I am making progress. I have appointments to discuss the information I am looking for. That is a good thing.
It will happen. I am used to this. It is like the health insurance companies, persistence pays off. I never expect ready willingness when I start these projects. I am delighted when I get it, but, there is always this attitude of "Go away." When that pressure is rendered often enough people frequently give up. That isn't way progress is made.
