The DOJ is the focus. It is stated Donald John Trump misused the US DOJ. Mr. Rosen was to be replaced by an attoney that would work to overthrow the government through legal mechanisms available to him.

Trump was attempting to advance his personal political agenda.

3:06 PM Vice Chairwoman Cheney introduces the purpose of the committee's work stating Donald John Trump used his office to corrupt the election of 2020 and used the hope of his followers, albeit violence and deadly, to raise illegitimate monies for his personal goals.

All these illegitimate claims and actions were overseen by Donald John Trump.

Mr. Jeff Clark letter to the Georgia State Legislator and other versions of the letter was sent to other states. Jeff Clark agreed to assist Donald John Trump in his illegitimate ambitions.

The DOJ investigations already had informed Donald John Trump of the lack of evidence of any of the claims to remove the outcomes of the presidential election of 2020.

John Eastman and Rudy Guilliani were both involved in the plans to overthrow the 2020 outcome of the elections. They and Jeff Clark were moving to carry out false movements to overturn the elections of 2020.

Why did Barr authorize the investigation of the elections and the allogations being made by Trump? Barr states it was the prudent thing to do so he could personally validate the outcome and protecting the elections 2020.

Presidential pardons were sought after the false claims being made to overthrow the elections.

He states there are times a person is faced with the risk of losing a job or an elected office to do the right thing and protect the USA Constitution. He states there were people in the DOJ that did exactly that. The department was to sew dought into the election outcomes. It was to justify The Big Lie. The election was to be described as corrupt. 

Donald John Trump turned to a third attorney general in three weeks in order to carry out the fraud, insurrection and sedition. The previous attornies asked to become AG declined to carry out false assertions about the vote outcome in the USA in 2020.

One attorney found one lawyer to overturn the election Jeff Clark. Violation rule 68. Clark had no qualifications that meet the requirements of the AG. Jeff Clark only had to carry out the sedition and for that Trump believed he was capable.

Jeffery Clark was to replace Jeff Rosen. Clark stated he could carry out exposure of wide spread fraud. Clark had the wisdom and will to carry out the deception. Clark not competent to be AG because he never had criminal experience. Pat Cipollone letter is a murder-suicide pac and we should not have anything to do with it.

Richard Donaghue was involved in stating the reality of the moment, but, to Trump it was irrelevant to what needed to be done in Trump's opinion.

The DOJ would file an objection to the elections in the Supreme Court. Georgia nad other states were to receive a letter. The focus was dissatisfaction with the investigation of the election of 2020.

Donaghue states most of the conversation with Donald John Trump was about Allied Security Group in Michigan. December 15th report stating the election was defective. The report was to be investigated. Antrim County, Michigan.

Steven Engle states he had no reason to question AG Barr's resolution regarding the election of 2020. 

FOX News was looking for information form the DOJ to validate Trump's allogations

DOJ today and in the time of the insurrection stated clearly to Donald John Trump the allogations were not true. The political machine which included FOX News continued to push The Big Lie.

Antrim County security operations group was saying a 65 percent error rate and the hand recount found one error. 0.0063 percent error rate.

The tractor trailer investigation from New York to Pennsylvania full of ballots was not true. Most of the allogations were in swing states.

State Farm Arena was fraud staring them right in the face. Not true.

Personal notes were necessary to get all the details stated by Trump, 205k votes in Pennsylvania were not counted. States DOJ has a specific roll in these elections but the states were to be responsible for their accurate elections. 

"The American People" do not constitute a client of the USA DOJ. That understanding was validated by other lawyers.

Still notes "...just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to us (the Republican congressmen)..."

Isolation incidents of fraud that would never rise to change the Electoral count in any state.

Jeffery Rosen was called on Christmas Eve with Donal John Trump that election fraud again. Pecular reference about "...knowing Jeff Clark..." Rosen was unaware that Trump knew Clark.

Jeff Clark and his division was never involved in investigating election fraud.

Taylor Green is another fraudster. Why aren't these Congressional members up on ethical investigations and more? There ya go, Trump looking to the Congressmen and women to defraud the election as well as calling up on the DOJ.

Rep. Scott Perry solicited Jeff Clark to carry out the sedition. Perry introduced Clark to Trump. Giuliani advocated the replacement of the AG with someone who was not frightened to what would happen to his/her reputation. Guiliani was at the center of the sedition along with Trump.

Rosen states Clark had gone to a me

h Trump and it was unplanned and organized by Perry. Clark never told Rosen after the fact that the meeting occurred. There is a policy of whom can have contact with the White House. Really? Does Virginia Thomas know that?

The DOJ AG and Assistant AG can authorize others to contact the White House. 

The White House/President has an attorney that carries out assessment of activities for constitutional/legal/ethical content. Meetings not authorized is not to occur at the White House.

Meadows is told by Perry that Clark is to be elevated in his importance in regard to January 6th. Meadows stated Clark needs an Assistant and not Deputy status in order to carry out actions otherwise not recognized by the FBI.

Man, oh, man. These guys scoured the entire system to find where the assault against the USA Constitution through a coup could occur. Giuliani is scum.

The USA Attorney for Pennsylvania stated any difference between the actual vote count and that reported on a computer site was due to lack of updating the computer site. There was no basis for any concern of fraud. 

4:00 pm Donoghue email and an attached letter. He read it and wrote a response promptly rejecting any request to tell states how to choose their electors. Mr. Donoghue seems upset by the email and letter now, he was probably more upset at the first reading as he paused to understand the true content of the letter. This letter and email was the actions of Jeff Clark. There was a contentious meeting to tell Clark it was highly inapproprate to carry out such actions. Clark started to conduct his own investigations regardless of the opposition to the scheme. There was no basis for his concern according to Donoghue. There was no foreign interference but Clark continued to push the idea of corruption. A series of conversations of that week became very confrontation. It seems to me Donoghue was attempting to mimize the brevithy of Clark's action in order to stop further criminal actions. In other words, this infraction is not as serious as one might think if you stop now although it was not the direct words of Mr. Donoghue.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — John Eastman, (click here) a Trump acolyte who advocated overturning the results of the 2020 presidential election, is no longer a member of the American Political Science Association, a representative of the organization said Thursday.

“I can confirm that John Eastman is not an APSA member at this time,” Dan Gibson, an APSA spokesperson, said in an e-mail to CBS 42.

The organization has not responded to questions related to when Eastman’s membership ended and why. A copy of the lawyer’s curriculum vitae posted by Congress shows that Eastman claimed membership in APSA, the largest professional organization of political scientists, from 2001 until at least 2019....

Trump's minions are finding disdain in the real world.

New York - Donald Trump (click here) is likely no longer in contempt of court for failing to comply with a subpoena in a New York civil probe into the former U.S. president's business practices, the office of state Attorney General Letitia James said on Tuesday.

In a letter filed with a New York state court in Manhattan, a lawyer for James said affidavits filed by employees of Trump businesses appeared sufficient to lift an April 25 contempt order, which led to Trump paying a $110,000 fine.

"Respondent's counsel must rely upon current employees to provide the required information," the letter said. "[We] are prepared to agree that the affidavits satisfy the court's order because it is not apparent what else, if anything, the respondent and his counsel can be ordered to do."

Alina Habba, a lawyer for Trump, did not immediately respond to a request for comment....

Mr. Kinzinger asks Steven Engle about his work relationship with the president. He stated the DOJ had no basis to file a lawsuit to declare the election corrupt. The electors were already chosen and there was no basis for the lawsuit. The draft lawsuit was drafted outside that of the DOJ. That was not the practice of the DOJ

Special Council was proposed by Trump in December 2021. Could the AG chose a state prosecutor to investigate elections. The option was not available to carry out a Special Council. The outside council would only be necessary if there was conflict of interest of the DOJ. Barr in his assessment the need for a special council was not needed. Any concerns have been handled by the DOJ to his satisfaction.

Powell (click here) is suspected of raiding money from a nonprofit that is said to be paying the defense fees for Jan. 6 insurrectionists.

Mr. Donoghue stated there was authority through DHS to investigate and seize voting machines. Donald John Trump stated Cuccinelli (click here) was not doing his job and should be seizing voting machines. Here again Trump is the instigator as soon as he learns about the structure of the government.

Mark Meadows emails raised concerns about state votes. The emails came from political parties and that was not the role of the lawyers within the White House practice. Another stated an Italian company conducted internet conspiracy to change votes from Trump to Biden.

Washington – The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), (click here) including the FBI and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), released today key findings and recommendations from a joint report to the President issued last month on the impact of foreign governments and their agents on the security and integrity of the 2020 U.S. federal elections. 

The Departments investigated multiple public claims that one or more foreign governments owned, directed or controlled election infrastructure used in the 2020 federal elections; implemented a scheme to manipulate election infrastructure; or tallied, changed or otherwise manipulated vote counts. The Departments found that those claims were not credible.

These conclusions are part of a classified report to the President prepared by DOJ and DHS pursuant to section 1(b) of Executive Order 13848, Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Influence in a United States Election (the EO), issued on Sept. 12, 2018. Although the 1(b) report notes that Russian, Chinese, and Iranian government-affiliated actors materially impacted the security of certain networks during the 2020 federal elections, the Departments found no evidence that any foreign government-affiliated actor manipulated election results or otherwise compromised the integrity of the 2020 federal elections....

Johnson is working with Giuliani. Private meetings were requested by Giuliani of Mr. Donoghe. Mr. Donoghue was not interested in Giuliani's slight of hand.

Trump/Giuliani continued to pass on the lies to Christopher Miller regarding the Italian theory.

...On Nov. 9, 2020, (click here) Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper and installed a more compliant Christopher Miller. On Jan. 4, 2021, Miller issued a memo requiring his approval to deploy the National Guard in Washington, D.C. On Jan. 6, Defense Department leadership delayed the National Guard’s response to the Capitol siege by three hours....

Same Christopher Miller? He received information about the Italy nonsense and then went on to be Defense Secretary or Acting?

Jeff Rosen drew on multiple attornys to discuss the events surrounding his dismissal. January 2nd meeting with Mr. Clark was to sign letter to Georgia. Mr. Donoghue and Mr. Rosen were not going to sign any letter declaring fraud of any kind. The Trump Administration was only in power for less than three weeks.

Mr. Engle was informed about the change of personnel at this late state of the administration. Assistant Attorney Generals were to have telephone meeting to inform them of current activity to replace persons currently accountable for the government.

It was a circus while Trump pulled power moves and Giuliani continued the corruption.

All the allogations still were floated by Clark and the final conversation was about removing Jeffery Rosen.

Clark was determined to carry out the responsibilities Trump was demanding as AG. Rosen stated the issue wasn't about him but it was the use of the Justice Department. The Department had to remain within the facts, etc. He believed the fundatmental institutions of the DOJ would be damaged. 

Trump, "What do I have to lose?" Trump was told the other lawyers would resign. Every AAG would leave. It was concerning as to know what the US Attorneys would resign. Trump was told hundreds resignations would be the result of Clark being put in at AG. 

Steve Engle states Clark would be disasterous. "Jeff Clark would be leading a graveyard." Clark would ultimately been reviewed by judges and possibly the Supreme Court. It would be disasterous for Trump. I can't imagine any USA judge being willing to carry out the idea of ending electorate votes on Januayr 6th. It was already done. The election was over. Trump and Giuliani just could not handle the idea of trashing their dreams as being a Russian satellite.

Trump and Giuliani had been conducting fraud for a long time while having power in the White House. They weren't finished yet.

Both Trump and Giuliani were well invested in their plot of sedition. They were determined to see it to the end. Trump should have been impeached. What was wrong with the idea of President Pence? The Republicans were cowering in the corner of their political aspirations for no reason at all. There were enormous number of reasons to remove Trump.

FOX News is just as toxic to Republicans as it is to the country. The paradigm of lies at FOX News is not entertainment it is sabotage of decency while attacking the USA Constitution. Turning lies into fact is an assault against our democracy and corrupt and brainwashes Republicans they have to cower to the FOX News power or lose their seats of power. Murdoch is a problem.

Mr. Kinzinger gives closing remarks. He focuses on the function of the DOJ and the importance of its integrity. Trump, "Just state the election was corrupt and leave the rest to us." Trump and Giuliani regarded the DOJ as a method to an end and not the backbone of the Rule of Law of the USA. Trump disregarded his oath the day he took it.

Mr. Kinzinger called on patriotism of the citizen to understand the brevity of this moment in history.

Vice Chairwoman Cheney brings the focus to where the authority of the government lies and that is elections. She brings the clarity to the hearings and committee's work that involved Republicans of any degree of conservativism to bring the truth forward. 

Chairman Thompson brings the facts to this moment while at the time of the insurrection Trump had nothing but fabrications with the brevity of power. Trump looked far and wide for those that would bring his lies forward to be the truth of the 2020 election.

Chairman Thompson brings focus to Vice President Pence as the last place Trump's lies played out and the strength of character needed to protect this country's US Constitution.

Chairman Thompson states the hearings are to bring clarity to the American people.

Public health standards are not political fodder. They well studied and established. Gun violence has moved into a public health standard and population density is well established as a focus of those standards.

I also find it odd this decision was leveraged as the US Senate is about to vote on gun regulations.

Has NATO and Ukraine attempted to begin a peace process with Belarus?

It is about the value of human life. People can live in peace and prosperity and have cultural and language differences. If Putin is too lost to reason with others may want to end the genocide. Many people of Belarus do not find their current president a worthy candidate. If there was an offer of peace by his opposition it may assist to stablize the region in hopes of ending the war that Putin refuses to call war.

Lukashenka has been pushing the idea of patriotism and nationalism in the past week. It is time to put that dynamic to work for peace. If the Belarus people appreciate their neighbors they may not want to bring about a conflict that is easily avoided. There are some reports of wooden tanks along the Belarus border with Ukraine. Evidently, it is practice for the real thing. I doubt the people of Belarus realize what the deception of nationalism is bringing them. Putin needs more soldiers. Some dead Belarus soldiers have already been found on Ukraine's battlefields.

I think the people of Belarus need an alternative. They should never think Russian influence is their only option in governance.

This is a nuclear-capable Iskander missile and launcher that Belarus is deploying on the Ukraine border. That is a little to close to NATO for comfort. It isn't a highly sophisicated missile and launcher, but, nuclear capacity sitting on a country's border doesn't have to be all that accurate. I don't see that NATO should put up with this mess. It is getting more reckless than should be tolerated.

With war raging in Ukraine’s east and south, (click here) there are mounting concerns that the threat to the country’s north and west, including the capital Kyiv, could soon return.

Alyaksandr Lukashenka said on June 10 that Belarus may be forced to enter the war to fight for the west of Ukraine so that it is “not chopped off” by NATO. The Belarusian dictator’s remarks came as Minsk was reinforcing its electronic warfare capabilities along the Ukrainian border, according to a Facebook post by the Ukrainian General Staff. “Combat engineering tasks are being performed to reinforce checkpoints and deploy additional electronic warfare equipment in the areas near the border between Belarus and Ukraine,” the General Staff wrote.

Additionally, Belarus has been conducting military exercises in the area and Lukashenka has announced the creation of an operational command for troops on the border with Ukraine. Russia has recently deployed nuclear-capable Iskander missiles, Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft gun systems, and S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems near the frontier. Alongside these developments, Lukashenka has announced the purchase of S-400s and Iskanders from Russia. The Belarusian autocrat has also ordered the creation of a “people’s militia.”...

guarantee in all circumstances the physical integrity and psychological well-being of Andrei Machalau and all other human rights defenders in Belarus;

quash the conviction of Andrei Machalau and put an end to all forms of harassment, including at the judicial level, against him and all human rights defenders in Belarus, and ensure that they are able to carry out their activities without hindrance or fear of reprisals,

immediately revert the regional Minsk Bar Association’s decision and reinstate Andrei Machalau his lawyer’s license, as its cancellation is only aimed at punishing him for his legitimate human rights activities;

ensure an enabling legal, institutional, and administrative environment that effectively guarantees the right to defend human rights, the right to freedom of association, and protects human rights defenders in Belarus.

There is already a nascent resistence movement in Belarus. They want to fight communism, not Russians. They don't care where it means the fighting is, if Ukraine then it is Ukraine. There are people in the region that do not see genocide as justified by any power. Belarus and Russian's current leadership are violating the Geneva Conventions and any other human rights dialogue.

A volunteer sleeps in the Belarusian House, a cultural center in Warsaw, while waiting to leave for Ukraine. Many Belarusians have come to enlist in a battalion named after Kastus Kalinouski, a writer and revolutionary who was the driving force behind Belarusian nationalism in the 19th century.

Inside a sunny classroom in a leafy neighborhood, (click here) a burly man in army fatigues and a black martial arts T-shirt holds up a tourniquet.

"We use this for serious gunshot and shrapnel wounds, or if we have severed limbs because of explosions," he says in Polish to about 30 men.

An interpreter repeats the instructions in Russian for the class — all men are from the former Soviet republic of Belarus. They're learning first aid before heading to Ukraine, where they will join the Kastus Kalinouski Battalion, an all-Belarusian volunteer brigade that fights alongside Ukrainian soldiers.

"We have this motto — for our and your freedom," says Pavel Kukhta, a brigade leader in charge of new recruits who says he receives 100 applications a day. "We're totally in solidarity with Ukrainian people."

Belarusians like Kukhta see Ukraine's defense against Russia as inextricably linked to Belarus' fate as a future democracy free of Kremlin influence. The idea is that Russia's defeat in Ukraine would both deal a blow to the Russian President Vladimir Putin's imperial ambitions and bring down his close ally, Belarusian leader Aleksandr Lukashenko....

It was wrong to ever trust Russia.

At least China had enough integity to invest in their own space technology.

NASA was forced to abandon a planned five minute boost test (click here) on the International Space Station (ISS) after just five seconds, the reason for which is unclear.

The failure of the planned maneuver has propmpted an investigation by NASA and U.S. aerospace and defense firm Northrop Grumman.

NASA is currently testing its ability to use a U.S.-built cargo ship to complete orbital boosts of the ISS—a maneuver usually carried out with Russian technology....

Today is the first day of summer in the northern hemisphere of Earth. It is time to secure Europe's energy needs before they need it.

“Reckless,” “dangerous,” “destabilising” is Russia's middle name no matter the issue.

In November, (click here) missile test prompted ISS crew to take emergency shelter amid fear of collision with debris

The International Space Station had to conduct an avoidance maneuveur on Thursday to avoid a piece of space debris from Russia’s missile tests in November that took out one of their own satellites.

Nasa said the space station’s thrusters fired for about 5 minutes in a Pre-Determined Debris Avoidance Maneuver (PDAM) on Thursday to swerve away from the predicted track of a fragment of “Russian Cosmos 1408 debris.”

While the crew was “never in any danger,” and the maneuver did not impact astronauts’ routine operations, the American space agency said the fragments could have passed within about half a mile (0.8km) from the station.

The shrapnels are from a weapons test that Russia conducted in November 2021 in which it took out an old defunct Soviet-era satellite, launching a cloud of over 1,500 pieces of debris through space.

Following the missile test, both US astronauts and Russia’s own cosmonauts aboard the ISS were forced to take emergency shelter in the orbiting laboratory amid fear of collision with the debris cloud.

Nasa Administrator Bill Nelson had condemned the anti-satellite weapons test, calling it a “reckless,” “dangerous,” “destabilising” action....

President Joe Biden (click here) will call on Congress in a speech Wednesday to suspend federal gasoline and diesel taxes until the end of September, senior administration officials said, framing the move as necessary to provide relief to American consumers but itself not enough to resolve the problem of surging energy prices.

Biden will also call on states to take steps removing their own taxes on gas and diesel. And he’ll tell oil refining companies to increase their capacity ahead of their planned meeting this week with administration officials.

Combined, the senior administration officials claimed, the steps Biden will call for could reduce the price per gallon of gas by $1. Yet that figure relies on a number of steps entirely out of the President’s control — not least of which is convincing a skeptical Congress to approve his plan....

The measure is needed. At this point there is no telling how much price gouging benefits the gas station vs. it's supplier. It would be prudent to examine the cause of high gas prices and document for Congress' reading and assessment.

However, today emergency relief is important to the people of the USA. State and federal taxes can be near $2.00 per gallon in some cases.

The emergency bill needs to focus on the consumer and the relief Americans and vacation consumers can receive immediately. Within this emergency relief there will be tempation by gas station owners and distributers to enjoy the relief themselves without passing on the support to the consumer. In that is price gouging and law enforcement has to take it on. Legislators might want to allow a small percentage of 5% to the relief to the gas station and distributors. But, the consumer of gasoline and methane for home use, should receive 90% of the relief and soon. 

All fifty states rely on tourism for their economic viability. The current cost of gasoline is prohibitive even to staycations in visiting local amusements.

Unfair prejudicial impact on jury

This is an interesting finding. Prosecutors are seen as breaking the ethics of law. Drama is a violation of ethics.

Georgia's highest court (click here) has overturned the murder conviction of Justin Ross Harris, the father sentenced to life without parole for the 2014 hot car death of his 22-month-old son, Cooper.

In an opinion issued on Wednesday, the Georgia Supreme Court stated that evidence submitted by the state during Ross' trial regarding his "numerous sexual dalliances and escapades and his desire to act on ongoing sexual communications and solicitations with other women" as the driving force behind his decision to kill his son had unfair prejudicial impact on the jury....

Break the window as calling the police. The chilid or pet does not have to show signs of distress. Distress is already begun and will escalate quickly. The "Break Glass" instrument below is simple and not required to be assembled wasting valuable time.

The owner of the car can call their insurance company to replace the glass. I find it really funny that Russia has no respect for nuclear power and poisoning and it's lethality. Russia is so large and it's borders so expansive just as it is legally defined now, there is no national security scheme to completely protect that country, nor has there been any in the past. Russia is very vulnerable and the Free World needs to stand it's ground. It is time for the Free World to assert it's capacity to end such fear and end aggression by these rouge countries. Yes, Russia and China has joined the ranks of the rouge countries.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) (click here) offered to hand-deliver certificates of fake electors to Vice President Mike Pence as part of the Trump campaign’s broader effort to overturn the 2020 election result, according to evidence released by the House Jan. 6 committee.

In texts obtained by the committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, a Johnson staffer approached a top aide to the vice president requesting that Pence and Johnson meet for Johnson to deliver fake electors’ votes for Michigan and Wisconsin, which the Trump campaign had also instructed the fake electors send to the National Archives.

“Do not send that to him,” the Pence aide told the Johnson staffer, rejecting the senator’s request that Pence participate in the ruse to contest the election. The previously undisclosed interaction emphasizes the degree to which elected officials in Donald Trump’s orbit tried to aid the former president in contesting the election.

The Trump campaign instructed fake electors to fabricate elector documents and send them to the vice president’s office and the National Archives as if they were the authentic electors. The electors also met in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Nevada and Wisconsin on Jan. 4, at the Trump campaign’s instruction.

The documents had no legal standing and consequently were ignored by the National Archives, leading to Johnson’s office to intervene and directly lobby Pence’s office, a request he ultimately rebuffed.

Bannon's lawyers need to be reviewed by their particular state law boards.

The Bannon lawyers are using the invalid insurrection theme as a defense. The prosecutors are going to need the information of the January 6th Committee to validate their charges.

Steve Bannon’s lawyers (click here) duked it out with prosecutors on Friday through dueling motions in limine preparing for his July 18 jury trial on contempt of Congress charges.

Bannon, who refused to engage at all with the January 6 Select Committee and then promised to turn his indictment into “the misdemeanor from hell for Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden,” is very concerned that prosecutors will poison the jury against him. Toward that end, he’d like to preclude any mention of the unfortunate events of January 6, 2021....

Chairman Thompson reviewed the past session as a lead into the hearings today. The committee is showing all aspects of their investigation are tied together.

Trump focused on just a few states rather than wide spread fraud. Others would not go along with the directions of Donald Trump. There was a consequence to refusing to carry out lawbreaking and that was threats of violence and death by the greater mob Trump called constituents.

Dominion Voting Machines were called into question by Trump and his minions. A county commission was at the insurrection of January 6th? On no.

The Big Lie continues to corrupt our election system. 

Vice Chairman Cheney states there will be an examination of the pressure on state legislatures and election officials. This occurred simultaneously with the pressure on Former Vice President Pence. All these background pressure campaigns was to effect a coup on January 6th.

Trump was told over and over the allogations of a stolen election was wrong by important people within the chain of power, including the Attorney General Bill Barr. There was confusion of some issue, but, NO EVIDENCE to support Trump and others allogations. Trump's advisors told him his allogations were baseless yet he persisted. 

Gabiel Sterling stated, "This has all gone too far." There were threats of death from anonymous individuals. Mr. Sterling states there has been no condemnation of the threats by Trump or Senators. Physical threats by persons that have come to property (homes) where people were living and/or working.

Vice Chairwoman Cheney states the committee's work is not about politics, it is serious.

Rep. Adam Schiff states Trump ran for the presidency lost the 2020 elections but he continued to fight that reality. The recounting would prove Joe Biden was the President - Elect. When all the tactics to close the voting and prove he won. Trump then engaged a pressure campaign that resulted in January 6th. No legislative body anywhere in the USA consented to a special session to change the electors to the Electoral College.

This crime by Trump and his followers brought threats of death to election officials and legislators in the states. The title of the conspiracy was "Stop the Steal."

The ranting was heard by members of election committees and legislators and it was scary to them. 

Josh Roelmann investigative authority. He states there were several states involved assailed by a strategy by those that supported Trump. Trump lawyers witnessed there was indeed a strategy that included false electors.

The officails governing such strategies refused to break the law. Mike Shirkey states he was going to follow the law even after approached by Trump with invitiations to the White House. Trump demanded a vote on recertification of the electors. Mr. Shirkey's phone was listed to Trump followers which resulted in a flood of calls to him. It was the understanding of those that called the power to change the vote was possible. They were obviously mislead by Trump in his strategy to end the certification of the new President.

Ah, Steve Bannon was involved. Surprise, surprise, surprise.

Millions of dollars paid for ads to put pressure on supporters and legilators to change the certifications going to Washington, DC on January 6th.

Speaker Bowers - stated he wanted Donald Trump to win another term in office. He, however, recognizes that Joe Biden won the election in Georgia. 

Adam Schiff is wondering about a statement just revealed "RINO, Trump claims Bowers stated the election in Arizona was rigged in 2020." There are parts of the conversation is true but the idea the election was rigged was never stated by him."

Trump and Guilliani called Mr. Bowers to discuss a call from the White House. He took the call from the White House and Guiliani was on the line from the White House and then Trump joined them. The conversation engaged the proof of Guiliani's allogations, including names of 200K immigrants. Guiiani stated he had names and would provide them to Mr. Bowers.

No evidence was ever forthcoming by Guiliani even though Trump insisted they be sent. Mr. Bowers stated without evidence he could not hold any hearing to send the information to the US House on January 6th. 

To what end the hearing? Trump and Guiliani states tehre is a legal theory in Arizona to remove the electors of President Biden and replace them. Mr. Bowers states he never heard of any such capacity within his authority. Mr. Bowers stated he would live up to his oath to the USA Consitution. He never would carry out such an action with this magnitude without attorneys consultation. That attorney names were provided to Mr. Guiliani. 

"Are we all Republicans here and I would think I would receive a better reception...."

Mr. Bowers states the people, the legislators established the process of choosing the electors to the certificaiton. The people was always the center of those electors, especially after Bush v. Gore. He refused to deny his oath. On more than one occassion through this he was asked to violate his oath. He states violation of an oath that Mr. Bowers believes to be a devine origination. He states the oath is part of his very being and would never violate such trust and faith.

The hearing to such problems with the vote can be held anywhere away from Washington, DC. Guiliani was in Pheonix after the recorded meeting and election fraud was part of the conversation noting deceased individuals voted and outside groups were stating it occurred.

Guiliani pressed others in the meeting to the point there was sufficient evidence or action that would justify recalling the electors. Jena Ellis states she had names and would supply them. She stated she had all the names but didn't have the list of names with them. She stated she could get it to him. He stated they didn't bring the evidence to him. Guiliani stated we have a lot of theories but don't have the evidence.

The phone call preceding the meeting by Guiliani stated he wanted to replace the Biden electors with those that would vote for Trump. NO one provided Mr. Bowers evidence of the allogations.

Protesters in video Jacob Chansley (click here) was among them to call for Mr. Bowers personally. There was a core group of people carrying out Trump's Big Lie. That also ties Trump to the insurrectionists.

Whenever Mr. Bowers was asked by anyone if he would exchange the electors and he stated he would not violate his oath to office. Mr. Bowers referred to history when he measured his engagement of Trump's Big Lie to the people of Arizona. He really looked for a potential and didn't find any precedent. Mr. Bowers told Trump he would not carry out his wishes on two occassions. Mr. Bower states the Arizona plenary could be called into session. Mr. Bower could not do that without a two thirds vote.

Andy Biggs of January 6th called Mr. Bowers to sign on to letter from the state that decertified the electors. Mr. Bowers again refused to violate his oath and public trust in his decisions.

The Rule of Law forbid Mr. Bowers to carry out decertification. Mr. Bowers states he questioned what was allowed to do and what he is not allowed to do. He stated he was not a legislator and he cannot act the legislation into session. Plenary sessions can be called by only a few legislators, but, he stated that was not the case. 

Mr. Bowers referred to President Reagan quotes about the peaceful transfer of power of the USA in his letter stating clearly his ability under his oath to obey the law.

It seems to me Mr. Guiliani and his assistant were attempting to INFER the power of Mr. Bowers could be violated if Mr. Bowers so wished it. I think Guiliani was passing on corruption and not a sincere request.

The RNC was directly involved in assisting the campaign in establishing fake electors. That places a major party in the USA directly involved in insurrection and sedition. Former Vice President Pence may want to think about leading a new conservative party.

At times fake electors asked if the RNC would pay for their lawyers if they were activiated. There is evidence to who exactly the fake electors are in multiple sets of electors. Trump campaign of the physical property was sent to Washington, DC. The list of fake electors were nearly delivered to Former Vice President Pence.

This is extensive cospiracy. It attacks the very basis of our democracy, the vote.

Indeed, "The gang that couldn't shoot straight." In more ways than one.

Mr. Bower wrote about his thoughts about the fake electors and was not going to be a winner by cheating. I believe he was violated of his own beliefs. This is serious. It reaches into the very being of these people. That is not a minor violation.

Speaker Bowers offices were disabled to carry out it's responsiblity to the people because of the vast numbers of mail. Oh, my goodness. Mr. Bowers was harassed that he was a pedophile and threatened.

There is also a blue lazer light in the video inside the Capitol. Were there guns in the room? The film shows a man handling the noose. There are people rumaging through the papers on the desks belonging to elected legislators.

The majority of individuals are not armed with guns specifically because they expected the Capitol Police and any other authority to draw guns. The insurgents would then make the argument they were unarmed and never to get their task done because of the deaths of so many of them at the hand of the DC police, etc.

Chairman Thompson reconvenes the meeting.

Trump had particular obsession with Georgia. (Lindsay Graham could be counted on to help Trump with his fraud campaign. Just a guess. It never occurred to know for sure.)

Mr. Raffensperger states the election day in Georgia went exceptionally well. George went to Biden by more than 12k votes. Machine and hand recouts included every ballot cast in Georgia. 5 million ballots cast. The hand count came remarkably similar to the initially count and Trump came up short.

False allogations of voter fraud. Georgia election official, Gabriel Sterling, calls for calm and end the threats of violence. Dominion Voting official states a contractor was threatened by QANON members. The threat was on Twitter with a noose in the tweet. The threats were escalating to the officials in Georgia.

Trump's tweet claims there was massive voter fraud in Georgia. The next day Trump made a video stating thousands and thousands of vote "out of wack" all against him. 

Giuliani states there were suitcases of ballots run through the election apparatus multiple times. Giuliani states there was a "smoking gun" that illustrates clearly there were legitimate votes under a table that were counted after hours. Guiliani pushed out a video to state the fraud in Fulton County.

Mr. Sterling states the tape was viewed over hours to of Fulton County and there was nothing more than normal election workers conducting normal counting. Ballots into ballot carriers that are sealed so they can't be tampered with and the appearance of "a suitcase" was actually a sealed carrier and placed under the table.

Ralph Jones the state officla called the Fulton County official and stated they needed to keep on counting after they originally closed for the evening. High speed and high capacity scanners were used and then a hand tally revealed the accuracy of the high speed tally machine.

Mr. Stering on tape explained the suitcase of magic ballots were actually a sealed container. The video proporting fraud alarmed people unduly.

Trump was raising money the entire time. Why would he and his supporters like Guiliani stop?

Mr. Sterling states it was frustrating with the lies and even argued with his family members at time. This reaction by Mr. Sterling states it was hard to get to everyone's heart. He defended the institution and it held. Mr. Sterling is the same reaction as Mr. Bowers. These men are intelligent men well established in the political and government systems in their state. This reaction is an obvious violation to their belief systems.

The allogations were debunked by Trump's own administration including AG Barr. The Fulton County allogations were completely debunked.

Look, this is a Guiliani allogation who supplied the defense to the allogation. Guiliani simply sold what was believable to the public. It was about money and nothing more.

Mark Meadows called 18 times of Mr. Raffensperger's office. Amazing. It is clearly harassment.

Trump's audio obsession about Georgia. He sought to flatter a woman into carry out his message.

28K voters of Georgia did not vote for president but did vote in the down ballot. The vote for president went to the former Vice President Biden per Secretary of State Raffensberger.

Francis Watson was the woman he attempted to flatter and bribe.

Secretary Raffensperger telephone meeting lasted over 39 minutes about ballots and Trump brings up the suitcases again. B.J. Pack resigned and Bobby Christeen a Trump appointee found nothing wrong with ballot carriers.

Mr. Sterling states there was a consent decree for a ballot observer, Carter Jones, to observe the elections in Fulton County. There were no votes dropped late night. The last ballots were filed by 7 PM. 5k Dead people did not vote. 10,315 votes in allogation and there were only four found. 

YES, DONALD. 28 thousand Georgians did not vote, probably Republicans. And YES, DONALD no one filled in the presidential ballot even during the hand ballot.

Imagine that. Honest and dedicated men.

Every single voter in Georgia was a valid voter except a very tiny number for any particular violation available.

Lin Wood. Trump states they are shredding ballots. Trump tried in the very worst way to bring about his will rather than the will of the people.

There were probably Trump people counting the people going into the balloting buildings. That would include 28 thousand people that did not vote for president.

Mr. Raffensperger stated there were no more ballots to find and there was no shredding of ballots. Mr. Raffensperger even states he felt threatened as was his family. Some of the texts coming in were disgusting. The texts were to put pressure on him. His daughter was threatened as well. These people are lawbreakers and are very dangerous. They are as much a law breaker as Trump. 

Oh, wow, he brought up Fulton County on January 6th. He was horrible. I have to wonder why and who in Russia continued to support his allogations. Just a guess.

New witnesses to the table. Ms. Moss. Final witness. Worked in Fulton County election office. The election of 2020 Ms. Moss and her mother Ms. Greenland was threatened by Trump.

Ms. Moss has never experienced threats in her capacity in Fulton County.

Mr. Schiff asked for her credentials to be understood and Ms. Moss's dedication to the job. She believes it is important to vote and many of her family didn't have the right to vote. Ms. Moss is African American. There are several Constitutional Amendments empowering the Black vote, but, we know for a fact they were frequently denied the right. That oppression of the Black Vote was addressed by the Voting Right's Act of 1964 which the Robert's Court found necessary to nullify it.

Trump followers stated she and her mother were carrying out a false count of the vote in Fulton County.

Guiliani "...USB ports obvious there was surreptitous activity..." Wow. 

Ms. Moss became aware of Mr. Giuliani claims of criminal activity at a regular working day. There was a video playing to her and her accusers were talking over the video making false claims. She was alarmed by these accusers. The accusers received threats and they asked if she was receiving threats. She never received threats before that point. She was panicked and her mother was involved in her thoughts as she is her only child.

There were threats on her Facebook cite. The comments were hateful and racist. The USB drive was a ginger mint handed to Ms. Moss by her mother. 

Ruby Freeman supposedly a vote scammer was brought up by Trump 18 times in the phone call to Mr. Raffensperger. 

Mr. Moss felt so bad for her relatives and for taking the job that was causing her family such distress. Ms. Moss never missed one election. Ms. Moss's mother's name is Ruby Freeman. She had no idea such events of threats would occur and the allogations that accompanied those threats. Ms. Freeman is proud of her life and her votes in the elections she participated. 

The attacks due to Trump and Guiliani have caused her a great deal of distress no different than anyone else approached by the Trump insurrection and insurrectionists.

Ms. Moss feels as though her life has been turned upside down and relates to the committee a great deal of fear now in her life. The Trump insurrection has deeply effected her life "...in a major way."  Ms. Freeman had to leave her home and go into hiding as per the FBI during the week of January 6th. The noose. The lousy bastards. This insurgency lead by Trump caused a great deal of personal harm to Ms. Freeman and Ms. Moss.

Ms. Freeman and Ms. Moss were good and recognized citizens in their town. Now, they fear for their own lives. Oh, her grandmother was assailed as well. People were at her home and knocked on the door. They started to push their way into her home to make a citizen's arrest. THE NOOSE. They wanted to kill them. Her grandmother was in the 70s. Now, her grandmother no longer feels safe in her home.

She was assailed in vicious attacks that also included causing her financial distress. How many election workers on still in Fulton County. Any election worker in the video has since left their trusted place in our election system.

It is all the same. Lies and threats against the very good and great nameless Americans that run the election mechanisms in our system. They are innocent people proud to be Americans and help the elections move securly and safely. This is outrageous. 

Mr. Schiff talks about the tradition of the USA of the peaceful transfer of power from our first president to the "miracle" coined by President Reagan. Trump broke the convenant with the country. He conducted unconstitutional and UnAmerican actions. Trump caused a great deal of danger to the people in our country. Indeed, who among us is safe from such ruthlessness?

Public servants are leaving positions important to this democracy. "It is not who we are." They put their loyalty to the country and not one man or one party. "We have been blessed beyond measure in the greatest democracy... it should not be taken for granted....we should reject violence.... and value the truth and carry on with self-governance."

Vice Chairwoman Cheney thanks Ms. Moss and her mother for their service. She reminds everyone that public service is necessary and it is the individual that upholds the integrity of this country.

Roger Stone, John Eastmann, General Flynn and others indicted. Mark Meadows has hidden behind protections due to work with Donald Trump.

Pat Cipollone should appear to testify to the country.

Chairman Thompson brought attention to another recording about Trump's request from his lawyers. Mr. Kinzinger was threatened as was his family.

It is time to consider war with Russia (by nature of alliance that also means China)

Since the beginning the illegal invasion by Russia into Ukraine it has completely disregarded the Geneva Conventions. As this war grinds on Russia is worse and worse rather than resolving to seek peace. The sanctions important and should continue, but, there needs to be discussions among NATO and allies what character this conflict will begin to take for the end of these rouge countries.

Russia has no right to disturb the actions of Americans. Taking these men and then charging them as criminals is illegal and the actions of a rouge country.

While Russia is causing nothing but death and destruction the rest of the world is starving. This is what Russia wants. It wants to kill others because it hate us. If there is no use for a country or it's people then it sees death as a real answer. This is more than genocide of Ukraine, it is the genocide of every country that counted on Ukraine for it's food sources.

Two American veterans (click here) who were captured by Russian-backed separatist forces in a battle near Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, earlier this month may face the death penalty, Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov told NBC News.

Peskov said the fates of Andy Tai Ngoc Huynh, 27, and Army Sgt. Alexander Drueke, 39, will be decided by a Russian court. They were "involved in illegal activities... (and) should be punished," he said. He said they weren’t likely to be protected by Geneva Conventions afforded prisoners of war because they weren’t part of Ukraine’s regular army.

The State Department issued a statement calling on "the Russian government – as well as its proxies – to live up to their international obligations in their treatment of any individual, including those captured fighting in Ukraine."...

Russia and China wants escalation for ideological reasons. Either they learn to live with other countries to they need to be trimmed back in their position in world order. This escalation with Russia and China was spurred by Trump. Now, the world is reeling from their ideology.

The war in Ukraine and now in Russia is stalmated. That does not help the world's need for food.

...After weeks of bloody battles in the east (click here) — with as many as 200 Ukrainian soldiers killed daily, by the government’s own estimate, and a similar or higher toll among Russian troops, according to Western estimates — Russia holds roughly the same amount of territory in Donetsk as the separatists controlled in February before the invasion....

Being a hawk doesn't come easily to me. But, the picture regarding Russia's illegal invasion into Ukraine has brought a focus no country on Earth ever thought possible. The very long war in Ukraine is not what any country expected.

The world, including NATO, expected the sanctions to bring Russia to it's senses. They didn't and now the confiscated boats and any other real property that has been taken will have to be sold to pay for the war in Urkaine. Russia lead by Putin has shown it's true colors on the coattails of Trump's four years of plans of sedition. It is time countries outside the circle of Russia's influence begin to not only sanction it, but, consider what a winning strategy looks like becuase I do not expect guilt ridden Putin to change his ambitions of killing and destruction to satisfy him.

If China has a conscience at all it would be working with Putin to end his plans. If China is a ridiculously ideological as Putin, then the war is inevitable.

This is one of the people Trump considers as friends.

Trumpism Republicans are the party of insurrection.

The Brotherhood of corruption, fear and hate. 

I have yet to understand why Americans think Republicans are the party of law enforcement. The idea of defunding the police plays right into their priorty of lawlessness and insurrection. The NRA is not interested in public safety, nor a sovereign country. It took dark money and used shell companies to funnel money to Hawley, Trump and other Republicans. These Republicans use fear and hate to raise money for their political ambitions.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (click here) said he liked former President Donald Trump because he feared him.

"You know what I liked about Trump? Everybody was afraid of him. Including me," the South Carolina Republican said while speaking at a Faith and Freedom Coalition event in Nashville, Tennessee, on Friday.

"The Chinese ambassador came in and said, 'we're trying to figure out Trump.' I said, 'take a number, get in line."

"But here's one thing I can tell you about him – don't cross him. Don't you miss that? Don't you miss an America that people respected and were a little bit afraid of?"...

Mayo Clinic states guns are a public safty issues. Fear and hate are also public health issues. It is time pediatricians have conversations about public health issues.

...The study authors acknowledge (click here) that guns have become an increasingly divisive political issue — and, more recently, a legal one — but maintain that doctors and parents need to find a way to have these conversations to reduce child injury and mortality. In 2013, more than 6,000 children were hospitalized for gun-related injuries and nearly 2,500 died.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has long recommended that physicians discuss gun safety with parents, but very few actually do, citing lack of time and fear of offending patients....
