The beautiful thing about the USA Consitution is that no one is above the law.

I think it is a mistake to say that a Congressional referral to the Justice Department is a mostly symbolic act. The January 6th committee has made other referrals already, this is different? Trump is different than any other American acting against the USA Consitution? I don't think he is different. I think he has to be held accountable no different than any other person invovled in January 6th that have been taken before the courts and held accountable.

If the US House is holding some of it's own accountable for the insurrection, it is their right to have all those involved in the conspiracy against our soveriegn constitution held accountable. Why the difference? Because of a backlash? If it is going to happen, it will happen anyway and the only way to stop the backlash is to hold ALL those in violation, including Senators such as Josh Hawley. Just because the US Senate is not holding their own committee, that doesn't mean it didn't happen.

The American people need to know all those involved, not just those that won't cause a political backlash.

I dont' know how many Americans held the line against Trump, but, he wasn't re-elected and that was before January 6, 2021. The American people were deciding about Trump for years. I am fairly sure there will be few Americans surprised that he is definitely involved in a PLOT to overthrow the freely elected government of the United States of America.

Look, there is a A LOT about the Trump's activities during those four years that are in question. The name Helsinki will no longer sound neutral or benevolent, so much as the meeting that turned Trump into a Putin minion.

These findings don't even begin to speak to the unlawfulness of the Trump White House. There are many issues coming to light including the fact a North Carolina House Representative didn't even live in the district he represented. All this is so astrounding I think it will take some time before the American people finally realize how completely terrible and destructive the four years of Trump actually became for no reason except Trump was more interested in his own wealth than the policy of The Rule of Law.

There is a lot to be viewed of those four years as grossly inappropriate and dangerously so, including the fact Mitch McConnell is as corrupt as the day is long and he couldn't bring an impeachment so much as a political display for his own brand to keep the corrupted dark money rolling in.

I suppose the House Committee on the events of January 6th will do the best thing for the country, but, Trump should not be allowed to be viewed as above the law. This is the time when FACTS should set the tone and direction, not politics.

THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DESERVE THE TRUTH!

Washington - The leaders of the House committee (click here) investigating the Capitol attack have grown divided over whether to make a criminal referral to the Justice Department of former President Donald J. Trump, even though they have concluded that they have enough evidence to do so, people involved in the discussions said.

The debate centers on whether making a referral — a largely symbolic act — would backfire by politically tainting the Justice Department’s expanding investigation into the Jan. 6 assault and what led up to it.

Since last summer, a team of former federal prosecutors working for the committee has focused on documenting the attack and the preceding efforts by Mr. Trump and his allies to reverse his defeat in the 2020 election. The panel plans to issue a detailed report on its findings, but in recent months it has regularly signaled that it was also weighing a criminal referral that would pressure Attorney General Merrick B. Garland to open a criminal investigation into Mr. Trump.

Despite concluding that they have enough evidence to refer Mr. Trump for obstructing a congressional proceeding and conspiring to defraud the American people, some on the committee are questioning whether there is any need to make a referral. The Justice Department appears to be ramping up a wide-ranging investigation, and making a referral could saddle a criminal case with further partisan baggage at a time when Mr. Trump is openly flirting with running again in 2024....

Magnitude of deaths in Ukraine difficult to comprehend

April 10, 2022

Breakfast was sad this morning. (click here) The photo on the front page of the newspaper showed many body bags in Ukraine (”Russian missile kills at least 30 civilians at train station, Ukrainian officials say,” April 8). I did not count them.

They were all individual beings. One might have been a young man studying to be an engineer. Another might have been a woman who was a midwife who had helped ma—ny to begin their lives. Another perhaps an elderly lady beloved by her grandchildren.

Each had memories: their first day at school, their favorite foods, that special friend, the pain they had felt at a loss. Now, it was all gone. Each was a world. You do not count worlds.

I was going to post the urgency to decide about the zoo animals.

There is an issue with the zoo animals (click here) and their relocation. If the animals cannot be relocated soon they will have to be euthanized because of the danger they pose to citizens if their enclosures fail due to shelling by Russia. The average Ukrainian is not equipped to deal with a hungry lion, tiger or bear. So, in fear of further instability there needs to be an effort to remove them or they must be euthanized.

That is what I thought I would be discussing and then I ran across this and it begs for attention to THE TRUTH. The idea there was ethnic cleansing in Urkraine is a lot of hogwash.

April 8, 2022

A month and a half into Russia's war in Ukraine, (click here) Moscow's envoy to Washington has outlined to Newsweek his country's reasoning for launching what it has deemed a "special military operation" against its neighbor, and detailed the demands that, if satisfied, could end the conflict involving Europe's two largest countries.

And as Kyiv (spelled Kiev by Russia) accused the Kremlin of conducting "war crimes" to the extent of "genocide," Russia's ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, argued it was Ukraine's alleged ethnic cleansing, along with its bid to join the U.S.-led NATO Western military alliance, that fueled the war....

...The senior Russian diplomat said the events of February 24 (2014) had roots eight years earlier, when the uprising known to its supporters as the Euromaidan toppled a Ukrainian government with close ties to Moscow and put into power a pro-West administration seeking closer ties with NATO and the European Union....

For Russia the war in Ukraine started in 2014. I hope everyone noted the day of February 24, 2014. Eight years later on that exact day Russia launched an invasion into Ukraine. Russia, like al Qaeda, likes to instill psychological damage to those they want to dominate.

The Ukrainians see this rendition of Russia very differently.

May 2019

In late November 2013, (click here) Ukrainians took to the streets in peaceful protest after then-president Viktor Yanukovych chose not to sign an agreement that would have integrated the country more closely with the European Union.

As the protests in Kyiv’s Independence Square, or Maidan, continued into 2014, the government began cracking down on the demonstrators. The size of the protests only grew in reaction and turned into what was termed “the revolution of dignity.” Those who remained on the Maidan risked assault, kidnapping, unlawful arrest, and loss of their jobs. On January 16, the government introduced a series of repressive laws severely restricting civil society and the right to protest. On January 22, the first protesters were killed in clashes in Kyiv; in all, over 100 mostly civilian protesters died, the majority on February 20 and 21.

On February 22, after President Yanukovych had fled the country, parliament voted to oust him and hold new elections. On May 25, Ukrainians elected Petro Poroshenko as president. After October elections, a new pro-reform coalition government came into power in December 2014....

I find it interesting that one of the conditions Russia holds dear to pretending to agree to a ceasefire and if that holds a treaty between Russia and Ukraine, is the CONSTITUTIONAL element in the Ukraine Constitution that states it will never join NATO. It isn't the Ukrainians seeking to change their constitution, it is Russia that is seeking to change the Ukrainian Consitution. Why is that interesting? Because the Ukrainian Constitution is at the heart of the protests in Ukraine. Pro-Russian influences in Ukraine were/are corrupt and chronically assaulted the Ukrainian Constitution to remove power from the country and empower Russia.

The desire for an economic relationship with the European Union was a long time in coming. Ukraine wanted to not just trade with their established partners, but, with Europe and Russia as well. It wanted a vibrant economy that would improve the lives of the Ukrainians and provide for a far more diverse economy. All that "Europe" thinking Russia saw as a threat.

Under Yanukovych Ukraine was disarmed of it's national military and replaced quite covertly by militias with loyality to the oligarches. These militias became the method to control the cities and their people. There was no national defense, Russia would provide that should Ukraine be invaded. It is almost laughable that Putin could not bear the idea that Ukraine was trading with Europe.

The protests and the oppression or should I say attempted oppression of them by Yanukovych resulted in stronger and stronger protests. The people in the Euromaidan in February 2014 already were weeded out of those most vigorous about their freedom from corruption. They were threatened with loss of jobs and all kinds of punishments for even protesting the decision by Yanukovych to end any relationship with the EU. Those demonstrators were prepared to die for their freedom. Some did. There are at least 100 deaths of Ukrainians attributed to that protest. That is a lot of people to die in a protest.

The agreements between the EU and Ukraine stated long before 2014. They began in somewhere around 2005.

In March 2007 negotiations (click here) on a new enhanced agreement which would replace the previous Partnership and Cooperation agreement began between the EU and Ukraine under the EU-Ukraine Action Plan.

During the EU-Ukraine Summit held in Paris in September 2008, the parties reached an understanding and accorded that the new enhanced agreement would be known as the Association Agreement.

Twenty one rounds of negotiations on the Association Agreement were held between 2007 and 2012. Eighteen of negotiation rounds were focused on the chapter of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area.

The conclusion of the negotiations on the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement had been announced at the EU-Ukraine Summit on December 19, 2011. This Agreement is more extensive in comparison with similar agreements concluded between the EU and other Central or Eastern European countries.

On March 30, 2012 the EU and the Ukrainian counterparts initialled the Association Agreement in order to further strengthen relations and cooperation. Initialling of the chapter on Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area was held on July 19, 2012....

So, the idea that something radical had occurred in February 2014 is Russian propaganda. What occured in The Maidan that killed 100 protestors was a long awaited movement to seek economic relationships with Europe. Quite frankly, Yanukovych was demanding the end of those economic dreams and an adherence to Russian standards and nothing else. That didn't go over well. Yanukovych was removed from the presidency after he self-exiled from a very plush presidential palace. To say there was corruption was to witness the lavish lifestyle of Yanukovych compared to that of the people. What was occuring was a slow creep of autocracy. The people knew it. They didn't want it.

After Yanukovych left and there was an election there was no pro-Russian candidate elected. The people could have put another pro-Russian candidate back into the presidency, but, by a majority vote that did not happen. This GOVERNANCE was subscribed to by the Ukrainian people a long time ago. Russia and it's minions in Ukraine were corrupting the system in Ukraine and even the newly elected president was finding it difficult to remove all the Russian interference. It wasn't until President Zelensky that the corruption was finally addressed. With the removal of the corruption, Russia lost it's power within Ukraine. The people didn't want it.

The idea that Russians were being ethnically cleansed in Ukriane as part of a justification for invasion was never made plain with clear and factual evidence before the UN Security Council or any other human rights council. As a matter of fact, the current federal administration was still prosecuting those that killed in the attacks at the Maidan and police that were left over from the past and their willingness to carry out torture. Ukraine had its problems, but, the current administration as the one before was pushing hard to change the course of past ills. Human rights was at the center of the administrations since Yanukovych.

If anyone wants to cast a real shadow on Russia's intention for Ukraine, look to Crimea. This conviction occured 8 days before the invasion and Mr. Vladyslav Yesypenko was stated to be providing information to Ukraine intelligence. Hm?

February 16, 2022

Said RFE/RL President Jamie Fly, (click here) “This judgement against Vladyslav is a travesty. As a journalist doing nothing more than reporting the facts, he should never have been detained in the first place, much less put through the physical and mental torture that he has endured over the past eleven months. Vladyslav needs to be returned home to his wife and daughter immediately.”

Yesypenko, a dual Russian-Ukrainian citizen who contributes to Crimea.Realities, a regional news outlet of RFE/RL’s Ukrainian Service, was detained by Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) in Simferopol on March 10, 2021, on suspicion of collecting information for Ukrainian intelligence. Yesypenko left Crimea for mainland Ukraine with his wife, Kateryna, following the 2014 Russian annexation, where she gave birth to their daughter, Stephania; he would later return to Crimea periodically to report for RFE/RL on the social and environmental situation on the peninsula....

There is no freedom of the press in Crimea. In the face of corruption, Ukraine has a very vibrant freedom of speech. They don't want to give it up. Anyone blame them?

So, between the chronic civil war in Eastern Ukraine instigated and backed by Russia and the clear demonstration of the lack of freedom in Crimea is there any wonder why Ukrainians are fighting for their freedom from the oppressive Putin regime? Considering this is a Crimean journalist being jailed, the ethnic cleansing is not at all by Ukraine.

Russia invaded Ukraine with what it believed was impunity for the reasons of permanent occupation. What are the Russians still doing in Zaporizhzia? When I read the Russian statements in this reporting it tells me only one thing, Russia wants a larger war, one where it can unleash hell on Europe and NATO.

March 11, 2022

Russian officials (click here) have attempted to enter and take full operational control of Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, the head of Ukrainian state nuclear company Energoatom said on Friday.

Energoatom chief Petro Kotin said Russian forces had told the plant’s Ukrainian staff that the plant now belonged to Russian state nuclear company Rosatom after its capture last week. Ten officials from Rosatom, including two senior engineers, then unsuccessfully attempted to enter the plant and take control of operations, he said in a televised interview....

Russia wants Europe dependent on it for energy of any kind. The ships the USA wants to send with LNG and petrol or crude oil; all I can say is "Remember the Lusitania" (click here). It was once the fastest ocean crossing vessel in the world.

Putin is at war. He will do exactly what he wants to achieve what he sees as a conquest of NATO. Kindly remember that. Exampled is Finland and Russian aggression in it's airspace after a cyber attack. It would seem as though part of the strategy of Russia is to cause cyber chaos to inhibit any retaliation for violating airspace.

I don't see Russia changing it's path at all. I strongly believe this is it for Putin. He is at war and nothing else is possible. Russia has to be defeated. Made weak and Ukraine and Europe made strong. That strength will stop Putin's war, but, nothing short of it will. That means a lot more than $100 million in military spending for Ukraine.

Have a good evening.

Moscow Mitch gives more protection of horses than the US Constitution.

S.4005 (click here) - A bill to amend the Horse Protection Act to provide increased protection for horses participating in shows, exhibitions, sales, and auctions, and for other purposes.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (click here) said during an Axios NewsShapers interview with Jonathan Swan that he’d be obligated to support former President Trump despite the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol if the GOP renominates him for president in 2024.... McConnell had not previously been pressed on the contradiction between his Senate floor comments in February of 2021 saying Trump was “morally responsible” for January 6th, followed two weeks later by saying he’d “absolutely” support Trump as nominee.

"Moscow" as he is known in circles where democracy is celebrated, hates it. He hates democracy and the people who practice it.

The jail and prison time for those in the January 6th insurgency is adding up. "Moscow" should be more careful about his desire for more of the same.

And, as to the bill, the protections are for commercialized horses and their profit margin. The slaughter houses are still open and there are Mustangs still being removed from the western plains.

Refusing to testify on a judges order.

I may be wrong about this, but, if Snyder refuses to testify in a civil trial after being ordered to do so by a judge, that is a default in the case and the people get their money. I suppose the judge could give him time in jail, but, I am fairly sure if a defendent refuses to follow a judges order that is a default to the plaintiff.

Flint - The mother of one of four children (click here) suing two Flint water consultants told a federal jury Thursday, April 7, that her daughter’s behavior changed drastically after drinking lead-tainted city water during the Flint water crisis.

Apricott Berry, whose daughter Aundreya was 5 years old when the city began using the Flint River as its drinking water source, told the 10-person jury in U.S. District Court that she watched her daughter’s personality change for the worse -- from “super social, very happy, very bubbly” to having problems making friends, interacting with others, and in school.

“My social butterfly, bubbly kid is not herself anymore,” Berry said during testimony Thursday. “The main thing that I’ve noticed is personality changes -- extreme from where she once was to where she is now.”
...

We know for a fact that lead poisoning causes brain damage. Brain damage by definition is a brain injury. It is not at all unusual for a person with brain injury/damage to experience personality changes.

This is from the Mayo Clinic.

Exposure to even low levels of lead (click here) can cause damage over time, especially in children. The greatest risk is to brain development, where irreversible damage can occur. Higher levels can damage the kidneys and nervous system in both children and adults. Very high lead levels may cause seizures, unconsciousness and death.

This article appeared on March 18, 2022 and the mayor was to testify about March 25, 2022. His testimony may already be on the record.

More than six years after the Flint water crisis (click here) helped cost him his position as mayor, Dayne Walling will be asked to revisit the federally recognized emergency again next week.

Attorneys for four Flint children who are suing two engineering companies that advised Flint officials during the water crisis told U.S. District Judge Judith E. Levy on Thursday, March 17, that they expect to call Walling as their next live witness when the trial resumes next week....

A vice president and chief engineer for one of two companies (
click here) being sued for alleged negligence tied to the city’s water crisis says he was given personal assurances by a former emergency manager that Flint River water would not be distributed to homes and businesses until a 60-90 day test run of the city’s water treatment plant was completed.

Warren Green of Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam told a 10-person jury on Tuesday, March 8, that former Flint emergency manager Ed Kurtz made the pledge to him when they met as did other city officials, including the water treatment plant operator and supervisor....

The kidnapping of Governor Whitmer resulted in 2 acquittlas and 2 retrials.

Former Gov. Rick Snyder (click here) has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals to hear his plea not to testify at a civil trial related to the Flint water crisis, saying his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination would otherwise be violated.

In a court filing on Wednesday, April 6, attorneys for Snyder asked the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to hear his appeal of an earlier decision by U.S. District Court Judge Judith E. Levy, who ruled the former governor can be required to testify about questions he was asked during a deposition nearly two years ago....

Attack today on Finland.

If Finland were a member of NATO this would not occur. That should be a priority for the little country Putin has no respect for. This is the worst of his abilities. Jets that can harass a country's border.

Considering the missiles Putin has been sending into Ukraine, any country in Europe is an easy target.

Finland reported an attack on government websites (click here) and a suspected airspace violation by Russian aircraft just as speculation mounts that the Nordic nation will opt to apply for membership in the NATO alliance.

Finland said on Friday a Russian state aircraft is suspected of having violated its airspace, followed by a cyber attack on the websites of Finland’s Foreign Ministry and Defense Ministry, as well as some other government services. The events coincided with a webcast speech to Finnish lawmakers by Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy....

It is intricate to remove the Russian web within the G7 countries.

It is happening though.

While supplies last, Americans can now subscribe to the Tesla Model C. Tesla is so disadvantaged by the business community in the USA that the only place a Tesla can be purchased will be in space. Not a bad idea, but, the shipping costs are an issue.

Despite Tesla’s promises, (click here) a widely available and more-affordable car from the high-end electric vehicle company has yet to appear, leaving would-be owners empty handed.

Now San Francisco startup Kyte, with $39 million in funding and $200 million in credit financing, aims to satisfy some of the demand. However, there’s a catch: You can have a Model 3 sedan, but you don’t get to keep it.

Beginning in two weeks, if all goes according to plan, motorists in San Francisco and a swath of the East Bay between El Cerrito and Alameda will be able to get their hands on a Model 3 via a “subscription” and no down payment. Even upon the April 15 launch, customers in the South Bay, other areas of the East Bay and on the Peninsula will be considered on a case-by-case basis, Kyte said, and the company aims to expand its service area to more of the Bay Area.

Options are available for terms and prices: three months for $1,350 per month; six months for $1,125 per month; or a year for $995 per month. Subscribers get 1,000 miles per month, and can add miles for an extra fee. An optional collision waiver adds $250 per month, and there’s a $299 one-time start-up fee....

Russian insider intelligence and maps.

The mayor of Kramatorsk (click here) says that a Russian missile strike on a train station full of evacuees killed at least 30 people and wounded 100 more, but these are just preliminary numbers. CNN's Christiane Amanpour reports.

Christiane Amanpour is brilliantly detailed. This was not a drone strike. The attack was carried out from Russian intelligence to know where within the train station (out of view of a drone) the refugees were gathered. This was an attack carried out no differently from Mariupol from Russian intelligence maps.

The conventional Russian military is a Third World military. The only aspect of their military force are missiles from boats. The ability of AI and/or simply GPS to provide accuracy in the missle strikes is the only aspect of the attack into Ukraine that heralds attention.

There is no accurate assessment possible of Russia's nuclear capacity, but, as demonstrated at Chernobyl there is sincere doubt regarding it's' competency of warheads even if launched with accurate missiles.

It is easy to over come Russia's military in that Western militaries are currently surpassing any conventional Russian military offensive. Not that there aren't casualities of war, but, the overall war will never be Russia's capacity.

Russia boasts a lot about using it's nuclear weapons and Putin chronically conducts brinkmanship in diplomatic efforts, but, it's sincere warhead competency is in question. I have stated frequently with every nuclear accident that occurs within Russian nuclear science that their brain trust is primarily gone. Who is teaching the next generation of nuclear scientists in Russia? Those teachers were most probably used for nuclear research as the researchers died off due to accidents. And they died themselves due to additional nuclear test accidents.

The IAEA must assess the entire Russian competency in nuclear capacity to bring this disaster of a Third World country into compliance and quite possibly seek to end the program. Believe me with all the nuclear accidents and the crude handling of Chernobyl, no one wants to be conquering the country. No one in their right mind wants to live there.

But, as to Ukraine, it needs to be brought up to speed militarily to match it's EU status and neighbors. No matter how much Ukraine sincerely wants to be neutral, it is all too obvious those aspirations are no longer realistic. When Ukraine is brought up to First World standards, it will have the national security it needs. It doesn't have to be a part of NATO and that is why it's mlitary strength and competency has to surpass that of Russia and Belarus.

Right now Belarus has kidnapped two nuclear lab scientists as well as all the contents of the lab. No one cn doubt the nuclera ambitions of Belarus now. Belarus is hoping the plunder of war will result in supremacy in the region. Russia needs to be wary of it's Belarus ally more so than Ukriane.

Russian soldiers wrote a message (click here) of revenge on the missile that killed at least 39 people - including four children - and wounded 87 when two strikes hit a railway station in east Ukraine today, as thousands of desperate evacuees tried reach safer parts of the country.

Graphic pictures on Friday from Kramatorsk showed bodies strewn across the floor, lying amongst luggage and children's prams outside the city's busy station. Some had already been put into green body bags, while other photos showed smoke rising from the building as firefighters rushed to the scene.

The wreckage of a large missile was left lying on the grass outside the station. White Russian text was shown written down the side of its casing, which read: 'For (our) Children' - a revenge message from the pro-Moscow soldiers that launched it. It is believed to be the result of Russian propaganda brainwashing troops into believing Ukraine is carrying out atrocities in the east of the country....

There is no way of ending this without a military sophistication and power of Ukriane. Russia only fears Ukraine strength because Russia is still successful in killing them. That has to shift and Ukraine be respected in brinkmanship within diplomacy. Ukraine must be stronger than Russia with a greater resolve and unafraid to be that bold country.

Recently, India stayed out of the vote to suspecd Russia from the  UN Human Rights Council (click here). The reason it abstained is because of it's neighborhood and proximity to Russia. Ukraine cannot afford to be neutral any longer. Russia does not value human rights and was only a member of that council for propaganda purposes and as a veto vote. Russia being suspended protects the human rights council integrity but is not valued as a reason to reflect on the decision. For Russia, the world is wrong and only Russia is correct. Putin is demoninc in this world. There is no being neurtal anymore.

The film below is more of Russia's Third World carnage at Bucha. Putin's Russia is a problem and the global community only hears from him and not any of those that oppose him. Putin has set up a mind-set in Russia's policy of extradiction or should I say lack of it. The Russian commanders/generals that are authorizing the killing sit comfortably behind Russian borders realizing they are safe from extradition to the World Court. Why worry about "world order" when Russia is exempt from it?

Drone radar

How does a soldier eliminate enemy Russian drones from the air to prevent middle strikes on civilians?

Volunteer refugee residents through “AirBnB” is also a national security issue. Volunteer migration needs to be regulated through proper paperwork or it doesn’t happen. No refugee should be able to hop a jet and take up residence at an AirBnB volunteer home. Passports will become illegal immigrants quite possibly enemies of the state.

There is too much wealth compromising national security.

Taxes are going to be necessary on the wealthy. They are not conducting themselves well and government has to create bureaus to handle the lack of knowledge and self-discipline.

Money has become an international tool, not simply a commodity of economics. It has its own mask.

Money is not a person or citizen as a wayward US Supreme Court has designated it. It has international complications as well. Money has exponential voting power through commercialized politics.

Money is divisive causing statistical ties whereby the narrowest of margins are creating a political backlash that threatens democracy.

States Rights have manifested as a federal threat of authority along Texas’ southern border. Texas needs to be sued for impinging on federal authority. The National Guard was never intended to be used chronically as a revolutionary separatist army as Texas’ governor has abused his power.

Train station massacre

The Russian defense states all the killing of civilians are by those fighting them in Ukraine. The Russians will stick to that story line while they continue to massacre innocent civilians.

The Russians are gathering intelligence about the evacuation of civilians. It probably is not difficult with knowledge among the public to facilitate the evacuation. But, there maybe Russians traveling the evacuee route as well. Refugees will have to be cleared and issued papers to eliminate threats to the refugee camps.

I also find it odd timing that the USA uncovered Pakistani spies among the Secret Service at this time, too. The Pakistanis allowed the Taliban to be reconstituted. The Taliban are not a protected ethnicity, they are a militia. It is easy to say the Taliban are allied by Pakistan. The West’s efforts in Afghanistan was never going to succeed. It will never succeed now, as Pakistan has ensured the Taliban have their own sovereign authority. The question is what are the plans of Pakistan with Afghanistan now that the Taliban have governing authority? There are a lot of unanswered questions about the residence of Al Qaeda’s Osama bin Laden in Pakistan, too. The ISI and Haqquani are in question.

The West needs to assess and continue to reassess the influence of wealth and/or money as a manipulative influence in their national security. Money and gifts are becoming weapons with influence, the worst of which was Trump. The 2016 elections and Dark Money as well as commercialized politics are no longer simply political problems, they are national security issues. The influence of money and gifts are now showing up in elite national security agencies. It reeks of coupe at a time when Trump stated he wanted to walk to the Capitol on January 6th.

There is too much coincidence.

Trump is a Russian puppet. Bannon is an oligarch that worships money, too. He was on a very comfortable yacht when he was arrested in USA waters. The parallels are astounding. How many political influencers work from yachts to be unreachable while in international waters?

Thursday, April 07, 2022

Trump is a very desperate man.

He is trying to maintain his influence so he can win in the 2022 elections for a Congress he can manipulate. His only hope for his own future is to hold power. If sidling up to Putin and Orban gets him what he wants he will damn the world into hell.

As the sanctions continually mount, the impact of the Ukraine genocide is becoming known.

April 6, 2022
By Adam Schreck and Andrea Rosa

A Ukraine service man jumps from a destroyed Russian fighting vehicle...

Andriivka, Ukraine - The mayor of the besieged port city of Mariupol (click here) put the number of civilians killed there at more than 5,000 Wednesday, as Ukraine collected evidence of Russian atrocities on the ruined outskirts of Kyiv and braced for what could become a climactic battle for control of the country’s industrial east.

Ukrainian authorities continued gathering up the dead in shattered towns outside the capital amid telltale signs Moscow’s troops killed civilians indiscriminately before retreating over the past several days.

In other developments, the U.S. and its Western allies moved to impose new sanctions against the Kremlin over what they branded war crimes.

And Russia completed the pullout of all of its estimated 24,000 or more troops from the Kyiv and Chernihiv areas in the north, sending them into Belarus or Russia to resupply and reorganize, a U.S. defense official speaking on condition of anonymity said....

This is an opinion that won't be popular on most fronts of The West, but, with Russia pulling back as a defeat sincerely begins to sink into Putin's presidential quarters, The West needs to think about helping within the borders of Ukraine to return function of the land to resettle the people. The need for a return to functioning land is important. The land is Ukraine and the people belonging on it are Ukrainians. While Europe and the USA as well as other friendly countries bring in refugees, there should be a return to function of the land as soon as possible and that will only occur with allies to Ukraine, whether it is a neutral country or not.

The tragedy of the war needs to be chronicled and made clear to the people of the world that enjoys peace within their borders. The deaths of so many is tragic enough, but, the way they died is what defines the genocide. Tanks running over perfectly helpless people in cars on their own streets was nothing like expected and it is a horror.

Demolition companies will have to be the first to establish a plan in Ukraine. I am impressed by the steel structures that are still standing. They took a beating and are completely open air, but, the fact the external structure is still standing only speaks to the genius that lives in the Ukrainian people. Those structures will still have to come down, but, perhaps the steel can be recycled into strong beams again.

City planning will need architects and engineers to return function to the land where people can find peace once again. When the land clears and the plans are decided then the reconstruction will have to begin while the refugees are safe and their children receiving education and health. The future will be at the heart of the reconstruction with new methods of energy and construction. The cities will be beautiful and a place where allied friends can visit for vacations.

It is time to begin to sow hope in the land of Ukraine. And. Soon.

The current genocide taking place by Russia and Belarus, and their allies that support the genocide, in Ukraine is a clear demonstration of the lack of human rights that exist in communist countries. This level of killing of human beings, innocent civilians, cannot be tolerated. This must be brought into the light of the United Nations and it has to be a high priority in any and all reforms needed.

The West remembers WWII.  They remember all the pain, suffering and sacrifice of the military during that war. The Nuremburg Trials are still fresh in our memories.

We included Russia and China in a paradigm of economic growth to allow for developing free market policies that can move an entire population of a once oppressed country to higher standards of living. The problem as it exists today is that all that inclusiveness with The West never changed the communists. They still have a two tier system of the elite/wealthy and the poor. China has been developing a Middle Class, but, to what end? To be our enemy?

The communists are screwed up and don't allow freedom of speech. Their people are oppressed and they like it that way. If The West hasn't learned that lesson and expects peace to spring out of the ground they sowed, then their efforts were for naught. The West was better off leaving the oppression exist and allowing the communists to die of attrition.

Genocide cannot be tolerated. I cannot believe in the year 2022, in the 21st century, this is occurring. How did Russia ever believe the world would look the other way?

I don't really think the USA is behind in hypersonic technology. I think Putin robbed it from the USA.

Abstract: This talk will follow (click here) on to the webinar Cameron Tracy gave in this series last October, which was based on this paper:

http://scienceandglobalsecurity.org/archive/sgs28tracy.pdf

The current webinar will begin by discussing the evolution of the US hypersonics program and its mission since 2000. This shift in mission has led to programs to develop hypersonic weapons having ranges up to a couple thousand kilometers, rather than the longer range systems envisioned previously. The talk will discuss how the technical issues raised in the above paper for longer range hypersonic weapons apply to these shorter range systems. One focus will be on what is required for these weapons to evade missile defenses, and how that can affect their detectability to satellite sensors....

In other words, the big hurdle is STEALTH technology to hide the high heat that betrays them today. The USA, Australia and the UK also have to decide how and where they fit into the current "Nuclear Triad."

There is no mystery to this. The USA simply has to test it and perfect it's flight.

The US, UK and Australia (click here) will co-operate on the development of hypersonic weapons, expanding a trilateral security pact designed to help Washington and its allies counter China’s rapid military expansion.

US president Joe Biden said in a statement with Australian prime minister Scott Morrison and UK prime minister Boris Johnson that the allies would enhance co-operation in several areas, including hypersonic weapons as part of their commitment to “a free and open Indo-Pacific”.

“We also committed today to commence new trilateral co-operation on hypersonics and counter-hypersonics, and electronic warfare capabilities, as well as to expand information sharing and to deepen co-operation on defence innovation,” the three leaders said in a statement that was released after the Financial Times first reported the pact.

“These initiatives will add to our existing efforts to deepen co-operation on cyber capabilities, artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and additional undersea capabilities,” they added. The push to co-operate on the development of hypersonic weapons marks the latest effort to increase the partnership between the three countries to counter the rise of China in the Indo-Pacific. Last year, the states signed a pact for the US and UK to help Australia obtain nuclear-powered submarines....

I cannot understand, except for the Russian propaganda of Fox News, why the country insists on lower approval ratings of President Joe Biden.

I have been saying the inflation is due to corporate greed. Let me show you. CLEARLY.

This article in the New York Post states, basically, Biden is wrong. That he attacked corporate beef middle men when in REALITY it is inflation caused by money to the middle class during the pandemic.

Biden blames the rising cost of beef on corporate “middlemen” rather than decades-high inflation that has caused the prices of food and consumer goods to spike.

Economic reality took a bite out of President Biden (click here) over the holidays when a family friend griped in his Delaware home that ground chuck can now cost $5 per pound.

But the president said Monday his beef was with corporate “middlemen” rather than decades-high inflation that has caused the prices of food and consumer goods to spike.

“I was sitting in my kitchen yesterday and here’s a sunroom off the kitchen and my wife was there with her sister and a good friend named Mary Ann,” Biden recounted during an event focused on ways to reduce meat prices. “And she was saying, ‘Do you realize it’s over $5 for a pound of hamburger meat? $5?'”

“Well, this is partly, you know, the pound of beef today costs five bucks compared to less than four bucks before the pandemic,” Biden continued....

President Joe Biden is absolutely correct. See, no one is really doing their homework, so allow me. Below is a link to a DAILY program called "National Beef Wire." You need to listen to it daily because it carries the hardship of the cattle industry at the farm level with lousy prices that reflect corruption and deception.

The gentleman's name is "Corbitt Wall." He speaks to the drought in western Oklahoma and the outrage that the cost of CORN is going sky-high and for some unknown reason is dropping the price of cattle with weight on them ready for sale. He states clearly today, the price of CORN only should effect the "feeder cattle" that are being purchased to grow the next herd for raising and then selling for consumption.

Corbitt Wall is absolutely correct in that the cattle currently ready for market have already eaten the CORN they need to eat and are ready for sale AND there is no reason why the slaughter houses are USING THE EXCUSE the high price of corn MUST result in across the board drop in cattle prices.

Got that? If you don't understand it then I strongly suggest you write to Mr. Wall and have him explain it to you. It is as plain as the nose of any cow in the feedlot's face ready for sale NOW.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN FOUND WHEN HE HEARD THE COMPLAINT ABOUT $5.00 A POUND BEEF.

IT IS PRICE GOUGING AND AT ONE END IS THE SLAUGHTER HOUSES ROBBING THE CATTLEMEN BECAUSE OF THE HIGH PRICE OF CORN WHEN IT DOESN'T APPLY AND AT THE OTHER END IS THE SLAUGHTER HOUSES ROBBING THE CONSUMER WHEN SELLING THEIR SLAUGHTER COWS TO PLACES WHERE AMERICANS PURCHASE THEIR GROCERIES.

President Joe Biden has been the best friend he can be to this country and our allies and just because his programs don't work overnight like the petroleum industry and their prices, doesn't mean he is selling the American people a bill of goods.

It isn't he that is pulling the wool over the eyes of Americans IT IS THE LOUSY MIDDLE MAN at the slaughter house.

Honestly!

During the course of the war…

…where Ukraine protects it’s sovereign borders, there is mention that Putin is interested not in returning the Soviet Union so much as the Russian Empire.

The one sincere reply to that idea is The Krazial Massacre of November 23, 1892.

Propaganda has been cultural with Russians a long time. Basically, the czars used it to assimilate people into the Russian language and culture including book confiscation and destruction of the knowledge in them. Under the Russian Empire the people resisted vehemently and created “knygnesiai” (book carriers) a very dangerous devotion that included older children. The punishment included a lifetime in Siberia.

What we are seeing with Putin and his violent genocide goes back three centuries. Russia never wins because culture runs deep and people asked to suppress it will never give up the very basis of their beliefs, personality and often religion and God.

While, “The West” is frequently blamed for resistance of Russian occupation, history tells a very different story. It ain’t The West, it IS Russia.

Putin’s Enemy

In looking at the pattern of Putin’s assault of Ukraine, he believes the Ukrainian people are the enemy. He has been fighting an intrusive war in the Donbas for years now. Never once was his troops being killed or attacked by civilians. The Ukrainian civilians are defending their HOMES and neighborhoods where they can. Defending the anode one lives in is vastly different than defending a country.

Vladimir Putin sees every Ukrainian as the enemy. Every one of them. There is no mistake in killing every one of them in his way of thinking.

Vladimir Putin is the master to his dogs of war and he is committing genocide because otherwise he would have to continually revisit the war over and over until the land was under control by Russia in order to reconstitute the Soviet Union.

The best way forward is to put the tightest economic sanctions on Russia so every damn Russian feels it, otherwise, adding sanctions incrementally will only allow for propaganda and getting used to impoverishment.

Putin plans to kill as many people as he wishes for getting in his way AND speaking shit about him. This war is not stopping without severe impoverishment of Russia. They deserve nothing short of that.
