Could it be the Flint Water Tragedy is finally finding itself out of the corruption within the Michigan legal system?
It didn't take long. The entire world of professionals, through their journals, know what morons sit in six seats on the Supreme Court.
"Nature" has been consolidating information to it's subscribers for decades. Probably from at least the 1960s regarding climate. The first journal of Nature published in November 1869.
"Nature" is widely read and respected. It will profounding effect issues with the USA. These professionals, as of I consider myself one, have been working hard at bringing knowledge to the community and the public, including government for a long time now. Their work is selfless and continuous. This decision by Roberts' is not going over well among reasonable and important people.
Right now, the Roberts' Court is nobody. They are corrupted lawyers with a permanent seat of power. Their power is not as it should be.

The US Supreme Court (click here) has limited the regulatory tools that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) can use to curb greenhouse-gas emissions, dealing a massive blow to US President Joe Biden’s climate agenda. Academics and environmentalists lamented the loss of authority, as well as the precedent it could set for the EPA — and potentially other US agencies trying to tackle major societal issues in innovative ways.
“It’s a very dangerous decision,” says Lisa Heinzerling, a legal expert at Georgetown University in Washington DC. “As an agency, if you are trying to tackle an important [new] question, and you’re trying to do it in a creative way, then this case should give you pause.”...

NATO is facing rebuke from China and Russia.
We are equal then, because, NATO allies rebuke China and Russia over creating threats to the global order. The West has facts on it's side and the Asia rouge nations do not.

Washington - The Supreme Court (click here) on Thursday rejected a challenge to the Biden administration’s efforts to end a Trump-era immigration program that forces asylum seekers arriving at the southwestern border to await approval in Mexico.
Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. wrote the majority opinion, joined by Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh and the court’s three liberal members. Justice Amy Coney Barrett agreed with much of the chief justice’s analysis.
The challenged program, known commonly as Remain in Mexico and formally as the Migrant Protection Protocols, applies to people who left a third country and traveled through Mexico to reach the U.S. border. After the policy was put in place at the beginning of 2019, tens of thousands of people waited in unsanitary tent encampments for immigration hearings. There have been widespread reports of sexual assault, kidnapping and torture....
I struggle for words for this majority of the Supreme Court except stupidity. Corrupt is another good word.
The Supreme Court on Thursday (click here) limited the Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to regulate carbon emissions from power plants, dealing a blow to the Biden administration’s efforts to address climate change.
The vote was 6 to 3, with the court’s three liberal justices in dissent, saying that the majority had stripped the E.P.A. of “the power to respond to the most pressing environmental challenge of our time.”
The ruling appeared to curtail the agency’s ability to regulate the energy sector, limiting it to measures like emission controls at individual power plants and, unless Congress acts, ruling out more ambitious approaches like a cap-and-trade system at a time when experts are issuing increasingly dire warnings about the quickening pace of global warming....

The White Republican majority (click here) in the Louisiana Legislature exerted its influence on political redistricting with maps that maintain their control across a state that has grown increasingly diverse. Lawmakers concluded a special session Friday with the approval of new lines for Louisiana’s seats in Congress, keeping five majority-White districts and one majority-Black.
Updated maps for the state school board, Public Service Commission and the Louisiana House and Senate also kept the same share of minority districts, despite Census data that show Louisiana with a Black population of 33% and 40% of residents who identify as a minority.
To keep district lines where they want them, GOP legislators will likely have at least two more major hurdles to clear: possible vetoes from Gov. John Bel Edwards and lawsuits from civil rights and voter advocacy groups.
“I remain adamant that the maps should reflect the growth of the African American population in our state over the last 10 years, allowing for minority groups to have an opportunity at electing candidates of their own choosing,” Edwards said in a statement after lawmakers adjourned, “and I do have concerns that several of the maps do not fulfill that moral and legal requirement.”...

...One person died and at least six were wounded (click here) in a Russian missile strike that hit a residential apartment block in Kyiv. The city’s Deputy Mayor, Volodymyr Bondarenko, said four of the injured were admitted to the hospital as search and rescue operations continue.
Bondarenko also said a kindergarten was hit in the missile strike but no one was injured, and video from Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs showed a large missile funnel in the backyard of the kindergarten.
Those injured in the residential block included a 7-year-old girl, he said. Her mother, a 35-year-old woman named Katerina, was rescued from the rubble and put into an ambulance. She is a citizen of Russia, but had lived in Kyiv for a long time....
Something is going on with COVID-19.
Over the last week, (click here) Michigan reported 14,353 new COVID-19 cases, an average of 2,050.4 per day, and 174 new deaths, according to data released Tuesday by the state health department.
The daily average for new cases increased by 34.4% compared to last week, and the daily average of new deaths represent a 152.2% increase from the previous report.
These increases are only for a six day week and not a full seven day week in Michigan.
Last week, the state changed its weekly data release from Wednesdays to Tuesdays, reporting only 6 days of cases and deaths for last week....

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker (click here) said Monday that the state may “encourage” employers headquartered in states that have effectively outlawed abortion to relocate to or expand their operations in the Bay State, The Boston Globe reported.
Massachusetts has some of the strongest abortion protections in the country, and state lawmakers are considering doing more to defend the right to an abortion through funding for reproductive healthcare access, State House News Service (SHNS) reported Monday.
“I do believe that having listened to and heard from a lot of companies over the course of the past several days about what this decision means with respect to their workforces and their benefit plans, that .there may in fact be a big opportunity here for Massachusetts to encourage some employers to either come here or expand their footprint here, as we are a state that takes this issue seriously,” Baker said....

Mark Meadows’ was invested in the coup.
Mark Meadows found Trump’s plot to coup the 2020 election convenient because he never lawfully lived in the district he represented in the US House. Meadows had reasons to look the other way.
What is hideous about Trump’s ambitions to be at the Capitol to the point where he assailed his own Secret Service agent is the reality was it was a mob. No matter how much Trump believes “these are my people” his survival of the day was not guaranteed. If January 6th went very wrong everyone including Trump could have been dead and the power of the country would have fallen to the Governors to instill Marshall Law while linking to the military.
The reality is that if one AR-15 made it into the Joint Session with everyone still there and Trump and his entourage present everyone could be dead. The entire governing body of the federal government could have been wiped away. White Supremacists were/are using Trump as a vehicle.
The Secretary of State is third in line with an intact federal government. The federal government would be in disarray.
January 6th Committee Meeting - June 28, 2022
1:00 pm
The committee and witness arrive to room.
1:02 Chaiman Thompson has opened the meeting. The witness is seated.
The mission of the committee is entered into the record today. The Select Committee has a massive amounts of evidence to the investigation. There is some difficulty getting all the information, but the witnesses today and in the past are courageous to bring information to the committee.
Vice Chairwoman Cheney reviewed those that have given testimony. She states the witness today, Ms. Cassidy Hutchinson (click here), has important information as an assistant to Vice President Pence. She knew a great deal about the activities of the Trump White House. Future hearings will clarify the information from Ms. Hutchinson today.
1:08 Ms. Cassidy Hutchinson is introduced by Chairman Thompson and she is sweared in.
She has served in sensitive government jobs. She was a special assistant to the President. Her day was fluid as there was no strick agenda on any given day. She was also responsible for security to Mr. Meadows and the president. She became a trusted and important person to Mark Meadows. She handled whatever the Chief of Staff Meadows needed for the day. She infers she was carrying out the president's requests through Mr. Meadows.
A map of the West Wing of the White House. Her desk was between the Oval Office and others. There is a short distance from the Oval Office and her office. It takes a few seconds to walk to the Oval Office from her office.
Vice Chairwoman Cheney states Ms. Hutchinson was able to understand the planning for the insurrection of January 6th. Giuliani states to her after a meeting in the Oval Office, "You must be excited about January 6th." She spoke to Mr. Meadows after the that interaction with Giuliani and Mr. Meadows stated he was aware of "things might get real, real bad on January 6th."
When hearing Giuliani and Meadows response Ms. Hutchinson became scared for what might be transpiring on January 6th and the planning for January 6th.
December 2020, Mr. Radcliff was nominated by Trump to oversee US Intelligence. Mr. Radcliff felt the insurrection of January 6th was not something the White House should be involved in. It would be bad for the president's legacy. Director Radcliff stated things could get out of hand.
Mrs. Hutchinson states the post election period was filiing complaints and moving toward an obstruction of the placement of Joe Biden in the presidency. "Occupy federal buildings and invading the capital building," by Mr. Donoghue. "Patriots must be at the Capitol Building to prevent Biden from office." The White Supremacists entered conversations in the White House the closer it got to January 6th. "Congress itself is the target on the January 6th."
January 4th call the national security advisor Robert O'Brien wanted to speak to Mark Meadows to talk to him about the anticipated danger on the 6th. Tony Ornado was also someone Mr. O'Brien wanted to talk to because he was the most responsible for security of White House staff and he was the conducit between the White House and the Secret Service.
"..we had info reports stating there could be violence on the 6th..."
Wshington, DC police arrested armed persons with weapons on the evening of the 5th.
Mags (magnatomitors) screened people that had weapons of a variety was allowed in the meeting on the elipse. Near the elipse were people with AR-15s and glock style pistols. They were outside the Mags. Men carrying AR-15s at 14th and Independence Ave at 0800 on the 6th and at the 1100 hour of January 6th.
Meeting with Tony Ornado and Mark Meadow at 1000 on the 6th revealed the fact the White House knew the variety of weapons including deadly weapons were in the crowd/mob.
She remembers Mark Meadows not verbalizing acknowledgement of the dangers. Mr. Ornado states he made Donald John Trump aware of the weapons in the mob. Mr. Meadows did not act on the concerns of Mr. Ornado.
1;31 Texts messages ORM. The president was furious because he wanted the arena of the elipse maxed in size to allow all those attending in the arena. She was in the tent area behind the stage. Trump was concerned about the camera view to provide a view of a very numerous attendees. Trump was furious about the people with weapons being left out of the arena and demanded the Mags be removed. "The armed people were not there to hurt him."
The attendees of the arena with weapons did not want them confiscated if they went through the Mags. Trump wanted the Mags removed. He stated it twice. Donald John Trump was aware the people in the arena at the Elipse with or without weapons would be marching to the Capitol. There were some persons wearing body armor.
The mob walked to the Capitol after Trump's direction to do so. Security on the scene made the assessment there was not enough security at the Capitol to contain the mob. It was becoming clear to those staffing that day, including the Secret Service, that the violence was overwhelming the Capitol. The police were overwhelmed and it was being discussed. Mark Meadows was talking secretly to someone on the phone. Ms. Hutchinson was not allowed to hear what Meadows was saying in the Control Car. The door was slammed shut to Ms. Hutchinson twice. At one point Mr. Meadows asked how much longer was Trump's speech at the elipse.
The violence before Trump's instructions to march to the Capitol occurred because the White Supremacists were at the US Capitol already and by 10 AM. Those plans were made in a car garage the night before at the very least. So, Trump's speech to instruct the mob at the Elipse was simply more people to assist with the coup of the Joint Convened Congress.
Scheduled Movement is on the official schedule to be known to the staff and Secret Service as well as the public. That is set days before in anticipation of security in place.
OTR is less planned and does not have to be known to the public/press.
January 3rd Cipilloni briefly stated "We need to make sure this doesn't happen...." We would have legal complications if the insurrection went forward. Ciplloni stated, "Please don't let the movement happen." Because of charges of potentially obstructing justice and defrauding the electoral count. Cipolloni was worried it would be viewed as inciting a riot.
Nick Luna stated he wanted to speak at the Capitol. Max Miller stated the president would be driving to the Capitol. Trump brought up the subject. Mr. Lima states he was aware of the desire of the president to march or accompany attendees to the Capitol.
NSC staff believed that MOGUL (the president) was going to the Capitol and was looking for the best possible route. The day of the insurrection the NSC was aware of the calls by Capitol Police asking for help. McCarthy called Ms. Hutchinson explained the president just said he was marching to the Capitol. McCarthy states figure out the movement of the president because he was not going to the Capitol. Mr. Ornado was made aware.
Scheduled movement was not clear about Trump's arrival to the Capitol. Mr. Hutchinson was not aware of Trump's plans on January 6th once reaching the Capitol. A speech possibly at the Capitol and/or entering the Joint Session during the Electoral Vote Count.
She returned to the White House and Mr. Ornado asked her to his office. Bobby Engle was the chief officer in the Trump detail. Trump entered The Beast and was told he was not going to the Capitol. Trump became irrate and demanded to go to the Capitol. He was told they would be going back to the West Wing and Trump became physical to disable the driver and redirect the travel of the car to the Capitol. The facts were not disputed to Ms. Hutchinson.
Kayleigh McEnery knew of Trump's whereabouts.
In a brusque statement, (click here) McEnany claimed that “there is only one word for anyone who suggests I was ever a White House employee: liar.”
The transmission of the January 6th committee meeting is being interriupted on MSNBC by claimed discontinuance of the signal. North State Communications in North Carolina.
Ms. Hutchinson states she witnessed Donald John Trump throwing china and food when he was ill tempered. Bill Barr states when he offered to resign Donald John Trump slammed the desk in anger.
2:01 pm Committee taking a break for 10 minutes.
Using my phone is a better idea.
Television looks better. I think there are many people watching this and the signal has to be boosted from time to time.
2:15 pm Committee is back and Vice Chairman Cheney began with an introduction of Mr. Stone and General Flynn and their pledging. Flynn was pardoned and Stone's sentence was commuted.
January 5th Mark Meadows called Stone and Flynn on the 5th. Mr. Hutchinson is unaware of the contents of the conversation. The Willard Hotel was called the War Room. Meadows was discouraged to go to the Willard Hotel that evening. Giuliani and his associates were not trustworthy to Ms. Hutchinson. Mark Meadows did not go to the Willard Hotel but dialed into the meeting.
"Was the violence on January 6th was justified morally or legally? Does General Flynn believe in the peaceful transfer of power. Flynn asks, "The Fifth" to all questions.
2 to 2:05 pm The "rioters" were getting closer to the Capitol. Mark Meadows was in his office. Ms. Hutchinson asked Meadows if he was watching the crowd on the television. Meadows states he saw the events on television but the president wanted to be alone at that moment. Neither Meadows or Trump expressed concern or a need to end the march as they were closer in proximity of the Capitol.
Cipolloni barrelling down the hallway and asked for Mark Meadows. He started to shake his head and opened the door to Meadows office. Meadows states the President does not want to do anything about the violence. Cipolloni stated there was grave concern for the violence. Trump was doing nothing and not discussing it with his staff.
2:15pm a tweet went out. It might had been 2:14 pm on the 6th. The conversations in the Oval Office dining room was about the hang Mike Pence chants. A couple of minutes later Cipolloni stated that Mark Meadows needed to do something more. The president states to Meadows the mob was doing nothing wrong. "Their" is the rioters at the Capitol.
Trump defends the insurgents about the chant of hanging Mike Pence.
2:24 pm - Trump tweet - The Vice President does not have the courage to do what needs to be done. Ms. Hutchinson states to the best of my ability and as a staff felt personally sad, disappointed, disgusted and frustrated. She believes the insurrection was unpatriotic. "The Capitol Building was being defaced for a lie." She feels she has not recovered from the emotions she had that day. Basiscally she was highly conflicted that day. PTSD?
The "Mike Pence didn't have the courage" was a warning to some of the staff and there were resignations. DeVos there is no misunderstanding the impact of Trump and Chow stated she was deeply troubled in a way that she cannot set it aside.
Three camps that day in the White House:
l. working to get him to take action
2. a more neutral group - advisors toeing the line and knew Trump didn't want to take action
3. deflect and blame - blame antifa as the mob is not their people
White House Council Office wanted a strong statement to cause the "rioters" to stop and leave the Capitol.
3:00 PM written on the Chief fo Staff note card a potential statement for Trump - illegal phrase and it was disregarded and never issued
Ivanka wanted Trump to send people home. She wanted Trump to tell the insurgents to go home peacefully.
Laura Ingraham wrote to Trump. Did she or any of her associates go on the air to condem the violence? I didn't think so.
Laura O'Donnell stated Leader McCarthy believed it was Un-American and he condems the violence. Disappointed and sad, this is not who we are...this has to stop now. I conveyed to the president what needs to do and asked him to do that. (televisions "hot" 24/7")
Republican Senator on video told Trump to end the violence.
4:17 pm - Trump calls for peace and expresses affirming statement to his affection for them. Trump never condemned the attack.
January 6th evening
3:31 pm Hannity asked Mark Meadows to have Trump ask the insurgents to leave the Capitol.
Wow, the staff formulated a defeat of Trump's directives and having Vice President in charge of the country. Impeachment and 25th Amendment is real and people will quit.
The Cabinet Secretaries was discussing the 25th Amendment and Ms. Hutchinson was aware and reported it to Mark Meadows.
Pat Filbin wrote a speech for Trump on January 7th to address the events of the 6th. Filbin and Cipilloni were rejected by Donald John Trump. Calling the insurgents violent and prosecuting them. Trump didn't believe the insurrectionists were not wrong but Pence was wrong that day. Trump stated he would like to pardon the insurgents.
Pat Philbin (click here) is based in the firm’s new Washington office. In almost thirty years of practice, including service in senior roles in the federal government, Mr. Philbin has gained deep experience in a broad range of matters from litigating disputes for Fortune 100 companies, to responding to congressional investigations, to crisis management involving legal issues that make front-page news stories. In addition to handling critical litigation matters, Mr. Philbin will draw on his extensive experience both in and out of government to counsel clients confronted with complex legal issues that present challenges on several fronts and may require interacting with the legislative branch and executive agencies as well as seeking solutions in court. In his varied experience as a litigator, he has presented argument in myriad state, federal, and tribal trial courts, in eight of the thirteen federal courts of appeals, before the International Court of Justice at The Hague, and before the United States Senate sitting as a Court of Impeachment.
Mr. Philbin spent over fifteen years as a litigation partner at a major international law firm where he litigated matters at both the trial and appellate levels for Fortune 100 clients....
Mark Meadows encouraged the speech to include pardoning the insurgents. Giulianli wanted a presidential pardon as did Mark Meadows in relation to the insurrection.
2:50 pm Vice Chairwoman's closing statement. She states the country is in debt to Ms. Hutchinson. I second that. Both ladier are very brave.
A practice that raised significant concern if witnesses were contacted to influence their statements to the committee.
Being a team player is important and Trump reads transcripts. THOSE ARE DIRECT THREAT TO FEDERAL WITNESSES. It sounds like racketering.
2:54 Chairman Thompson states regardless of poor memories of some witnesses, due to people like Ms. Hutchinson the truth will be known.
2:55 pm Adjorned.

The One Man Grand Jury charges are vacated and sent back to the lower courts.
By Arpan Lobo
The Michigan Supreme Court (click here) sided with a trio of former state officials charged for their involvement in the Flint drinking water crisis, issuing an opinion Tuesday that a lower court judge erred in using a "one-man grand jury" to issue indictments against the officials last year.
The unanimous opinion, with one justice not participating, calls for the cases against former state officials Nick Lyon, Nancy Peeler and Richard Baird to return to the Genesee Circuit Court for preliminary examinations.
In 2021, Genesee County Circuit Judge David Newblatt charged the group, and six others — including former Gov. Rick Snyder — for their involvement in the Flint water crisis, without a preliminary examination, which allows for cross-examination of witnesses before trial. Appeals to Newblatt's decision were rejected, bringing arguments to the Michigan Supreme Court.
In regard to the Supreme Court's decision regarding women's health...
... there will be more younger women that will seriously consider sterilization.
There are a few forms of sterilization that comes to mind. But, the idea sterilization will be used to prevent births is alarming. The options for life's ambitions for men and women will narrow and extreme choices will come into sight.
Sometimes it takes a few years, even ten or more, for a couple to find their path forward to prosperity. But, at the end of that process, the couple may decide the path forward defines room for children. I would hate to think these couples would choose sterilization and later find their only real answer to have children is adoption or surrogate mothers or test tube fertilization only to have the eggs implanted to the woman's uterus.
These realities will become more prominent as abortion will no longer be a choice.
Abandoning abortion is completely wrong. Taking abortion away from these women will result in sterilization. They are not hard wired to children as their life's ambition. They see children as an enhancement to their lives.

...The share of U.S. women (click here) at the end of their childbearing years who have ever given birth was higher in 2016 than it had been 10 years earlier. Some 86% of women ages 40 to 44 are mothers, compared with 80% in 2006, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data.1 The share of women in this age group who are mothers is similar to what it was in the early 1990s....

Give them an inch and they take a mile.
The Dnipro River needs to be scoured for Belarus and/or Russian ship(s) with missiles. It is a method to operate under the radar.
Ukraine should have patrol boats on that river. They need to be prepared for conflict.
In the image to the left the river widens just before the target. That is where they can be found. It is where they fired the missile. They knew what they were doing. It was a deliberate strike. It is a relatively short distance missle.
The muscle flexing at the Belarus border was a distraction.
June 27, 2022This was intentional. There is no missile that lands in Ukraine that is hitting innocent people by mistake. This is more of Putin's genocide.
The report is that this is ONE bomb. It was incendiary and illegal.

(Beirut) – The Russian-Syrian joint military operation (click here) has used internationally banned and other indiscriminate weapons in unlawful attacks on civilians in northwest Syria in recent weeks, Human Rights Watch said today. According to the United Nations, the area is home to 3 million civilians, at least half of whom had been displaced from elsewhere in Syria.
There is a reason why President Zelensky has continued attacks in the Eastern region of Ukraine and it is because any hint of weakness turns the communist zealots loose to do exactly this.
G7 has ruled for more sanctions on Russia. The biggest blow is Russian gold. Switzerland imported Russia gold in May (click here). Basically, what is happening is that the world makes decisions about Russia and Putin kills more Ukrainians.
There is a meeting in Poland about rebuilding Ukraine so some of the people could return. While Ukraine's leaders were optimistic about rebuilding the country, Putin put an end to the idea by sending missiles to kill innocent citizens in Kyiv and Kremenchuk. The attacks were deliberate. Citizens were deliberately targeted. This is definitely genocide and until Russia ends it's assault for some reason or another this will continue forever.
These attacks are the same form of terrorism used by Al Qaeda. Fill the people full of fear and they will turn against their government.

Moscow - Brittney Griner (click here) briefly appeared in public Monday, and moved one step closer to facing trial on drug charges in Russia. In a short court proceeding, a judge ordered Griner to be detained for the length of her trial, Griner's legal team told NPR.
The next hearing is scheduled for Friday, July 1, Griner's lawyer, Alexander Boikov, said. The trial will officially start that day, but it will begin with technical matters such as reading the indictment and reviewing case files, he added.
The news emerged from a preliminary court session that was closed to the public — but journalists did get a rare glimpse of Griner as the WNBA center walked through a hallway in the courthouse....

The invasion, which Moscow insists is a “special military operation”, has led to logistical problems, Euroleague said.

FOX News characterized the six Supreme Court Justices as courageous. (click here) That is rewarding and enforcing malpractice of the Rule of Law. FOX News complains about the dissenting judges as lacking the legal basis of Roe.
The Supreme Court has eliminated the liability of police when they ignore Miranda Rights. The six judges are radical extremists and are dismantling all civil rights, Miranda is part of the backbone of our criminal system.

The magic words (click here) beginning the Miranda warning that many know by heart – "you have the right to remain silent" – may be enshrined in Hollywood shows and films, but Thursday's Supreme Court decision means its civil rights protections will be significantly reduced, legal experts told USA TODAY.
The 6-3 decision, with the court's three liberal judges dissenting, in Vega v. Tekoh, essentially concluded that failing to "Mirandize" or give someone their Miranda warning, does not allow a person to sue law enforcement for a federal civil rights violation of the Fifth Amendment's protection against compelled self-incrimination....
