Ten percent is a lot. What is the next largest shareholder at Intel? Or, is the USA to be the largest controlling interest at Intel? Nope. No deal.

More racketeering?

One has to wonder where all these big bonus dollars to seniors through medical insurance comes from. I am certain Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez is very sincere in her advocacy of responsible government, but, it will be interesting to see what the Trump DOJ actually finds. I am sure she will seek the best outcome for the taxpayer.

Interesting, isn’t it? Kennedy is so anti-Wall Street Big Pharma to his supporters while actually padding their pockets in his budget?

Donald Trump and his cabinet are lawbreakers. Why expect anything else except hate laced hubris?

Everything to secure this gentleman was done. He was compliant with authorities. Homeland Security is so full of hate for human beings they followed his every breath this man took on USA soil.

Think about this a minute. Mr. Garcia was legally within the definitions of asylum. Why bother about this guy?  He was secured to prevent escape, even movement outside his residence wasn’t allowed. Not only that he had lawyers and had a court date. Why bother about this guy? He was a danger to no one. Why is Homeland Security even bothering with a case that is already legal and well within control of the legal system? There is no excuse to be obsessed about a man that was no threat to anyone that was legally within the borders of the USA. Supposedly he human trafficked his FAMILY. It is impossible to human traffick a person’s family.

This is the definition of human trafficking according to Homeland Security (click here):

You know what this is? It is not human trafficking Mr. Garcia is facing. It is malicious prosecution. Homeland Security is breaking the law, not Mr. Garcia.

This is transpiring in DC? Then the DC prosecutors should be charging Homeland Security with breaking the law because it is happening within their jurisdiction.

I have read the “Chicago Tribune” for at least two decades.

There is no emergency.

Doing Vladimir’s work for him?

Trump’s orders to the Pentagon is simply putting Putin’s plans into practice.

There is no emergency. The American taxpayer is paying for Putin’s plans for this country. There is no reason for this hideous bullshit, theoretically or otherwise. If the city’s mayor and council asked the governor for such help, it would be a different story. But, there is no damn emergency.

The Pentagon leadership that would have laughed in Trump’s face is gone. Why? Because they would have laughed in Trump’s face. And. They probably did in his first term.

Independent count of the dead in Gaza.

Trump has stopped all visas to Palestinians for medical care.

One of the places genocide can be realized is the assault on the births of an ethnicity. The fall of successful infant birth is genocide.

Genocide isn’t just a death count, it is the success of birth and thriving.

Someone has to be willing to pull the levers.

A pansy in the White House willing to create alternate realities and doesn’t see the writing in the wall should never be president so much as the global joke.

It adversely affects readiness.

The burgeoning war with Russia requires honesty and preparedness as never before. No commanding officer is going to lie to the American people. Trump’s demand as Commander and Chief for propaganda rather than truth plays into the hands of the enemy.

Dismissal of faithful military leadership weakens and has weakened the country’s knowledge base. I will quote a friend, a former civilian contractor personnel, “They must be going crazy at the Pentagon.”

That friend once worked with what is now known as “The Golden Dome.” The contractor knew the missiles were coming before the president did. If Congress doesn’t do something about Trump and his cabinet if assholes they are putting out national defense in severe jeopardy at a time Russia is counting the days to USA invasion.

Besides the climate crisis, this is number two on the endangerment of American lives.

Congress needs to impeach the known madman in the White House NOW!

Artificial intelligence, huh?

Trump is creating an emergency. This is not rocket science.

Energy emergency is all bogus.

The legislated monies are guaranteed to the alternative energy sector of the USA. Those monies were legislated beginning with the Obama Administration after the Great Recession and additional appropriations on a continuing basis.

These monies do not belong to Trump’s cronies for whatever pie in the sky idea they have this week. By depriving the alternative energy sector of our economy Trump is creating his own emergency. It is political corruption as well as endangerment of life both within the borders of the USA and out.

President Obama promised at his first inauguration speech to be a President for all Americans. In his first budget bill after the Great Recession he made room for the fossil fuel industry. Natural Gas would see a place in the USA energy sector with a clear understanding all methane leaks would be contained.

I don’t really care to hear how the fossil fuel industry is injured when in fact they have injured generations of Americans and allies to a stable and livable Earth’s troposphere. In realizing the extent these programs are under attack it appears racism is dominating Trump’s preferences for energy as well. Many of the alternative energy programs and electric grid improvements began under a minority president.

On one hand Trump wants to replace jobs for citizens with computers. People don’t need electricity to work on the job. Computers require enormous amounts of energy, especially crypto currency.  It is well known if Americans are becoming more and more dependent on computers the demand for electricity is high. That demand has to be satisfied by all forms of energy, especially wind and solar.

Trump and his cronies will not accept the fact Earth’s troposphere is heating because of anthropogenic pollution from fossil fuels. That is more than unfortunate, it is very dangerous.

Personal Sovereignty

Rarely do Americans think of personal sovereignty. It surrounds our lives everyday. The Rule of Law operates within the BOUNDARIES of personal sovereignty. It is most often realized in laws that protect Americans’ safety, in lawsuits where bodily injury occurs, trespassing laws of personally owned property, and Americans practice personal sovereignty when they treat their bodies reverently with good health practices as simple as using a personal toothbrush.

The rights enshrined in the First Amendment exhibit personal sovereignty as guaranteed by the USA Constitution. The one impingement of personal sovereignty is with Freedom of Religion.

Imagine a bubble around you called The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. That bubble allows for personal worship of religion. What that bubble does not provide for is forced acceptance of any religion or religious practices. That hacking away of personal sovereignty has been a priority of Republicans as they demand forced acceptance of an unwanted pregnancy or a fetus struggling that creates danger and quite possibly life threatening danger to a woman’s life.

That bubble is chronically under attack by this administration and Congress. That is why Americans are upset and getting more upset. Their personal sovereignty is under attack. Americans need to recognize those uncomfortable feelings for what they are and ACT on them to remove what is basically bad governance by the elites in power.

Americans must identify those causing such alarm and the value systems that attack us. Then. They have to be eliminated with elections and lawsuits and criminal charges.

Ethics are paramount to healthy personal sovereignty. The ethics need enforcement and recognition, too.

Political Corruption…

…is carried out by criminals called racketeers. What is everyone waiting for.

THE USA CONSTITUTION die not tolerate criminals in seats of power. End it!

Expose them, call them what they are, and run on it. Bring Americans reality, not propaganda. Every state has oppositional candidates able to break through the rhetorical propaganda.

What’s the problem?

I thought this was the reality generations. Millennials should be masters of their universe, not passive observers. Come on guys, get with it. Bring down the corrupt and corruption.

End the propaganda.

Greg Abbot has sat in his Texas Governor…

…wheelchair far too long. He has broken federal law over and over. Then he complains when he is exposed. He needs to be replaced with someone interested in lawful behavior that wants safety for all Texans. The state is far too rough cut to tolerate in the year 2025.

You mean to tell me artificial intelligence can’t improve gun safety for children in schools?

Oh.

I see.

Or is it that great safety from gun violence would be a profound disadvantage for profiteers of the gun stockbrokers?

Every Governor in the USA…

…has the power of declaring an emergency. This would be especially true when a presidential order is illegal. The Governors are obligated to protect their citizens and should explore the rational for their own emergency declarations with their state Attorney General in regard to existing and long established principles, including limiting the movements of ICE in garb to mask their identity. Not every arrest or raid is legit under existing law.

This hostility against The Clean Air Act is not backed by any proven change in the decades of attempting to institute Clean Coal Technology. President Obama tried everything to perfect coal’s use and every attempt, including a model plant, failed. The Coal Industry has been beating this dead horse far too long. If the coal industry wants to make money, make diamonds with clean energy. Diamonds are more valuable than any burning ember.

An illegal order is an illegal order and should be met with demands to prove otherwise.

Trump’s signature is worthless when faced with factual documentation to prove he is not only breaking the law, but, enacting political corruption to back cronies. Such demands for proof can bring about the strength of states RICO statutes.

The strength of the USA Constitution exists to expose the lawbreakers that may include federal House and Senate members.

“The Clean Air Act”

The Trump Administration is in violation of the law. He needs to be removed from office along with his cabinet. They are a clear and present danger to every American alive today no matter what country they are living in.

The role of the president is to protect lives anbd not destroy them. He is far outside the role and oath of office. His emergency declarations are political corruption without documents to validate their basis. Emergency declarations within the power of the presidency is to protect lives not destroy them. Trump and his administration is far outside that definition and have no valid reasons for any declared emergency.

These are illegal presidential orders.

It is called, “Acid Rain.”

There is nothing artificial intelligence can do to stop it in unregulated coal plants. What acid rain does to tree leaves it does to human lungs. These plants will shorten people’s longevity.

Trump is so out of step with reality it is extremely dangerous. These plants are regulated and replaced for a reason. Solid scientific reasons are closing these disastrous energy plants. Their pollution goes into moving air masses changing climate as well as health. These air masses moving around the planet creating issues for every other country in the world.

There are excellent replacements. This is political corruption and nothing short of it. The plants should be bombed into oblivion.

Reverend Barber has been involved with human rights for as long as I can remember.

Poor and low wage workers (click here) gather in Washington, DC to make their voices heard at The Mass Poor People's & Low Wage Workers' Assembly & Moral March on Washington, DC and to the Polls. Originally broadcast on June 29th, 2024.

William Barber II (click here) is president and senior lecturer of Repairers of the Breach, which builds and supports moral movements for social change, and co-chair of the Poor People's Campaign: A National Call For Moral Revival. He’s a bishop with The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries, pastor of Greenleaf Christian Church and executive board member of the Christian Church Disciples of Christ. Barber is a professor in the practice of public theology and public policy at Yale Divinity School, where he’s founding director of the Center for Public Theology and Public Policy. Previously, he was president of the North Carolina NAACP and served on the national NAACP board. His most recent book is “White Poverty: How Exposing Myths About Race and Class Can Reconstruct American Democracy.”

There is a different approach to interpreting the USA Constitution as a living document rather than parchment and words.

The terms "strict constructionist" is always on the lips of the six Neanderthals' of the Supreme Court. Welcome, instead to "loose constructionism." It protects the interests of the individual which is the focus the founding fathers as they moved into the Revolutionary War.

Strict Constructionism is an afront to the founding fathers principles in leaving behind a king. Loose constructionism is the real world.

Loose constructionism (click here) is a legal and political philosophy that advocates for a broad interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, allowing for flexibility and adaptability to changing social and political contexts. This approach emphasizes the "living document" nature of the Constitution, suggesting it should be interpreted in light of current circumstances, not just the original intent of the framers. Loose constructionists believe the federal government has powers beyond those explicitly listed in the Constitution, especially when those powers are deemed necessary and proper for the nation's well-being.
