I never thought for one minute the recording...

 ...and the transcript of the conversation between the Georgia Secretary of State and Donald John Trump was released in retribution by the Secretary. Secretary Raffensperger has acted honorably through the entire ballot count, recount and proposed change of the narrative regarding the 2020 presidential election.

My first thought was that the tape was released by Trump himself to promote the reversal of the election. After all the US Senators willing to game the system to defeat the American democracy needs to know the path forward.

Never once did I think it was Secretary Raffensperger.

The only way Trump wins...

...is on a narrative derived from a false premise and not the numbers. 

It is fraud.

What is worrisome is the entire idea Trump Media carries fraudulent messages that undermine the USA Constitution. Trump made it very clear that living with reality and real numbers is the work of a child. Real men make-up their best scenario and run with knowing that the power will over rule the truth.

It is all gaslighting.

There is something else to consider, for those that are said to be dead but voted, when did they die, after they voted? It could be a dying wish to have voted. A lot of people died together by the thousands of COVID-19. I think discounting the dead without knowing if the voting occurred before the death is valid and important.

Trump doesn’t even believe the police, the GBI or the FBI.

Trump has put Georgia thru hell. What he said for nearly an hour, was that the Georgia’s Secretary of State could fabricate any story in “Trump media” to throw the election to him and get away with it.

Who is going to charge Giuliani with fraud for manufacturing a false video in an attempt to change election results?

End of holiday is tomorrow.

Here is the deal with the Trumpies and Trumpism.

Trumpies are out with signs about 3 feet X 3 feet. One side says “Stop Fraud” and the other side states, “One Person, One Vote, One Ballot, One Day”

They are going to base their complaint to Congress on a campaign slogan that wants to federalize the elections.

They were good until I read “One Day and One Ballot.”

Trumpies “believe” there should be no mail ballots and no extended voting days. All that eliminates votes and discriminates.

If that is the argument from the Republicans that they are calling fraud, then they are defeated long before they get started. 

One ballot means one uniform ballot for the entire country. It would end voter machine differences leading to supposed fraud. It is more like, it would be easier for Russia to rig the system.

That agenda and that slogan and that ideology is anti-constitutional and creates profound doubt about Trump, Republican Senators and House members and the oath of office. Any violation of an oath of office should bring about real consequences and not just a slap on the wrist. It assaults the US Construction and weakens it.

This isn’t gleeful politics like, “I like Ike.” These politics assault the US Constitution. These politics are no joke, need to be taken seriously, and realize these elected people are serious about dismantling the USA Constitution and it’s federal government, including the military. When they say they are originalists, they mean it.

Armed militias of citizens, no income tax and only tariffs to feed the US Treasury. No SSI and forget about health care, everything gets reset to 1776 before there were any documents of governance except the Declaration of Independence.

In case that ideology confuses realize this; without the USA Constitution or the Bill of Rights we could easily have a king to rule, but, simply not a British king, hence, wealthy landowners that vote and enslave.

It is good to know what your fighting for.

This is completely uncalled for.

Vandalizing elected officials home is not the way democracy works. Telephone calls, texts, and letters are the standard method to deliver a message to Congresspersons. This is disgraceful and it is a form of violence. On top of all that Nancy Pelosi was the one person that passed a bill increasing the checks to Americans for $2000.

If the USA wants people in office that are sensitive to the plight of the American people then vote that way.

There are dearly few things I value about McConnell, but, this is not the way. Voting in the USA needs to be an ongoing process not a last-minute decision based on millions and billions of TV and radio ads. The reason Citizen's United turned the voting process on it's head is because Americans don't do their homework before they vote. Citizens' United should be mute to voting. Ever hear of newspapers? Read. Read a lot and know the truth. That is an informed voter. The USA's constitution demands an electorate that cares about their country, freedom, and Constitution. Take your freedom seriously. This is not the way to be serious about voting.

The vandals damaged the entire front porch of Senator McConnell's home. What the real message here is that this is more a threat than a message. Is there no one protecting McConnell from such attacks. It bothers me that the Majority Leader of the US Senate does not have a secure home. They might be protected by a home monitoring system, but, that sure didn't prevent this. It could have been worse. 

Speaker Pelosi the same thing. No one is securing her home? It is a worry.

Louisville - United States Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's Louisville home (click here) was vandalized early Saturday morning following his blocking of $2,000 stimulus checks to most Americans.

Messages like "where's my money" and other expletives were written with spray paint across the front door and bricks of the Kentucky Republican's Highlands residence.

McConnell said in a statement Saturday morning that “I’ve spent my career fighting for the First Amendment and defending peaceful protest. I appreciate every Kentuckian who has engaged in the democratic process whether they agree with me or not."

“This is different," he continued. "Vandalism and the politics of fear have no place in our society."

He concluded: “My wife and I have never been intimidated by this toxic playbook. We just hope our neighbors in Louisville aren’t too inconvenienced by this radical tantrum.”...

Cruz is actually going to contest the Texas vote.

He can only object to his own state’s certification. He can vote to remove any state electors when their certification is opposed by that state’s House Representative and Senator.

So far the only State Senator that matters is Johnson from Wisconsin. Johnson has to have a House member to contest the 10 electors from Wisconsin. 

This is an empty exercise to serve up more right wing political propaganda.

What happens to a USA House member and USA Senator when they are obviously caught lying about their states electors?

This is more than an ethics violation. It is fraud to over turn a legitimate election by the people. There has to be consequences to their political jockeying. At the very least a charge of fraud is in order. I suppose it can go all the way to treason.

David “Communist Hugging” Perdue

Every morning David Perdue plays with his stocks from his Senate Seat In Washington, DC. So, on one hand he sold out America’s manufacturing sector to the Chinese while he racked up Big Wall Street Bucks from the very Chinese companies he founded.

That is called corruption. American jobs went overseas while Purdue became wealthy. Why would anyone trust him any further?

He is probably an inspiration for McConnell’s obstruction policies. There has to be a connection because Moscow Mitch and Perdue because Moscow Mitch is another one that embraces communists.

How could any card carrying American not see through these thinly veiled corruption of this country? 

When Nixon went to China the trade deal involved cultural exchanges and invasive Chinese ornamental plants. Now, thanks to Perdue, China spies on allies, manufacturers iPhones, has scientists carrying strains of deadly virus and bacteria into Detroit, and wants to control AI. 

Where does it stop David Perdue? He should never have made it to the US Senate in the first place. He is there for one reason and that is to work the Chinese Big Board for personal profits.

To prove how cozy he is with Wall Street, according to ProPublica, he sold his DC home privately for $1.8 million to Hillary Sale, a board governor to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. 

Just a regular sale, right? Not at all. 

The sale, while stated at fair market value, is still a pay off because at the same time the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority was lobbing David Perdue. This house sale is no coincidence. It wasn’t even on the market at that time.

The Financial Industry has him in their back pocket.

David Perdue is on the US Senate Committee for banking, housing and urban affairs. He reviews the committee on foreign investment in the USA. If his vote on that committee benefitted China’s interest in 5G, hence AI, then he is guilty of STILL costing American jobs while his stock portfolio skyrockets.

This committees review of foreign interests, including the communists, in the USA took place on September 14, 2017; after Trump was in office.

If Perdue was pushing for 5G markets for China in 2017, he was successful by 2019.

Any Nashville IT worker would know that AI is only possible with 5G. I read where the Nashville authorities knew of the bomb making skills of their. domestic terrorist.

But, that aside, no matter what he says, David Perdue has not changed; he is still playing the market and selling out America and its workers. 

AI and 5G are national security issues. Perdue is not trustworthy.

Some wacko nurse ...

 ...in Wisconsin has endangered lives by allowing hundreds of vials of the coronavirus vaccine to degrade and become worthless, not just once but twice. She was arrested. This should be a standard for not just any professional that endangers the public but also elected officials allowing the deaths that are occurring. That includes Governors and the Executive Branch of the Federal government.

There should be a law that holds all those elected to protect the public but fail through inept ability or deliberate actions, and in influential speeches responsible for “negligent homicide.” This is ridiculous. These are peoples’ lives at stake and these bozos are spinning deadly politics.

There are two standards NOW in the USA. One standard for government and the other for everyone else.

The US Prosecutors should be busy hauling them in on perp walks. 

The actual numbers aren’t in yet.

The National Safety Council has estimated 308 to 467 people will die from Holiday travel spanning Thursday evening to Monday morning. The Council also stated those estimates could be effected by the virus in undetermined ways.

That should be a reality check for most Americans that live with deaths from COVID-19 over 349,000 and over 20 million infected. 

The New Years holiday averages about 100, not 100 thousand, deaths per day.

COVID-19 takes approximately 1000 lives of Americans daily. That is ten times higher than what the National Safety Council estimated. 

Why are Americans putting up with this when the rest of the world is doing far, far better?

Florida’s Ron “Fake News” DeSantas is doing it again.

DeSantas went to “The Villages” to announce he is going against the CDC recommendations and will administer the COVID-19 vaccine to all those 65 and older. 

There is just one hitch/half truth DeSantas has no disruption plan for the largest part of “The Villages.” 

The residents of “The Villages” now call him “Showboat DeSantis.” 

The Villages lie across three separate counties, Lake, Marion and Sumter. The Villages majority of residents live in Sumter county. Lake and Marion counties are ready for distribution. But, Sumter county has stated there is no information as to how many vaccines will be delivered nor when the vaccines will be delivered.

Just another day in the life of America’s chronically lied to and manipulated. 

These politicians actually get into office through repeated propaganda and continue the half-truths to stay in office. Too many Americans have become numb to their own reality. They need to fight their complacency and vote for the one with less campaign cash and relies on the truth for policy.

The propaganda that has elected a Governor on a “ Death Watch” is mind pollution. Americans have to fight it by seeking the truth and voting their best interests.

An adult woman, both nameless and faceless..

 ...yelled “Jumanj!”

Curious to the culture I wasn’t aware of, I asked what that “Jumanji” thing was all about. 

She stated, “This is the year of the end of the game.

My first thought is to remember all the Americans we lost this past year. My deepest and sincerely sympathy to the surviving friends and family of those we lost.

I am looking forward to the greatest presidency this country had seen of Joe Biden and his administration including our first woman Vice President, Kamala Harris.

Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and their administration have enormous responsibility ahead of them. They will need a great Congress to put all the pieces back together to a tattered country assaulted by a virus, but also, both communist China and Russia and a grossly negligent president.

One thing Commander and Chief Joseph Biden must do is ask the military to trust him. Joe, they haven’t been receiving all their paychecks on time. That is a huge morale problem. Our military needs a return of confidence in our greatness and that includes intact pay and benefits to them and their family. Who knows what kind of strange system has replaced tried and true methods for military pay.

Then, the vaccines to defeat SARS-CoV-2 must be invigorated, as well as those 2nd doses. Testing, especially of those vaccinated, must increase. Testing will result in a realistic picture of our country’s share of the global pandemic. Americans need hope to the best path forward in that an end to this is near. I would expect New Years 2022 will be greeted by healthy, happy Americans.

Good ridden to the year 2020, may this never happen to the USA and all its allies ever again.

That’s a strategy?

It appears the great Republican strategy to capture the nation from Democrats and minorities is McConnell screaming national debt and Hawley acting like a Trump wannabes.

If there is anything the Republicans have yet to learn is that Americans are tired of the game. They want genuine people in office they can put their trust into without lies and deceptions or isolated in their choice of media coverage. I wish the “gaming” would stop and real governance would result. We would be a better country for it.

According to a report today Australia is being spied on by the communists. A Chinese drone was found near shipping lanes between Indonesia and Australia by Indonesian fishermen.  That could escalate if this isn’t an isolated incident. The USA has bigger things to worry about than Republican deceptions to the electorate.

With Hawley willing to play politics..,

...be prepared for Republicans to vote outside the Electoral College findings because they did the same thing with Trump’s impeachment. Trump won’t get the votes to change the outcome of the election, but, they will do it anyway. 

Why?

Georgia Senate Race and perverted Senate politics. It keeps the new Republican myth that corruption rules the country. 

The people of the USA need to pay attention to the level of corruption displayed by Republicans on January 6, 2021. Those that do will witness for themselves how far Republicans will go to assault the will of the American people.

They don’t care about the people. They care about themselves and the wealth they reap from their seats of power.

Racial Discrimination

I was just reading an article in The NY Times regarding discrimination in resolving claims for dwelling (apartment and/or home) insurance. 

Let’s, for this entry, assume all insurance claims are discriminating based on ethnicity/race when it comes to people of color. I am going to add another qualifier, balance insurance bias/discrimination with the KNOWN commodity of Environmental Justice.

The US Congress as well as state legislatures should have no problem in stepping up to the challenge and bring about legislation that places all claims on the same level playing field. Then define that level playing field for profound fairness in quotes for insurance, fees, claims, and claim resolution. 

When that legislation is written a clause that provides transparency for the customer and transparency for annual reporting of statistics must be included. By reporting statistics (absent of customer personal data) legislators can determine whether insurance premiums are fair or gouging consumers.

Insurance providers of any kind also need to be blind to ethnicity, race, gender, sexual identity and the way a person makes a living except if the insurance is directly involved in employment, ie: fire personnel or police that receive insurance through a union contract. 

Penalties for not adhering to the rule of law should be made plain to the insurer if violations occur. The fines need to be significant. The insurer has broken the law(s) that directly effect citizen’s lives.

Penalties, including jail/prison time should be part of the legislation, including prohibition of pardons. And let’s not forget prohibited from any form of liability waiver.

Unruly students

When I think of Trump supporters there are two categories; those that become wealthy on the novelty and those unwitting from peer pressure.

There is little to be done with those preying on others to gather personal wealth, but, the solution to this dynamic is the same for both, teach to remove ignorance. 

It is amazing to me that once unruly students become ENGAGED in the lesson being taught when personal attention is provided to bring them up to speed. 

When I teach and notice behavioral problems or silent distraction I always offer personal help during class and at the end of teaching a daily lesson, I offer time at the end of the day for any student who cares to review any subject. Guess what? I never leave on time for home because students always show up after they too finish classes.

The point is children and/or young people have “ego defenses.” Those ego defenses are difficult to get past because they receive approval from peers with similar knowledge deficits. I do believe knowledge deficits are at the basis of many a bully and their cohorts.

I have yet to witness a student engaged in study and doing well, spend time as a bully so much as completing an in class assignment or homework. When students with poor behavior are proved an opportunity to ask questions one on one during or after class their bad behavior improves and often is eliminated. I believe that same method of engagement extends to adults.

People long for power in their lives that will not betray their trust. Americans engaged in politics for the first time in their lives regardless of their age will attach themselves to foolish and often adverse information for the purpose of peer acceptance. It is a form of brainwashing on a societal level. It isn’t political because it is based in disinformation, lies, half-truths and a demonization of truth tellers.

ie: Don, Jr. and probably Ivanka will engage any peripheral belief system, including white supremacy/nationalists. The most stark example is that of the “Tiger King.” I think that is the name of the wayward and supposed animal loving people that created a movie about their caging of what should be wild animals. Jr. didn’t care about the truth. He took the “fascination” of those following and enthusiastic about the movie as his purpose when he achieves power to right a supposed wrong, hence voters.

It isn’t okay anymore for politics to estrange American voters from the truth and benevolence that is the foundation of this democracy. All Americans must be told an understanding of truth and why truth is considered the best basis for power. 

I sincerely believe when politics goes off the rails to allow adversity a legitimate place in society it in turn destroys democracy. Democracy lives and grows within truth. Not truthiness, but, unforgiving truth.

Truth does not abandon democracy, it solidifies it. Truth is a vapor and not brick and mortar. It can easily be toyed with when ethics is scoffed at as a sissy behavior. Ethics is not law, but, ask any student I have taught if it is important and they will say, “My principal and parents cannot punish me for telling it.” 

Truth is a foundation that becomes stronger as it grows among a society. It is not a toy, it is freedom. In the case of Trump supporters, the unwitting become knowledgeable and those seeking wealth at the expense of democracy can no longer deliver votes for the lack of followers. 

Chronic pain

This is not a scientific poll, however, in speaking to basically strangers who have suffered contracting the virus and lived, state they are grateful to be alive. They state they know other people they know, on a spectrum of friend to family, that did not survive the virus. The most common symptom after recovering from SARS-Cov-2 is chronic pain that feels like arthritis. 

I believe this pain is neurological and not much musculoskeletal. I believe anti-inflammatories during and after recovery may lessen the pain. Anti-inflammatories as simple as aspirin or ibuprofen should be followed in a trial of these people. The problem being GI and kidney problems over the short and long term. 

Some of these people were receiving physical therapy and state they still have the pain. 

The post virus attack should be treated vigorously to return function and comfort to its victims.

Eliminating SARS-Cov-2 from the face of Earth should be a high priority and refusal to accept the concept of “permanent endemic” at every turn.

This new strain of the virus effects children and spreads easily. That strain must be ended as well to prevent a generation of cripples.

January 6, 2021 will be uneventful.

The Electoral College will elect Joe Biden as President of the United States of America. 

What Al Gore didn’t say when he lead the Electoral College in 2001, was that if a Senator had signed the written complaint there would then be a hearing of FACTS that would prove there were egregious breeches in the election that could actually change the outcome.

A House Representative and a US Senator cannot simply submit a written complaint to over turn the vote of the people. They have to prove there were actually remarkable issues with the election. They have to show all four swing states had profound problems that caused their electors to be fraudulent. That won’t happen because those states have been scrutinized and held to be accountable in courts of law. 

Bringing a complaint to the Electoral College in the year 2021 is nothing but the last attempt of a defeated president to commit fraud to stay in power.

The Weather

 Stay home.

There is a whopper of a severe storm headed for the Midwest and nearly the entire east coast. There is going to be dangerous conditions New Year’s Eve and New Years Day and most of the days leading up to the holiday. 

Given the social circumstances and the very dangerous weather to would be BEST if everyone would stay home to celebrate and WELCOME in the New Year.

The northwest USA will have as much severe weather as the rest of the country.
