Kamala Harris is spot on about economic growth.

What happens when people buy homes? With every monthly mortgage payment rather than rent that home builds equity. When a home builds equity it creates wealth. When wealth increases so does economic well being at the individual level.

What if every working American were able to have a down payment of $25,000? That is automatic equity. What else happens when a person or family buys a house? They become part of a community with real investment in this country.

Home ownership is vital to every American to build wealth and have a future worth working toward. 

When homeless, working Americans buy a home what happens? The obvious outcome is a better community, but, the stability created by the simple act of homeownership improves the very future of children.

There is a way forward that will make life better for everyone. Stable communities, more housing on the market will end inflation, provide a work force that is not transient that will lower the demand for immigration providing our courts a much needed breather.

And.

Homeowners pay property taxes that increase the well being of communities. Imagine that. All Americans safe and sound at home with well maintained cities and towns that can handle reasonable debt.

Kamala is spot on to the viability of our people and country.  Why is it difficult for people to admit when the lady is right?

Putting lives in danger deliberately is illegal. Why is he getting away with it? Why isn’t he arrested?

Trump is still a defendant. There is such a thing as danger crime and a true threat. He is guilty of both. 

The real measure is how a person or people reacted to verbalized misinformation.  In the case of COVID many American people believed the lies and misdirection. It caused people to engage in dangerous behavior that lead to exposure and death. That is a fact.

Why allow Trump freedom of speech when in fact he is basically yelling FIRE in a crowded theater.

The incentive for broadcasting misinformation is alarming to think about and serves his personal agenda. His incentive and goals are alarming all by themselves. He wants to disrupt an election as he defames all opponents. He endangers their lives too as they seek protection while at the same reaching out to Americans along the campaign trail.

The DNC should run “An evening with Kamala” which is a town hall format. Let real Americans have their fears allaid while setting the facts straight and defeating any understanding of her lying to Americans.

There is also an iconic child noted by the Associated Press. A Palestinian child. Neither of these children or their parents deserve the pain and suffering they are going through. This is a result of an Iranian backed terrorist group with no value of human life. 

What kind of adults are these children going to be? How scarred will they become as they realize the war changed everything their parents had hoped for them? This war must end. These children are innocent and need a life of joy returned to them. We cannot allow terrorists to continue to carry out these horrific attacks. 

For what reason? There is no rational reason for any of this. There was no rational reason for the attacks into Israel that began a horrific year of killing. This must stop and these children are now icons to the outcome of this war. They will be followed by the world to understand how this altered the fabric of their lives.

If he ever gains power with a consenting military and/or police the character of this country will change overnight. At that point the only hope Americans have in preserving our democracy will be if the police and military hold their ground against him. That is why he will pardon the January 6th insurgents, to return them to their militia status. His private military to enforce his regime change. We already know they think nothing of killing police.

The argument against filing now is that nothing nefarious has happened so there is nothing a judge can decide on. But, the potential of the catastrophe this unmitigated power can cause is enough to seek an injunction against rules that disrupt due process. These rules disrupt the process of untainted ballots in the face of suspicion. Suspicion is enough of a reason for investigation, but, not elimination of votes. These rules seek to eliminate all votes cast without valid and proved reason.

Recently I believe it was a judge in Georgia that dismissed a lawsuit by the Trump people who wanted to sue the voting machine company. They are trying to lay the ground work to institute these restrictive and illegal voting REGULATIONS in suspicion of voting machines the Georgia Election Board falsely accused as problematic. 

It is all foreplay to fucking the 2024 elections by lawyers to frustrated with their incomes to be loyal to the USA Constitution . It is all abuse of power and the Georgia Election Board should be investigated and the DNC needs to counter this corruption with a lawsuit recognizing draconian election regulations designed to send the election into chaos.

One other thing. If the elections become to unruly and chaotic I do believe President Biden has the authority to call a state of emergency and institute a police state until all issues are clear and facts are established.

Ya know, when well laid plans are almost over the goal line, maybe some fine tuning needed to be done, like, “…perhaps Trump isn’t the best messenger…” The Heritage Foundation has placed six Supreme Court judges and invested mightily over decades, and they are the authors of Project 2025. The Heritage Foundation has been conspiring against the USA Constitution and Trump is their “checkmate.”

Governor Walz is correct that public lands protect water sources. It is obvious now that Trump wants to change the character of public lands, parks and wildlands. That is what Zinke has up his sleeve. The Senator wannabe in Montana talks about having more bears than cows. They want to kill American wildlife and build on public lands. Will it work? No. Think about the national parks and commute times to real jobs. Somehow putting housing projects in Yellowstone will result in failure. Where are the children going to school? Ohhhhhh. It is more than housing, entire cities need to be built on public lands to provide basic services.

Nothing like having a president with ideology to put a resort hotel in the tree of Redwoods and Sequoias.

From a cinema perspective the film was made well. There are many story lines.

Asheville house gone

The fast moving water is dirt brown in color. That color is resulted because of undermining and/or eroding land. 

President Biden is correct.

Helene has been a devastating storm. Asheville has no water supply. It is currently impossible to truck water into Asheville because there is no road access. People can go days without food but only 2 days without water. With no road access everything has to be flown in and the communication systems are down which limits any air flights into the area. This is a nearly impossible civilian effort. The National Guard needs to be involved and quite possibly the USA military as they were after Katrina.

Survival of the living has to come first otherwise people can become dehydrated and/or starve adding to the death toll. Search and rescue is a way to bring those surviving this storm to safety, food, shelter, and clothing.

The problems in North Carolina are compounded by the destruction in

Tennessee. Not being able to stage supplies in Tennessee to move to North Carolina makes the job far more difficult. Interstate 40 is impassable on the North Carolina side. Asheville is in the mountains. This is an extremely dangerous set of circumstances for the people trapped there.

Supplies into North Carolina are at the very least hours away if they can be moved by alternative routes. The infrastructure leading into the area in Western North Carolina maybe a concern considering the enormous amount of damage by the wind and water. The waterways have been torrents and will make the substrate that is normally safe at least questionable at this time. All the FEMA workers and NGOs responding to these areas in any state are at risk for unstable infrastructure.

The problems being faced by Americas today are unprecedented to the size and scope of this emergency. The devastation is bigger than Katrina with recovery 100 times more difficult.

I am grateful President Biden is in the White House with the experience of a lifetime to move mountains to save lives.

I-40 is not an isolated incident. Vermont and California has experienced major road collapse. The land is different because the climate is different.

I am sure the emergency workers were overwhelmed during the storm and a major highway collapse isolated people from responders.

Look, I have been reading about his opponent for this race and he’s from Minnesota. He has a business in Montana so I guess he spends enough time to qualify as a candidate, but, I have a problem with his good friend. Sorry, but, the friendship sounds like corruption to me.

Senator Tester is too much of a gentleman to even bring it up, but, I don’t have a problem with that because I am worried about Big Sky Country, conservation and public lands.

Ryan Zinke. How the heck did he get back into government as a U.S. House Rep anyway?

Mr. Zinke took care of himself while Secretary of the Interior and while in the U.S. House he has been taking care of the opponent in this race for US Senator. Has anyone stopped to realize what a tag team they are going to be to assault our public lands?

What’s his name? Tim? Sheehy? Right? Tim Sheehy? 

He’s got lots of money. There is some discussion about the viability of his business though.

But, there is a direct link between his business in Montana and legislation passed to benefit it by Ryan Zinke. Isn’t that right, Tim?

I don’t know what the costs of fighting fires in Tribal areas are like, but, without real research or facts to justify this language in a bill that brought millions rolling into Montana, that is pure unadulterated corruption to benefit Tim who has poured lots of contributions into the Republican Party.

Tim is having a problem defining his position on climate. Why? MAGA. It seems as though when he discusses fires and his business he directly talks about how vital his business is to the climate. I am not going to get into that, but, his campaign seems to have the opposite message.

If the people of the USA are still having problems validating any concern for the climate crisis after witnessing the ravages of the hurricane that has devastated the infrastructure of the Southeast then I don’t know what will prove to them what a climate crisis is.

Senator Jon Tester is an honest man with excellent intentions for Montana and that is a fact by all his work for all Montanans. He is steadfast and isn’t corrupt.

And for crying’ out loud get rid of Zinke. He is known to be trouble. I don’t know what he has up his sleeve but he sent a lot of money to Montana to be sure he goes back to the US House.
