I don't believe the right wing propaganda should be left to information without scrutiny by other political interests, including the Progressives.

When these discussions are excluded from dialogues of Progressives, Democrats or Liberals it adds to the idea these are very important to the defeat of the established Democratic Party. It is wrong to leave these poisons in our country's dialogue.

As the nation’s chief diplomat, (click here) Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that “negligent handling” of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.
A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information.
Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA....

Already the right wing political media is stating these documents are fool proof evidence of crimes committed by Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. That is a lie and the only reason it is in the Republican rhetoric is because it LEADS a believable deception.

The only assault against the private server of the then Secretary Hillary Clinton were ATTEMPTS by Russian hackers (click here) to gain entry. Evidently, the FBI is somewhat impressed by the Secretary's private server as hackers did not make it into information. There is nothing forthcoming about actual damage to the country's national security.

That stated, if there were hackers successful'; it isn't as though the government hasn't experienced hackers as well. Additionally, we have witnessed whistle blowers come forward to report to the people they aren't safe from the intrusions of their government.

The non-disclosure agreement states there can be no negligence. There was none. The Secretary successfully handled private emails on her server. There is no solid legal infraction when laypersons say, "But, everything she did and everything she said is confidential." That is sniping and it is testing the waters for ANY evidence of acceptance to the political vapors of the electorate. That is completely hideous. If that was the case there would be no press conferences or daily briefings. The State Department has daily briefings as well.

Now, when someone finally comes forward with litigable evidence I might even be interested in reading rather than having the lies permeate the low information voters of the right wing extremists. Such dialogue only proves the tabloid media has more success than establishment media.

Is there something wrong with featuring a strange set of lights over Area 51 when in fact there were strange lights over Area 51? I don't ever remember a documentary featuring complete transparency to Area 51.

Allow me to remind the media, regardless of main stream or not, we have some very interesting people running for office on both sides of the aisle. As of January 20, 2017 we will have our Executive Branch replaced with the winner of the elections from the year before. I think everyone needs to pay attention.

The USA is a democracy where people with the ambition and talents to be President are encouraged to run for office. The American people want a real hero. They want someone they TRUST. They want their government back. That is the basis of the choice in 2016.

The American people need plenty of good information and not rhetoric or lies that pander to their gullibility. They need the truth leading to real facts. I would hope all the media values their freedom and safety in the USA. I would expect that freedom and safety equates to a truth telling media rather than a 'gotcha media.' We need to hear what competency sounds like, not what the media believes is best for their venue. If the media can sell a candidate like "W" that turns out to be a nightmare that won't go over well with the country.

I mean, let's face it, the American media oversaw the election of "W." It doesn't get worse than that.

President Obama's Nobel Peace Prize is proving itself in astonishing ways.

There were plenty of opportunities for the USA to go to war with Russia and/or China. It never happened although anticipated. Ukraine and the Pacific Islands are just two examples. Now. Russia feels perfectly comfortable in asking for USA expertise to help answer difficult questions regarding the death of so many of it's citizens.

Today we have jet pilots talking to each other over Syria. This is unprecedented cooperation between countries that have called each other enemies for so very, very long. I hope this trend continues and the world becomes a safer place for all countries and nuclear military capacity disappears off the face of Earth.

Washington — The F.B.I. (click here) has agreed to help the Russian government with its investigation into the deadly crash of a Russian charter plane in the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt, senior American officials said on Saturday.

Some American officials said that the Russians want help doing a forensic analysis to determine what brought down the Airbus A321-200, while other officials said that the request from the Russians was more general. Although most of the debris is scattered over nearly eight square miles in the desert, some parts of the plane were taken to Russia for analysis....

Stop the racism. It is possibly trickling down to character diminishment with the gun in police hands.

If Ben Carson were elected to the Presidency of the USA he would face the same racism President Obama faced during his presidency and not necessarily his campaign. President Obama during his run for the nomination didn't have a racial headwinds in the way he did nationally to the White House and beyond. When President Obama was running for the nomination everyone wondered if his race would hurt his electability. But, when he entered the national race he was dogged by the same racism now being witnessed with Ben Carson in his nomination run. NO ONE BELIEVES HIM.

President Obama upon entering office had to provide his long form birth certificate because he was not believed. Even today, there are people that believe when he leaves office it will be easier to find out the truth about him.

When Ben Carson states he was offered a scholarship he is naively stating scholarship rather than a nomination. West Point does not have scholarships, the academy has a nomination process (click here) to CHOOSE men and women for their placement into West Point.

Ben Carson needs to be verified when he makes statements, but, when the verification proves he is telling the truth or is correct that is where the questioning ends.

Telling the truth is vital to the USA's political process. It is vital to the USA's justice process. When a person running for office can be portrayed as a liar no matter the FACTS and truth telling it serves to diminish his judged character. That is racism. 

President Obama and the Democratic Party have suffered diminished capacity because of the chronic racism of character diminishment for the entire time President Obama has been and is in office. It is racism. The political right wing, including the Congress have used the tool of character diminishment as a method to cripple the USA politically and it works well for the one percent and the 0.1 percent.  

These campaigns of hate are carried in media sources and the more money spent to spread the lies the better it works. Media like FOX thrive on character diminishment and chronically steer the country in the absolute wrong direction. Voters are eager to point out the country is on the wrong track but they never assign it to "White Lies" of the USA media, otherwise known as propaganda.

If media sources didn't reward the hatred and racism it would not exist.

Character diminishment is racism/hatred and it is litigable.

BELIEF SYSTEMS can change with the winds and serve the political stage. The truth is the only way to guarantee a substantial character of the President of the USA.

Two police officers (click here) will be charged with second-degree murder and second-degree attempted murder after more than a dozen shots were fired into a car, leaving a six-year-old boy dead and his father critically wounded.

Norris Greenhouse jnr, 23, and Derrick Stafford, 32, were arrested on Friday night after state police say they fired 18 shots at the car in which Christopher Few and his son, Jeremy Mardis, were riding in the southern state of Louisiana on Tuesday, Mike Edmonson of the Louisiana State Police said during a news conference....

When Republicans continue their rant and rhetoric about TransCanada, they are nothing but reckless with the future of our children.

Enbridge (click here) is a Canadian company that builds pipelines for petroleum products. TransCanada was their competitor. 

Currently, Enbridge has pipeline 9A preparing for tar sands oil. Their line 5 pipeline is the ancient junk at a very vulnerable part of the Great Lakes. Amazingly, no one can seem to shut it down because of political pressure to allow the oil to flow in an ancient pipeline.

There is something wrong with the world when Wall Street embraces profits at any cost, including the CHANCE, VERY GOOD CHANCE, Enbridge Pipeline 5 will destroy any hopes of an ecosystem in the five Great Lakes.

 Conservation is not an extremist profession. The Enbridge #5 has to be shut down and now. There is no reason for any of this. If the oil has to flow through that particular route, then replace infrastructure. There is on reason why the Great Lakes have to be sacrificed for oil company profits.

Canadians voted in Alberta to shut down the extremist practice of harvesting oil sands. The people of Canada want it to stop and so do the people of the USA. The Canadians have been in the fight for a very long time. It was about time the USA did the right thing.

Stopping the TransCanada Keystone XL Pipeline has cut down on the destruction of the Alberta tar sands. It has stopped the global shipment of the carbon intensive tar sands extraction to the entire world from the Gulf of Mexico.

Canadians are still acting to end the export of a dangerous form of oil. We need to stand with them. TransCanada is irrelevant. Enbridge is larger. (click here)

There was never any shortage of pipelines in North America. If anything there are too many. The Republicans in the USA were backing a crony in TransCanada. They were also backing a company that can't sustain a loss or support a clean up. Politics of energy is not a good idea, the Republicans made it political.

It was wrong to threaten Native American lands and an aquifer under several states in the USA. It was wrong to disregard endangered species. There is something very wrong with a value system that destroys and disregards the RIGHTFUL concerns of Native Americans, conservationists and the community of environmentalists. There is something very wrong with those wayward methods of profits and there was something wrong 60 years ago, too.

Enbridge Line 5 is an infrastructure issue. If they are going to use it then replace it. Replacing the infrastructure is the right thing to do and everyone knows it. No one wants to spend the money until it is too late and then the petroleum company bears the cost in the USA. Enough. Replace the infrastructure or shut it down

Republicans have fended off accusations for years that they'd gut Medicare for seniors and end the program "as we know it."

Not Ben Carson. The former neurosurgeon acknowledges he would abolish the program altogether....

Health care savings accounts for people over 65 and those with low income is not realistic when it comes to health care costs. The reason there is Medicare and Medicaid is because it provides care not otherwise pursued, including colds and flu, etc. This is a ridiculous option and getting more ridiculous.

Medicaid provides health care for the Poor and Medicare is a health care insurance for the elderly. Those on Medicare contributed to it most of their working lives. Where does this guy get off telling seniors and the Poor they can do better right now? They can't and everyone knows the Poor need good health care to continue their ambitions to work and end their own poverty.

Health Care Savings Accounts have always been for people that have disposable income. People with low incomes or fixed incomes cannot afford a Health Care Savings Account unless their fixed income per month is substantial.

There is no reason why Democrats can't encourage Health Care Savings Accounts to those that can afford it. If the Dems were telling the truth it would provide a better platform for them and real information of this politicized option. The Health Care Savings Account is built to cover deductibles and co-pays. For some it can carry a cash payment to health care providers, but, that is the exception.

The Democratic Debate - Hillary Clinton continued...

The USA is 70 percent consumption. When people are doing bad it is bad for everyone.

The Death Penalty - The vast majority of cases come out of state litigation that apply capital punishment too often. There are heinous cases such as Khalid Sheiekh Mohammad and Timothy McVeigh. 

Hillary Clinton asks why is the suspension and explusion rate in schools higher for African American students? She also suspects the parents are doing well as evidenced by subsidized lunch programs now greater than 50 percent.

She questions the racial deaths in the country.
 
Vice President? Not fair Rachel. "Whoever I name will really be hurt in the Republican Party....There are Republicans I can pick, just none of them."

Hush Puppies - "Eating Hush Puppies and wearing Hush Puppies."

Hawk?  The next President will face many of the same issues as President Obama faces today. "I will not rule out force, but, it should be the last resort and not the first."

Constitutional Amendment for same sex marriage - I explored it privately, but, if the public debate was incorrect I take responsibility for that. "The Law of the Land." What really needs to be addressed now is how a person can be married on Saturday and fired from their jobs on Monday.

What is the efficacy of the Democratic Party when it is obviously failing in blue cities? "Keep fighting for it." It is not completed when the bill is finally passed.

Bill and Hill - "I was practicing law and chairing the board for the Children's Defense Fund...and I had a full plate of serious things I wanted to do....It was not until 1988 that I began reaching into politics..." "That hair do was a permanent and I have such straight hair...it took three times to get the curl."

My opinoin. Hillary Clinton is vital to the future of the Democratic Party. She is a leader. She seeks answers to questions not asked yet. That is a leader with insight that others have not exhibited. Her answers more often than not surprise me, which means she has already thought through issues of our time. I think that is important. That is her nature.  She cares about people and she cares about the country.

Arkansas years - She and her family always consider the state a big part of their lives.

Has the time of meaningful change passed? Secretary Clinton - Children Defense Fund based in South Carolina - President Obama is not given enough credit for his administration accomplishes - "How do we have a new New Deal?" - Take a hard look at what is happening across the country with big issues realizing our communities of color are being left behind. Also middle age White Americans of low income are dying far earlier than their parents. "Begin to turn around some of the very difficult conditions are facing."

Special interests get what they want even when the rest of the country is not - Wall Street - "I represented New York...and there is a lot to New York City beyond Wall Street." She has been able to represent all the people. She went to Wall Street and told them they were causing problems for average Americans. People rightfully believe the deck is stacked against them. The Koch brothers are some of the biggest deck stackers to be found and they are not part of Wall Street. They are protecting their own interests. Voters and citizens have to help me carry this forward by voting.

Tech industry rivals money with power and influence - Until recently the Tech Industry didn't pay attention to Washington because of their invention priorities. Tammy Baldwin bill to stop the revolving door.

The Democratic Debate - Senator Sanders

An avowed socialist. Within his own definition.

Vermont is 98 percent Caucasian. The issues that impact SC are the same as the people of Vermont. Higher education, the working poor. The people want a government that represents all of us and not simply one with the interest of millionairs.

African American Voters don't know Senator Sanders enough to carry their vote. He states he has a strong record on civil rights in Senate votes. He has the economic and social justice agenda now and once the word is out he will carry the African American vote. South Carolina's Governor is denying expanded health care to the poor. Unemployment and Underemployment is 51 percent for the young people in the African American community. He believes in education and employment instead of jails.

How do you get American companies to provide benefits? We have to end our disastrous trade policies and create jobs in the USA. Bad trade agreements lead as the cause for unemployment in the USA. 13 million jobs are generated in infrastructure and a bill is important and funding by bring monies of American companies back to the country.

Keystone - no, Tax on carbon - yes, end drilling public lands for fossil fuels. The Republicans are rejecting science  when it comes to climate change. 

ISIS (Daesh) - I listened to a Bush/Cheney administration regarding Iraq and voted no. To invade Iraq is the worst foreign policy decision in US history. The key to ending the terrorists in the Middle East lies in having domestic militarizes for the countries involved. Taking on ISIS is a global issue.

Syria - Senator Sanders does not support a war that which there is no end.

Afghanistan - 911 the country experienced a terrible tragedy. The Taliban refused to bring him to justice and it was important the USA goes in to get him.

Hillary Clinton - Media drives Senator Sander's nuts because of all the 'gotcha stuff.'  He does not attack other people and the debate on issues is far more important. "Establish politics and economics" cannot solve the problems we have today. The US political system is corrupt because of Citizens' United. I do not have a SuperPAC. He walks the walk and not just Talk the Walk. We are the grassroots and taking on big money.

Dream job if you could not be politician - President of CNN;  There would be radical change. Technology has made obsolete - paper books. I agree, I don't enjoy electronic books. So, if someone wants to insure I won't read their ideas, definitely put it on electronic books only. I LOVE LIBRARIES. That is a definite. All the buzzers - miss peace and quiet. Do you curse? - Not on this show. What is the biggest public misconception - I am grumpy, too serious, but, I have seven beautiful grandchildren that are the job of my life.

Racial motivated shooter in Charleston, gun due to loophole in background checks. Seantor Sanders states 1988 ran for US Congress in three way race. "It is wrong ... to be buying assault weapons to kill human beings." He wants radical change in mental health because there are Americans in our society ready to commit suicide and murder. "We are going to keep guns out of the hands who should not have them." He believes he can unite the 60 to 70 percent of the American people that are disgusted with the mass killings in the USA. Unloaded guns can be put into baggage compartment in a plane. Hunters. Trains need to adopt a policy of securing weapons no different than planes. Gun control advocates may not get everything they want. The people who want missile launcher in their backyard won't get that either. But, we can come together as a people to end the violence.

There is a real crisis in the USA and 18 year olds and older is registered to vote. The Republicans are political cowards. State laws voter rights have been rolled back more than in any part of history. Senator Sanders states, the Democratic Party needs to be a 50 state party and not selective. It is why they have lost the South. Senator Sanders wants to ask the question of people, "Why are you voting against your own best interest?"

"The billionaire class in the USA is destroying American." 

"Veteran's Day is coming up, by the way...and am proud of being a member of the Veteran's Committee." I can work with Republicans to achieve the best health care coverage for veterans. We need a political revolution that is defined as millions of Americans need to stand up and be involved.

A Bernie Sanders nomination for President would bring out more and more people at rallies and get involved. We need to expand voter turnout, in the South and all over the country.

What is Sanders as a young organizer thinking? There were African American young people were seriously suffering physical assault by segregationists. "Stop segregated housing at the University of Chicago." 

Senator Sanders is magnificent. His morality is unquestioned.   

The Democratic Debate - Governor O'Malley

Governor O'Malley is correct, sort of, in reminding people who the Democratic Party is in their lives. The Democratic Party is on the side of the Middle Class when they look for citizen rights and the right to a living wage. He wants the Democrats to populate the state legislatures. That is a great idea and the best place for young Democrats to get started.  

The Kentucky Governor election is more interesting to the potential for Democrats to return their majorities.

We see, again, (click here) the nightmare scenario I've warned about for so many years: a U.S. election where all of the pre-election polls suggest Candidate X is set to win, but Candidate Y ends up winning by a huge margin instead and nobody even bothers to verify that the computer tabulated results accurately reflect the intent of the voters....

...As detailed on today's program with my guest Karoli Kuns of Crooks And Liars, there are a number of reasons to question the reported results. Among them, as Kuns points out today at C&L, the Democrats running in the down ballot races --- for Secretary of State, Attorney General (Conway's current job) and even state Auditor --- each reportedly received tens of thousands more votes than Conway did at the top of the ticket!

Bev Harris, of BlackBoxVoting.org, described the higher vote totals in the down ballot races as a "significant anomaly". She tells me that, at least until more records are requested and examined, the KY-Gov's race "has to be looked at as a questionable outcome, particularly because of the discrepancies in the down ballot races. More votes in those races and not at the top...that just doesn't happen."...

The question in Kentucky is; did voters recorded in the down ballot 'opt out' for the Governor's race? I find that interesting and perhaps Kentucky is a far different lesson for Democrats looking to 2016.

Did Governor O'Malley carry out his Progressive Agenda to quickly without bringing those in Maryland along? 

It depends on the issue. If he was asking for a space launch to the Moon ASAP, then I'd say yes. But, if he was asking to improve the health care of those in Maryland, then the answer is no. Why? Because the health care issues had been oppressed for so long it needed dire attention in realizing people were dying even when they had health care insurance. The industry was pushing the profitability of their company and NOT responsibility to it's members.

I like the "Kilt" answer. He is an important member of the Democratic Party. I think he defends his Governor's administration well. I also believe he is a valuable participant in this Presidential campaign. He is an staunch supporter of optimism. That is important. The future requires optimism.

He is correct, war requires at least two characteristics, soldiers and funding. If the two aren't there the outcomes will be deleterious to the country. He is also correct in that intelligence should have brevity in deciding how best to conduct the national security with early intervention that might add up to a greater diplomatic effort.

"We are best in the world, when we act on our principles."

Viability - Mayor of Baltimore was a signature style of Governor O'Malley.

I agree with the former Governor; the old ideologies of the past are a huge mistake. The employment participation rate is a reality check. Do we want to return to the limitation of the economy of the 1950s or the 1960s? I don't think so.

Socialism - ? Senator Sanders was trying to primary someone other than President Obama ? 

Senator Sanders has been an asset to the Democrats and I think I'd leave it there. I thank him for his voting record and support of most of the agenda of the Democrats in the Congress. He is a great guy.  

Governor O'Malley is a great American. There is no doubt about it and dedication from the time he was a young person interested in politics. He is of good character and great optimism. That is important.
