This is Trump's law and order riddled with corruption.

All those involved in the death of Breonna Taylor, including the prosecutors offering plea deals to CYA those that murdered her need to be immediately removed from their jobs and an FBI investigation pursued.

A man charged with running a drug syndicate (click here) was offered a plea deal in July if he would name Breonna Taylor, the 26-year-old Black woman killed by police in her Louisville, Ky. apartment, as a member of his alleged criminal gang, according to the man's attorney.

Taylor was shot dead March 13 by white Louisville Metro Police officers who had broken into her apartment at night using a "no-knock" warrant. Her death has led to nationwide protests against police brutality.

The purpose of the raid on Taylor's home was to find evidence linking her to an ex-boyfriend, Jamarcus Glover, a convicted felon with a history of drug trafficking, according to court documents.

Police didn't find any.

Now it appears prosecutors attempted to tie Taylor to a life of crime after her death....

Magnificent. I congratulate the international medical society on their dedication and expertise.

Corticosteroids should now be the first-line treatment (click here) for critically ill patients, the authors added. The only other drug shown to be effective in seriously ill patients, and only modestly at that, is remdesivir.

Steroids like dexamethasone, hydrocortisone and methylprednisolone are often used by doctors to tamp down the body’s immune system, alleviating inflammation, swelling and pain. Many Covid-19 patients die not of the virus, but of the body’s overreaction to the infection....

From the beginning the virus triggered an enormous inflammatory response by the body. It was a natural reaction, but, it was abnormally serious and became a concern to the tissue damage by it's own immune system. Today, the international medical society has decided steriods are first line drugs to protect the body's organs, including the brain. This does not cure the virus, but, it prevents the damage the body does to itself in trying to stop the virus.

SARS-CoV-2 is a very dangerous virus that causes huge responses by the human body of all ages, including the youngest children. We still need to work to end the existance of this particular coronavirus. It is absolutely important this virus is eradicated. There is no way society can see an undisturbed future while this virus continues it's infections.

I thank the entire international medical community for their brilliant strategies to contain the damage to victims of this virus. The greater global society needs to honor their dedication by seeking strategies to end the existance of SARS-CoV-2.

Donald John Trump set the example. We are still experiencing the violence purported by Trump with armed militias.

An outspoken supporter of President Trump from South Florida (click here) was charged on Friday with sending explosive packages to at least a dozen of the president’s critics, apparently bringing to a close an attempted bombing spree that has gripped the country just ahead of the midterm elections.

The suspect, Cesar Altieri Sayoc Jr., 56, was arrested outside an auto parts store near Fort Lauderdale after a fast-moving investigation in which the authorities said they were able to pull a fingerprint from one of the bomb packages and collect Mr. Sayoc’s DNA from two others.

Mr. Sayoc, who seemed to be living out of a van in Aventura, Fla., was taken into custody on a day when four more explosive packages were found, including two intended for United States senators, both Democrats....

Donald John Trump knows exactly what he is doing when he inspires violent supporters. He carried out a reasonably successful television show. He didn't achieve that wihout knowing what he was doing with his audience. Those carrying guns in Kenosha support the hate and violence purported by Donald John Trump. He is not interested in a peaceful USA. He believes death "is what it is." Those are not words or actions by a leader interested in ending violence so much supporting it.

October 26, 2018

Cesar Altieri Sayoc Jr. (click here) is so at ease with his bigotry and his extreme political views that even those who were put off by him were surprised to learn he could be accused of resorting to violence.

He was a DJ at a strip club in West Palm Beach, an exotic dancer and steroid-using bodybuilder with a long criminal history, a Donald Trump fan who plastered his politics on the van that doubled as his home for at least a year, possibly three or four....

Cesar Altieri Savoc is a prime example of the violence that Trump advocates. He did what he thought was expected of him. After all, Trump will pay his lawyer's bill. The people that paid for the fair treatment of Cesar Savoc were the American people, not Trump.

Cesar Altieri Sayoc, (click here) aka “Cesar Randazzo,” “Cesar Altieri,” and “Cesar Altieri Randazzo,” pled guilty today to a 65-count Superseding Information in Manhattan federal court before U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff.  In connection with the guilty plea, Sayoc admitted to mailing 16 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) to 13 victims throughout the country, including 11 current or former U.S. government officials, and that he intended to use the IEDs as weapons and to cause injuries.  Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers for the National Security Division, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman for the Southern District of New York, Assistant Director Michael McGarrity of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division, Assistant Director in Charge William F. Sweeney, Jr. of the FBI’s New York Field Office and Police Commissioner James P. O’Neill of the NYPD made the announcement.

“Cesar Sayoc has admitted to acts of domestic terrorism that are repulsive to all Americans who cherish a society built on respectful and non-violent political discourse, no matter how strongly held one’s views,” said Assistant Attorney General Demers.  “Our democracy will simply not survive if our political discourse includes sending bombs to those we disagree with.  I applaud the efforts of so many in our law enforcement community whose alertness and tirelessness led to the prompt arrest of the defendant before he was able to injure anyone, as well as those whose efforts led to today’s plea.”...

There is evidence everywhere of the hate speech Trump has propagated.

The violence in Kenosha is the direct result of Trump's hate speech and a militarized police force.

A Wisconsin Department of Corrections building (click here) was burned to the ground during the second night of unrest in Kenosha over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

Footage posted on Twitter Tuesday showed entire wings of the facility containing probation and parole offices reduced to rubble and cinders.

The message “Are you listening yet?” was tagged on one side of a wall left standing.

At least 34 fires associated with the rioting were reported, with 30 businesses damaged, Kenosha Fire Chief Charles Leipzig told the Kenosha News....

Six percent dead is a failed Trump administration. The infection rate and death rate could have been completely prevented.

This is ridiculous. The CDC has become a political pundit of Trump. Everyone in the country knows that co-morbidities make surviving the virus difficult, but, natural aging is not a co-morbidity.

Natural aging is what the USA is proud of, Americans are proud of their longevity. More than that, the quality of life while aging has become a point of interest of the American people. Natural aging was taken away from more than a hundred thousand Americans because Trump didn't contain the virus.

Trump himself is in the danger zone for contracting SARS-CoV-2 and facing death, one would expect him to be conducting intense policy regarding the naturally aged American; instead he is promoting greater death by his own definition of herd immunity.

The Centers for Disease Control (click here) said six percent of COVID-19 deaths were from COVID alone, but the claim that the virus killed only 9,000 Americans is incorrect. Most deaths from the coronavirus had causes in addition to COVID, not instead of it.

Online posts from Tennessee State Representatives Jeremy Faison and Jason Zachary point to incomplete information also amplified in a false claim, reportedly posted by President Donald Trump and removed by Twitter....

This time Los Angeles. What kind of bicycle violation results in a shooting? A bicycle violation? Like, what?

September 1, 2020

...The cyclist, 29-year-old Dijon Kizzee, (click here) was shot more than 20 times in the back on Monday afternoon after two sheriff's deputies tried to stop him for a bicycle code violation, said Benjamin Crump, who said he is representing Kizzee's family.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department said Kizzee, whose identity was confirmed by the county medical examiner-coroner, was shot fewer than 20 times after dropping a handgun he had been carrying and punching one of the deputies.

The killing renewed protests in the city by demonstrators angered at deadly violence against Black people by police. Such protests have become a near daily occurrence around the country after George Floyd, a Black man, was killed by a white Minneapolis police officer in May.

"You don't kill any race but us, and it don't make any sense," Fletcher Fair, Dijon Kizzee's aunt, told reporters at the site of the shooting on Tuesday where activists called for an independent investigation by California's attorney general. "Why us?"...

The shooting is not justified. The gun was on the ground and Dijon was not firing the gun at police. Was the gun loaded? He could have been carrying an empty gun.

What impresses me is the number of bullets Dijon was shot with, since when do police carry a high capacity magazines with 20 bullets?

Whether it is Mr. Blake or Dijon Kizzee, the police are emptying their magazines? That, to me, spells a profound lack of skills in using the gun. I can empty a gun magazine without training or practice, although the recoil might be worrisome in AIMING the gun. Emptying a gun of it's bullets is not good police work.

..."Our suspect (click here) was holding some items of clothing in his hands, punched one of the officers in the face and then dropped the items in his hands," Lt. Brandon Dean said. "The deputies noticed that inside the clothing items that he dropped was a black semiautomatic handgun, at which time a deputy-involved shooting occurred."...

Punching a police officer is serious, but, it seems as though they are losing their perspective when it comes to firing their guns. Seriously. I don't think they are emotionally stable if they are emptying their magazines into a person. Where are they getting the permission to simply unload their magazines into a person? How is it a 17 year old with a military style weapon walk through the streets with impunity while a black bicyclist is deemed a threat while owning a gun so police are motivated to the point of killing him?

It doesn't make sense anymore. Where is the sincere fear of a black man come from that unleashes this degree of fury?

It was the Russians. They are inside the perimeter!

fps in paintball is feet per second - Protesters do not have body armor to protect them from paintguns.

...Public (click here)

Many laws have been put into place limiting where a paintball gun can and cannot be used. It is prohibited to discharge a paintball gun by a street or road, sidewalk, highway, and in public land except for a target range....

Shooting plastic pellets (click here) at speeds of up to 200mph while traversing all sorts of obstacles and muddy terrain doesn’t sound like the safest of pursuits - so how safe is paintball?

There’s no denying those paintballs can sting, and may even leave a bruise if they hit any exposed skin, but in reality, you’re no more likely to pick up an injury paintballing as you are playing football, rugby or any other sport that can result in scrapes and bruises....

...While knee pads, elbow pads, and chest protectors can all help protect against injury, a pair of goggles is the only essential piece of paintball safety equipment that must be worn at all times...

...The speed of a paintball (click here) is measured in feet per second (fps) because of the short range of the markers. Most guns are measured in fps. The average paintball marker can shoot 300 fps, or slightly below this. Most paintball playing fields require a maximum of 280 fps for safety purposes.

With an effective range of 80 to 100 feet for the average 280-fps marker, a paintball can reach its target in about one-third of a second....

...Woloshin: (click here) So far, May rent collections are running ahead of April, although the month is not over yet. I believe it is explainable by several factors including:

• the direct funds from the CARES Act.
• the significant increase in unemployment benefits that the federal government added to state-level benefits.
• the willingness of landlords to work out payment plans with renters who have demonstrated their hardship arising from COVID-19.
• the desire for tenants to maintain good standing with their landlord and credit ratings.

Woloshin: The longer the lockdown is in place, the greater the risk of nonpayment. The federal unemployment benefits expire at the end of July. In addition, several states have extended eviction moratoriums, and California is debating a bill that would allow tenants to have a year to pay their rent with no penalties or eviction. The longer this crisis goes on, the more political pressure there will be at the state and local levels to protect tenants. In addition, the growing calls for rent strikes cannot be ignored....

The consumer credit available to Americans is being used to pay bills, not improve quality of life.

All Americans, according to this RAND study, have lost income during this period of COVID-19. The higher the income the less income lost.

With government SUBSIDIES, lowest-income Americans did improve their outcomes. Working with percentages in this instance can be tricky because 4 percent of higher-income households may actually be the same amount of monies received by the lowest incomes receiving 12 percent.

...Households' methods of coping (click here) with these difficulties vary across the income spectrum. A widely cited survey question from the Federal Reserve asks how respondents would pay an emergency expense. To take into account the widespread, unexpected job losses and financial downturn associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, we modified this question to ask people who are in the midst of an emergency—those who reported difficulty in paying their bills—how they are dealing with expenses.

Among households that are struggling to make ends meet, we found that approaches vary significantly across the income spectrum (Table 1). Unsurprisingly, low-income households have few options. They report borrowing from friends and family, selling possessions, and simply being unable to meet expenses. Consistent with these findings, evidence from other surveys reveals rising food insecurity among low-income households.

Middle-income households report using formal credit: putting expenses on credit cards with the hopes of paying the debt off over time, using bank loans and lines of credit, and, in some cases, taking on payday loans. We found fewer reports of payday loans among the low-income group than among the middle-income group. Although this difference was not statistically significant, it might reflect the higher rates of job loss among low-income workers, as documented in other surveys; without a job, a payday loan is not an option....

In Table 1 of this RAND study, it is very obvious all levels of income in the USA are using credit to pay their bills. So, while the Fed is creating a better financial environment for the use of credit in the USA, the consumers of credit are using it at this time to pay bills and not to improve their quality of life. That is a concern for the future. If there is significant credit building up with consumers that means they may be using bankruptcy to protect their financial position in times to come. That SURVIVAL STATUS will effect their spending behavior now.

After Wall Street panicked and crashed, they realized COVID-19 is a new economy with new opportunity.

The stock price of Apple, the computer company, feel to a low on March 23, 2020 of $224.36 US.

As of August the stock price of Apple, Inc. to $500.04 US. There is only one reason for the increase and that is the application of IT across the business and public venues due to COVID-19.

If Trump is bragging about this being his Wall Street, then is he bragging about the fear in the country and rising numbers of victims in the USA to the virus? A reactive Wall Street is supposed to happen, but, the real question is should this have happened at all. If the strategy of closing down for 2 weeks to end the spread of the virus and contain it worked rather than squandered this dynamic would not be so stark.

The current stock markets are definitely reacting to the fact the USA has an active COVID-19 economy and is the largest such economy in the world. I don't really think that is something to brag about, but, Trump is mostly disconnected from reality and simply plays with propaganda.

There are seismic changes at the Federal Reserve. The Fed is now monitoring small amounts of inflation rather than simply inflation that can cause major economic damage. It is a significant change that reacts to a stronger labor market while controlling inflation in the face of GOOD WAGES. The change is to benefit consumers and keeps their interest rates lower. The less interest consumers pay, the more money in their pockets which improves their ability to improve their quality of life and ultimately purchase a home and enter into the American Dream.

Such good news to the markets means there will be less turbulence to stocks and more stability to long term outcomes. The COVID-19 market is likely temporary as the virus is conquered. Let's hope the USA will find it important to end the rampage of the virus under Trump and can join the rest of the world to return to normal. There is every reason for the American people to elect a new administration that is capable of ending the impact of COVID-19 on their lives so they can enjoy the new policies of the Federal Reserve and a more hopeful future.

...The Fed (click here) is now officially less concerned about high inflation. Moving forward, central bankers will target inflation that averages 2% over time. This means that following a stretch with low inflation, the Fed might allow inflation to run above 2% for a period of time.

Along these lines, the Fed will concern itself less with the strength of the labor market. “A tight labor market is no longer correlated to inflation,” said Dan Geller, a behavioral economist and founder of consulting firm Analyticom.

In the past, the Fed’s official view was that a strong labor market could cause inflation to jump — as a result, the central bank would move to raise rates even if higher levels of inflation had yet to materialize when the job market was especially strong.

The new policy will allow the Fed to keep rates low even if the job market rebounds and inflation picks up. As a result, some have suggested that it may be many, many years before the central bank hikes rates again....

I took the flu shot 3 days ago. Sore arm, but, now soreness gone and I feel fine.

Everyone, especially health care workers, needs to take the flu shot so long as they are not allergic to it's components. Health care workers need to protect their health this season because they are desperately needed by their country when and if SARS-CoV-2 spikes with more and more indoor activity by Americans.

Real simple.

Florida, under DeSantis, is a super spreader economy. People contract the virus in Florida and bring it back home to contaminate local economies and spawn hot spots all over again.

It is a human rights violation.

Don't listen to what they say, judge them on what they do.

Atlas is another Trump liar. He is as much a human rights violater as DeSantis is by encouraging children to return to schools. Children are at risk BECAUSE OF THEIR AGE and lack of sophistication in understanding what COVID-19 does to their bodies. Asking a Kindergartener to wear a mask will only last as long as their attention span.

The Washington Post is correct in stating Atlas is pandering to Trump and campaigning for herd immunity. Atlas's actual words push for denying herd immunity is an attempt to engage Trump's demands and not a valid public policy. The Trump administration has not cared about the American people from the beginning of this administration.

Lying to the public is a favored Trump political strategy. Atlas is no different. In visiting Florida to promote airline travel and tourism is recognizing the fact most visitors are in the state for less than two weeks which is the normal quarantine duration.

Basically, Atlas is a trick on the public and another idea that the Deep State is wrong about a very dangerous virus. SARS-CoV-2 will have immediate impacts on an American, but, also in the future as they age and have incurred microscopic injuries from the initial infection. SARS-CoV-2 attacks LONGEVITY, be it immediate or in the long view.

Atlas is nothing more than a "Trump Clown" in the Trump Circus.

Trump doesn't seem interested in protecting Hispanic soldiers.

These murders have been occurring all year. This is not a mass murder that surprised the authorities in the White House. This is a serial killer and no one is interested in ending it.

At least nine Fort Hood soldiers (click here) have been found dead since the beginning of the year, and a dozen Texas senators are now calling for a congressional investigation into the military base.

In a letter sent to Secretary of the Army Ryan McCarthy, members of the Texas Congressional Delegation, Liaison to the Secretary Scott Mras and Gov. Greg Abbott, the 12 Texas senators who are part of the Texas Senate Hispanic Caucus said they acknowledge the Army is taking steps to examine the base, but the review is being conducted by the Army itself.

"Anything other than a thorough transparent investigation into the processes, discipline, and the United State's Army handling of the matters in their aftermath would be a disservice to the Guillen, Morales, Morta and now Fernandes families," they said, respectively citing the names of the most recent victims....

...The body of 23-year-old Sgt. Elder Fernandes "was found hanging in a tree" on Tuesday in Temple, about a week after he went missing. Fernandes reported being a victim of sexual assault in May, and had recently learned his claims were deemed unsubstantiated, according to the Washington Post....

..."The purpose of this independent review is to determine whether the command climate and culture at Fort Hood, and the surrounding military community, reflects the Army’s values, including safety, respect, inclusiveness, and a commitment to diversity, and workplaces and communities free from sexual harassment," the Army said on its website.

The lack of the military to end this violence against our soldiers brings to mind the readiness of the military, too.

Scott Atlas is an idiot.

He is Trump politics at its worst. Where is Mr. Atlas going to find the hospital capacity to handle “herd immunity.” Another Trump advisor too dangerous to me taken seriously.

The Pro-Trump supported in Portland...

...are vigilantes that came from other areas of the country to increase the violence in Portland. They remind me of al Qaeda. That is how Middle East terrorists deliver death and bombs to city streets, by pick-up truck.

The vigilante truck processions are breaking the law with their illegal protests.
