Musk’s DoGE is committing identity theft.

I believe nothing Musk says. Social Security began in 1935. Anyone on the rolls that is over 300 years old would have signed up at the age of 210 years old when SSI started. That is the problem with this whole mess, there is no special council investigating fraud. 

Musk is violating the law as he plows through our government. He doesn’t have qualifications to conduct a fraud investigation. Investigators like Jack Smith can compile the facts and go before a judge for arrest warrants followed by prosecution. There is something very wrong with Musk simply raiding the offices in DC. He can make up any story he wants with baseless rhetoric.

As Americans there appears to be no recourse against the Trump invasion.

I propose differently. 

There are laws that act against identity theft. What the Trump‘s White House DoGE is doing is invading every Americans’ privacy and stealing data. I don’t care if it’s one person they’re stealing from, they are still scanning through and looking at the records of honest Americans that work hard for a living.

I believe average Americans can rise up, speak to their local law enforcement people, and file complaints. There are also lawyers of every individual in this country if one so chooses and/or groups of people in this country that can file lawsuits based upon identity theft.

Trump‘s White House is full of criminals. It should not be difficult to hold these horrible human beings accountable for their continuing crimes.

Terrorists and Scammers commit identity theft differently. They don’t hide in plain sight. They have criminal methodologies that require large computer banks as can be found in sovereign countries. Each time an organization has a security breech that information is placed in a computer directory that is continuous.

As more and more entities, such as medical or business facilities are hacked, the data is again and again entered into computer banks. When an identity is complete from repeated hacking the hacker/terrorist/scammer can then use that data to carry out financial abuse of hard working Americans or Europeans or otherwise.

That information came from the IRS with FoIA. This is the information gathering about enemies vital national intelligence agencies carry out. We know our enemies. It is completely wrong as well as illegal for what Trump is directing. The IRS is the focus at times by criminals. The collected data can be used to file faux tax returns. Sometimes that is where identity theft shows up first. 

Under Trump’s and Musk’s direction DoGE is carrying out the same attack only under the guise of government improvements. Funny, I always thought security of my personal identity was a government improvement. It is called trust. 

The Trump administration is not trustworthy. It is as plain as the nose on my face. What they are doing is illegal.

I find this new revenge economy concerning.

Not every human emotion should have a cash return. Revenge in many ways is illegal, but, it is also unethical. 

I never thought distaste acts would entire my world other than Trump politics. 

This past week on February 14th a bird rescue allowed visitors to name a rat with the name of a person(s) that was then fed to a recovering American Bald Eagle. That is simply grossly unethical of a conservation group that is supposed to be outside such low level emotional consumerism.

I find that very troubling. Money at any cost is a culture akin to Musk-rat. It is gross and pure greed in realizing the troubling emotions that person purchasing a rat may feel in those moments of capitalized revenge. 

How many people would see such expression of hate/revenge in this country? How many more people will learn the ills of that feeling of revenge?

This was a bird refuge that rehabilitated magnificent birds to return to the wild and protect the genetic basis of an entire species. How many Americans will come to link revenge with the American Bald Eagle?

Are the feelings of revenge going to take over our civilized social content? I think the USA has sincerely growing sad realities that completely throw ethics under the bus. It wasn’t all that long ago when ethical behavior linked with peaceful thoughts were the bottom line of decision making in this country. 

I find revenge, which is a form of jealousy, disgusting. It belongs nowhere in our society or government. I think it can be contained best in the WWF rather than professional practices and organizations.

Judges need to permit immigrants…

…the right to a Green Card hearing remotely with the only designation of location bring “within the USA borders.” These required hearings are being raided by ICE. That is entrapment and wrongful arrests of legal immigrants.

Musk trusts AI before he trusts people. Ask him to calculate Space X’s trajectory on a slide rule and then you’ll know how much of an expect he is. 

The reality that “The Marian” was based on is accurate. Frontier exploration requires mastery of science without any computers or AI. 

The complete reliance on technology into the future only creates Hal and failure.

CEO’s are frequently considered experts of their products as long as the profits to stockholders are exorbitant. That doesn’t mean anything when lives are on the line.

Capitalism and space don’t match. Never will.

Humans have to mutate to the climate of other planets before survival safeguards are in place to allow worry free living on interstellar space. Mutations for humans don’t really happen as opposed to moths. The more complex the organism is, there tends to be genetic specialization which opposes mutations and adaptation.

Look, Musk ain’t all that.

I ran across some videos spouting his so called wisdom and basically he rides technology by the seat of his pants. He is more of a businessman than engineer and he will never be a scientist or scholar. He is a populist icon that has hired talent to put together technology no one else wanted.

He is doing to Trump what he has done to all his other projects. Yes, Trump is an Elon project and why Elon’s son hates Trump. 

Elon has convinced himself he is god. Technology can do that. He believes the best thing that can happen to the USA is to replace  government workers with algorithms. No way in hell will that be an improvement. Ask yourself how many times in a day are you waiting for computers to do THEIR job. Algorithms can be controlled and by a handful of people. Musk’s attack on NASA is a direct assault on the country’s national security. 

DOGE can be replaced with people that can evaluate the practical application of technology and roll it out incrementally to be certain it works well.

NASA can have private contractors to assist with it’s work, but, this is proof of the idiocy of a Trumpland ambition.

Musk hasn’t been involved with the important meetings with NASA that include the national security of the USA AND allies. This entire mess is an outrage!

Imagine Starlink replacing every defense satellite the military owns. Musk lost an entire shipment of Starlink to a solar storm because HE and HIS TEAM never got the launch date right to avoid the folly. NASA knew better than to fight a solar storm and the scientists at the Goddard Space Space Flight Center (click here) were the first to state the solar wind makes living in space life threatening and will cause death.

Musk likes to ignore his huge, expensive, and COMPROMISING mistakes and simply move on to the next folly. The USA can’t afford Musk flying by the seat of his CEO pants. His mistakes will destroy this county and add to the deficit.

When President Kennedy launched the space program it was in reaction to Sputnik. The USA space program continued with manned missions because of Yuri Gagarin. The purpose of NASA’s number 1 mission has always been national defense. Musk has too much conflict of interest and doesn’t have “the chops” to know what is vital to national defense and what isn’t. 

Example: Musk and Space X doesn’t have a clue about national defense and can be done away with as partners to any space program. How grand it must have been to hire novice engineers while OCCUPYING NASA’s paid for infrastructure.

Oh, I don’t think so.

Ban private space companies from all NASA meetings and properties. Congress needs to act.

Musk has to be brought up in charges. NASA is VITAL to our national defense.

NASA is a hell of a lot more important than some damn Mars rovers.

Transgender need a sanctuary

It was one thing to hate under the umbrella of a political campaign, but, then the monster was elected and promising pardons to criminals that commit violence so the carnage started. After all torturing a transgender is appropriate to bring about their real gender. Their natural gender. The gender that God gave them.

Transgender ALLOWANCE is what threatens a child’s identity to later they be eaten by Democrats. No schooling transgender children as their parents and doctors are all misguided WOKE jerks.

Russia has taken 20,000 Ukrainian children and recently eight were recovered. That might be the soul of the Ukrainian military, the return of their children.

The truth is Russia has no real military left. What exists of men that come forward to fight are slaughtered once they enter the battlefield. The only reason there is still warring violence in Ukraine is due to whatever experimental missiles Russia has left and Iranian drones. Russia needs to be expelled from sovereign Ukraine with a clear understanding any other diplomatic effort is a betrayal to America’s commitment to date and the abandonment of democracy.

Ukraine does not want Russia, it wants its homeland intact and allowed to heal without Putin’s special military operation politics getting in the way.

President Zelenskyy needs to speak to the great victories of his citizen soldiers. From the beginning he has lead with his commanders victory after victory. The Ukrainian people are absolutely the most remarkably strong people in history. This war will go down as a turning point for democracy and the will of the people that practice and defend it.

The victories on the Sea of Azov and along the coast of the Black Sea are nothing short of miracles by the finest minds in Ukraine. The country has no navy and by all rights should have never been successful. But they were.

I admire President Zelenskyy and any Trump sell out is nothing but kicking sand in the face of NATO. Trump is a coward and his administration nothing more than propagandists for Trump.

Trump kicked the USA nuclear scientists out of their employment with the federal government. No one can find them to return them to vital work for the people because the supporting personnel offices are shutdown. The records are probably destroyed. Trump is a moron figurehead with absolutely no clue as to what this country needs or how to protect Americans from his stupidity. 

Get this right. Trump is stupid beyond any definition of the word. Why would President Zelenskyy who has lead in amazing defense of his country trust Trump for one minute? There is no reason for anyone to trust Trump and his minions.

The governors need to review with the managers of ALL the nuclear facilities in their state all safety protocols. The governors associations need an establish their own nuclear protocols for nuclear safety. Trump will kill people or worse devastate agriculture land that feeds Americans.

Trust Trump with Ukrainian mineral rights? I don’t think so. Trump’s cost saving measures would be to throw the doors open to Russia to raid them. Ukrainian minerals belong to the children of Ukraine.

Trump has no right to negotiate any peace DEALS. He is involved in ethnic cleansing in Gaza. He is hardly a reputable peace partner anywhere.

Trump’s Department of Justice is growing mothballs with all the empty desks of resigning CONSERVATIVE lawyers leaving their jobs. Why? Because Pam Bondi is pathetic, no leader, and corrupt to the core. Judges need to be hearing cases of gross malpractice and start pulling licenses to practice. Bondi is protecting the criminals and racketeers not the people.

Trump’s speed of flexing muscles is sending artists into a frenzy and is bringing drag queens and pastors together as well as children to declare Worchester, Massachusetts a sanctuary city for the transgender citizens.

That is the idiot of a man currently OCCUPYING the USA White House.

Compare that disaster of a man to the magnificent Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Trump has no place in his presence.

The USA Congress needs to continue support of President Zelenskyy’s needs as his country has a wealth of minerals that Trump covets enough to sell out Ukraine and the USA to Putin.

President Zelenskyy has allies in the USA Congress. They need to assist the Ukrainians in every way possible, including plenty of legislation that secures Ukraine, NATO, and the USA. There needs to be new caucuses in the Senate and House named The Ukrainian Caucus.

That is exactly what this is; a conspiracy between Trump and Musk to dismantle the federal government. It is important how these documents were obtained, so much that they have surfaced.

These documents need to be a part of lawsuits to end this conspiracy going forward. State Attorney Generals can benefit from this information.

Trump has been stating there would be no reason for American Christian voters to cast another vote after 2024. This is why. He intends an autocracy.

One has to ask whether Putin would have been afforded the same honor. The answer of course would be no. So, why allow it? Give the stage to Ukraine rather than the USA. President Zelenskyy has more to say about democracy than any USA representative does.

Europe is not recognizing Putin’s puppets now in the executive branch of the USA government. It is important to thwart their mission in breeding seething hate. What Europe is missing is the burgeoning genocide in the USA.

It is more or less the hideousness of Trump’s mental health that is being stated. Trump’s cabinet are puppets to his delusions of having a kingdom rather than a democracy. 

Everything Hegseth states is based in hate. Ethnic based hate. Europe is nothing but ethnic. The French, the Germans, the Italians, the British, etc. That is what people are hearing. For crying out loud his wife scared school children.

The USA has treaties and the legislature is responsible for those treaties. NATO is intact. The USA has a responsibility to Europe. There is no pulling out of NATO. 

Ukraine has contracts with other countries and those contracts need to be respected, including the USA military industrial complex. That is who Ukraine is dealing with, CEOs, not Trump. The Congress approves sales of the military industrial complex and the companies make the weapons. Ukraine should have a lobbyist in Washington, DC that keeps things moving along. There are many Congresspersons that understand the circumstances.

The Post Soviet countries do not want to go back and that includes Ukraine. That is respected and the USA legislature is respecting those countries that value freedom.

The Cultural Genocide continues.

The fear is palpable which is becoming a common experience across the breath of USA government as DOGE has seized office after office. The faces are familiar to some people but their actions are a threat and demoralizing.

The Kennedy Center as is has been known to have patrons that may want to take their money elsewhere. The center thrived on ticket sales. My suggestion is to boycott and move on in creating a private charity with the same name on a different place, perhaps Massachusetts. Perhaps more specifically “The President John Fitzgerald Kennedy Center.” Maybe connect it with the library.

Should the current center location close and/or go bankrupt the elegant artifacts can be purchased to return to the new Kennedy Center. Good luck.

Hegseth is an insecure guy without his propagandist at his side.

To say I am not concerned about the sudden shift to surrender by the Trump White House would be a lie. This populous administration is simply not brave or focused on freedom. They are giving too much away and drawing our borders close in stationing the military at them rather than serving in a greater capacity.

I believe Congress in any bill going forward will have to correct course the military through legislation designed to define the mission of the USA military to secure our national security. Trump is and will misuse the military. He is not capable of the command of our military.

Hegseth is not prepared to be Defense Secretary. Congress will have to invite him and in separate meetings the Joint Chiefs, the State Department, and field commanders. 

Hegseth in his former job at Fox News was a far-right conspiracy theory propagandist. That focus continued with an invitation to a radical commentator, Posobiec, in a recent OFFICIAL trip.

Posobiec rants on, as a former navy intelligence officer by the way, as a real control freak. He is dangerous in his level of need for attention and control. Any ally should be running background checks on him and restricting his presence in any meeting of government. Period. I mean it beyond imagination. Full stop. There is no liking this guy. At all. He is poison to democracy and is an example of the type of administration Trump seems to ooze.

Trump is NOT running security checks and there is a real reason why. These characters would never clear a visitor’s pass yet alone a security check.

Donald Trump is NOT the same man he was in  his previous administration. Why? Because he used estranged populations of people to achieve election this time and their leaders want a piece of control. 

Estranged populations include the Tabloid Crowd that Trump and his cabinet minions rely on for support. They cater to these folks to maintain their loyalty for political ambitions. It is why this administration is laced heavily with law breaking, corruption, and racketeering. The populous that believed in Trump this time live in a different world than average citizens. They just do and are sometimes trapped there because of cultural/social isolationism that IS their CHOICE.

Private citizens have no place in foreign circles. An example of Trump infiltration for the purpose of leaking state secrets is exampled by his assignments of his family at every embassy in the world.

BE CAREFUL and DO NOT stop being careful. Trump wants to defeat democracy globally and will never be willing to fight for it. That is all too obvious today.

We are not a banana republic.

Republicans more often than Democrats seem to have the problem of government overreach. The Michigan Republicans has the same problem when they had majorities. It ultimately goes to the courts for a return to democracy. 

Trump has the absolutely wrong idea of the powers of the presidency and this is just another example of. Honestly, he thinks he is king and he unilaterally and quite inappropriately from the executive branch wants to impeach judges. 

HE IS WASTING THE COUNTRY’S TIME AND MONEY. All these lawsuits due to misdirection of power costs money. He needs to stop being so difficult.

It is unfortunate there are orders for a blanket dismissal of employees. We need the best if the best and this should be a case by case evaluation of new hires.

Any number of universities including Oxford University would be delighted to print a report about nature. As a matter of fact if it were printed by a university(ies) it could be marketed rather than just sitting at the Government Printing Office. 

The research has already been done. The authors are independent and there is freedom of speech. Oppression in education is not allowed. This is an educational document many want to read and possibly use as a text book or reference book.

Trump’s administration to date is corrupt

Musk started to hack the federal government without authorization. He is a SGE which expires mid-March. SGE’s are not cabinet level authorities because their position is not created by Congress nor confirmed in a process required for such authority. That said, besides Musk having enormous conflict of interest so do staff members of DOGE.

Space X is repeatedly represented in these government raids repeatedly by Musk and now his investors.

Musk is cancelling contracts made with NASA. That is blatant racketeering. Every contract in every case Musk is cancelling is a case for court to reinstate them as there is no legitimate authority granted for that capacity. SGE’s by legal definition are consultants at best. Given Musk’s entourage are corrupt and none of their work is legal or binding. Granted they have created chaos, but, that is also illegal in interfering with the smooth operation of government at all levels due to its trickle down effect with states and municipalities.

Trump didn’t prove his case.

I know what the USA treasury needs to claw back. The 4500 personal trips by the Trump

family from the first term.

He is supposed to release monies to the states. The states proved their case. Trump said he obeys all judges orders. That is not the case here. These are states with States’ Rights as well. Trump needs to obey the judge. 

If Trump doesn’t have enough staff to carry out these responsibilities then that is his problem and is no excuse for ignoring a judge.
