He will crash the economy and defame the USA globally. He will weaken our national defense and invite hostility to the country. Russia will invade from Venezuela and he won’t be emperor for long. He will be tried and given a death sentence.

Maduro will be at the inauguration party. These are Trump’s Frenemies. In order for Trump to extract and imprison all those he hates, he is going to need the help of his frenemies.

The gallows was real. Got that part? Trump lead an insurrection. There is nothing he says that can be dismissed. If he said it, he’ll do it. The hatred of then Speaker Pelosi spilled into the street costing her spouse extremely serious injury that could have been fatal.

I could not be more serious. Once he believes he has control, the country won’t matter. The country will be designed to serve his interests. Poverty will visit the people in a return to the days of the Dust Bowl. 

Communist counties don’t care about the people. There is a two class system in communist countries, the elite and the rest of the country. He doesn’t care about anything except his own creature comforts. Everyone else is a problem. The rally in New York City will be his rally call. 

Don’t expect a civilized man in the White House. That New York rally is as real as it gets. They all mean it.

Can the media be silenced?

Jeff Bezos wrote an opinion in the Washington  Post about what he believes are irrelevant presidential endorsements and I take it at face value, but, these decisions are white flags and not reassurances.

There are many, many reasons for journalists to be concerned about the state of their craft that spans education all the way to prison sentences.

The Washington Post lost a brave and magnificent man and journalist in Jamal Ahmad Khashquji. I am not certain what kind of pain that left at The Post, but, I miss him. I can only imagine how brilliant his writing might have been with the Middle East engaged in deadly confrontations. He would have been brilliant and no doubt helpful.

Some of the mistrust goes back to the Iraq War and how people involved in the media kissed the ring of the likes of Carl Rove for the reporting on the war. I believe Judith Miller did a lot of damage by being a stenographer rather than a journalist.

But, that aside (although history of the decline should be pursued) it hurt terribly for President Biden to meet with MBS without justice for Jamal and his family. 

There is also Evan Gershkovich who returned from wrongful incarceration in Russia. Certainly, President Biden can be given forgiveness by The Post for any indiscretion with MBS.

There are currently four innocent journalists that have a passion for freedom, being held for trial because they were reporting on the politics of Alexei Navalny. It is very alarming to Americans that care about human life, the quality of life, and the power of unfit government willing to toy with life. 

There were two Hong Kong journalists sentenced to sedition. Another worry for a newspaper owner in a country where a brutally insane candidate threatens American lives. Jake Tapper confronted Vance over that reality.

I believe it was yesterday or the day before when President Biden and Dr. Jill Biden awarded metals of bravery to 30 some people and organizations for the humanities and art. It is within those disciplines where sincere freedom lives and the RIGHT to expression of free will. Lavar Burton was a recipient and he gave a magnificent speak to how the arts and humanity provide the vapors of which we live.

A political voice preserves freedom and liberty and now, today, the greatest of the writers and reporters are silencing themselves in a complex and uncertain world.

In confronting authority mired in the power of fear and hatred, the best voice is within grace. Bill Clinton was a magnificent diplomat and understood the value of grace and the human spirit.

I think American journalism needs to find their best voice going forward, as a hostile president will have to be confronted and not pandered to for press passes. Being candyasses won’t bring admiration by the American people. Quite the contrary, they will laugh. 

Bezos and all those in his position can state they are reminiscant for the past and decisions made long before they were out of diapers, but, that is just another excuse to retreat.

Let’s hope President Harris will be understanding when The Post wants interviews and press passes.

I would be asking myself where Evan Gershkovich would be today if Trump was more interested in Russian money rather than American freedom.

I just spoke with someone I know..

…who drank the Trump Cool-aid. The reason they believed the ringmaster of the Republican Right Wing is because she believed digital currency was making the ISA dollar worthless.

Digital currency is highly volatile.

Bitcoin in the past six months has gone from $52,000 to $70,000 down into the low $60,000 back to $68,000 and it is falling again. There is no way a country can run on currency that volatile. 

I really think average people that pay attention to extremist right wing media are primarily confused. They also are afraid of “what is coming.”

There isn’t anything coming. 

If they listened to President Biden they would know if anything was coming.  He tells people all the time what he knows about what concerns him. 

The interest causes anxiety because people don’t know what to believe. They can believe Joe Biden.

Digital cure is a commodity no different than oil. As a matter of fact, digital currency is the new oil. It also produces a lot of greenhouse gases.

It is UnAmerican to be silent.

Yes, Donald was going to sell the documents.

How do I know?

One of the defenses he uses is that he could have easily declassified all those documents so there really is nothing wrong in the first place.

If that is not a lie and a President could have declassified all those documents, then why didn’t he? 

He didn’t because without classification those documents would not have value. No country leader is going to pay for declassified documents. 

There is a reason why highly classified documents were found in Mar-A-Logo and that is because they were going to be sold. 

Trump most likely figured who would miss them anyway? Because any other president after him would not be aware of documents filed during his term of office. Therefore they were his and no one else could have them.

After ruining immigration reform in Congress this year...

When I realize the decades and personnel that my tax dollars paid to protect me and those I love in a free country, how much were you going to make on the sale of those documents? Donald doesn’t do anything unless he benefits personally. So, I really would like to know how much China, Russia, and North Korea was willing to pay for those documents.

I hope anyone running for office is sensitive to the fact Americans are still concerned about their healthcare. Candidates tend to forget the Republicans have been attempting over and over to repeal the Affordable Care and Patient Protection Act. They will do exactly that if they are a majority in the legislature.

The latest bright, shiny object being discussed is a complete distraction from the policies that will come under attack if the GOP wins elections.

Typical corrupt Trump knows nothing about what is important. If Detroit dips into its treasury and offers Trump a loan he can bankrupt later (which turns a loan into a grant), he might have something good to say. 

Trump is always looking for some form of compensation when he criticizes. He is still convinced his brand means something.

That is what his “attack, attack, attack” is all about. If he consistently causes harm with his criticism the entire world will his his ring and normalize corruption.

Soldiers are important.

When soldiers as dedicated as these begin to see fault in military response rather than a need for it, the military leaders need to pay attention.

Without soldiers engaged in moral reasons to fight there is no military and Israel may see soldiers leaving out of moral judgement of their leaders that seem too distanced from what is important, namely hostages.

The Israeli War Cabinet has redefined military target in this war. It is still a legal definition within international humanitarian standards, but, it requires a lot of death to achieve it. There is no wonder after being in the fight for so long soldiers are now in judgement of their leaders rather than loyalty without questions

International Humanitarian Standards recognize civilian deaths as unavoidable in some cases. That standard has never been tested in the way Israel is applying it in this war. I believe its use was well contemplated by Israel’s military establishment long before October 7, 2023. I also believe that reality never one day entered the minds of Hamas, Hezbollah, or Iran.

Israel has adhered to that definition every time it carried out strikes on a target. No matter the deaths involved among them is always the military target. This is different than Russia in its willingness to slaughter civilians at will with no military target anywhere within reason. 

Being a soldier is among the most honorable of acts a person can perform for their country. It means accepting the possibility of one’s own death to protect the sovereignty of their country. It is a commitment unlike any other which means inflicting death, injury, and maiming of others. When a soldier has a difficult time looking at themselves in the mirror and sets down their weapons to pen letters demanding the end of war to be replaced with respect for life, it is the solemn responsibility of the military leaders to exam the future of war. 

The Israeli hostages are still missing. They are unknown to being alive or dead. But, in reflection they are the hope of soldiers to have them returned home. That hope should be respected and a huge part of peace negotiations.

There is no doubt Israel has returned Gaza to the authority of its leaders. There is no doubt Hamas deserved to lose that land after its hatred of Israel surmounted any hope for peace after the treaty by Sharon. Today, Israel needs to declare victory and end a war that currently has no end.

The soldiers seeking peace need to be respected. The hostages need to come home and rebuilding of Gaza under control of Israel needs to commence. 

Prime Minister Netanyahu has secured Israel. The ferocity of Israel’s response to October 7th will be a deterrent to future aggression against it. But, Israel cannot and should not seek to expand its ambitions beyond what is reasonable to explain. It is time for Israel to accept its victory, define its borders, and return to peace. 

Howard Stern. Who would ever expect a Vice President to appear on such a risky program?

Kamala Harris was completely unafraid of the reputation of Howard Stern and agreed to speak with him. I found Howard Stern to be sincere with a more than interesting interview. Howard, you are a great American.

There are definitions to the tactics of the Republican Right Political Wing.

 There is nothing strange about Trump's political strategy. It is all in the artful practice of a conman.

The term "Red Herring" comes from the practice of drawing a red herring across a trail to confuse hunting dogs.

Then there is just the purely illegal and unethical behavior of bad actors including the schemes of Donald John Trump.

Lying, cheating, and deceiving should matter to disqualify people seeking office in politics.

Deceptive practices are not okay. Ethics protects of people from the abuse of powerful people.

Perspective

Just to put this Elon Musk “thing” into perspective, the Assault Weapon Ban sundowned in 2004. At least that is the way I remember it. So that was 20 years ago. 

The first ten amendments to the USA Constitution were ratified in 1791. None have been removed OR the wording changed in all this time. 

While there is always legislature passed to carry out better governance every two years with a new Congress the Constitution and its Amendments have never been revised or removed. The USA Constitution has stood the test of time and remained the guiding light for this democracy.

In regard to Musk’s factitious petition, it is a political gimmick that holds no water anywhere. He started these $1,000,000 rallies when Trump’s own rallies began to fail. This is attempt by Musk to stand up Trump for whatever reasons he thinks it is important.

It seems to me these $1,000,000 rallies are illegal under election law of this democracy.

Solicitation

I have been thinking about Musk’s factitious petition and it is wrong. It is basically enticement into corruption. 

He is seducing people with money to believe there is something wrong with the First and Second Amendment that requires a petition to protect it, when in fact, there is not a thing wrong. It is manipulation of the electorate to create fear. 

The fear component is definitely political. He is using money for politics.

The fear is to build suspicion of “the other.”

There is a desired political outcome he is looking for. It goes beyond endorsement to create an atmosphere conducive to his desired outcome. It is premeditated.

If Congress had passed a repeal of the 1st and/or 2nd Amendments which would mean a super majority in both houses past it, with the signature of the president and those repeals were now circulating the country Musk would have reasons for his rallies but not with seductive money enticements.

Of course Donald will declare victory the day of the election if not sooner.

Roy Cohen told Trump that he was never to concede a loss. The loss never happened and Donald always wins. Even when Donald loses he will state he won. He has done that before and tried to coupe the USA Constitution. Why believe he will do anything differently. 

The country will be in high alert. Please don’t carry guns before or after the election. Things on the street might be as brazen and stupid as Musk.

Halloween will never end either. 

Candy has no sugar to rot your teeth.

And we all will live forever. 

Musk is always gimmicky.

Like the guy in a car flying around the sun. This money give away to vote is another gimmick for whatever reason he is doing it. 

I find his million dollar giveaway short of admirable. If the winner of the daily draw could identify a charity to receive the money rather than soliciting votes for an unnecessary petition, it might be hard to argue against it.

But.

The gimmick of signing a petition to protect the First and Second Amendment has no basis. It is like signing a petition to keep Earth spinning. The Amendments to the USA Constitution aren’t going anywhere. Of course, anyone will sign. You’d be a fool not to. I am surprised Trump hasn’t signed and won the money. 

We currently live in a political theater of fact and fiction. There are candidates that live with the truth everyday. They base the policies on the truth. Then there are candidates that pretend the truth doesn’t matter. They lie and laugh as if they are laughing at their parents standing in the doorway demanding they hose off the mud they have all over their shoes. 

“I don’t have, too.”

“You can’t make me.”

That is the way that an election is rolling out. 

So, Musk is getting his jollies by paying people to sign a FICTITIOUS petition that has no basis at all, while laughing “You can’t stop me. Ha, ha, ha.”

“So, there. Harris can act stupid about freedom and pretend it is under attack, too, and hand out a million a day just like me. Or maybe she can’t. Ha, ha, ha. Look, Kamala. Look. You can’t stop me.”

When it comes time for their children to be educated I hope they made a sober choice.

Banks are doing great.

Wall Street has good days and bad days, but, overall everyone is fine.

The controversy today is Bitcoin. Jamie Dimon stated his analysis is that Bitcoin is over selling its contracted limit. The coin isn’t supposed to be selling endless amounts of Bitcoin. Dimon thinks they are.

I never understood the Nixon "thing" with Roger Stone. Nixon and Trump are the same paranoid personality. December 14, 1972, "Remember, we are going to be around and outlive our enemies. And also never forget: the press is the enemy. The press is the enemy. The press is the enemy. The establishment is the enemy. The professors are the enemy. The professors are the enemy. Write that on a blackboard a hundred times, and never forget it."

Bob Woodward is brilliant and a great American, but, he slightly misses it with Trump.

I agree with his analogies without a doubt. But, he misses the fact that Trump is not seeking the presidency to benefit the country as the best person for the job. Trump is seeking the presidency to benefit himself through wealth and exploitation of international treasuries. That is why he hates NATO. They investigated Deutsche Bank. NATO wasn't going to be a place where he would find corruption to exploits for his own wealth. I firmly believe that. 

When Trump states "Instincts and only I know," he is filling in blanks with words that mean nothing. He had no real answers to the questions so he simply filled in the blanks while realizing his real reasons for being in office are his own priorities. Those words deflect any criticism.

I find Woodward brilliant in this interview.

I never understood by Roger Stone was obsessed with Nixon until I heard this interview with Bob Woodward.
