Abortion prohibition should never be tolerated to save the life of the mother. To refuse abortions is simply regulating doctors and questioning their expertise. This is already decided.

Shown Here:

Introduced in Senate (01/24/2013)

Hyde Amendment Codification Act - (click here) Prohibits the expenditure for any abortion of funds authorized or appropriated by federal law or funds in any trust fund to which funds are authorized or appropriated by federal law.

Prohibits the use of federal funds for any health benefits coverage that includes abortion. (Currently, federal funds cannot be used for abortion services, and plans receiving federal funds must keep them segregated from any funds for abortion services.)

Excludes from such prohibitions an abortion if: (1) the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest; or (2) the woman suffers from a physical disorder, injury, or illness, including a life-endangering physical condition caused by or arising from the pregnancy itself, that would place her in danger of death unless an abortion is performed, as certified by a physician.

The Republican Party believes "The Unborn" are citizens to protect. "The Unborn" are unborn. They do not have rights under the US Constitution.

The Republicans are already limiting free speech between patient and doctor. What? The American people need to fear such government inhibiting free speech.

The Hyde Amendment was an Amendment and was codified when the legislature was passed. There is no reason to additionally codify the Hyde Amendment. THE REPUBLICANS ARE PLAYING POLITICS WITH TAXPAYER MONEY!

The Hyde Amendment is already permanent law and THERE IS NO REASON FOR IT TO BE RENEWED BY THE CONGRESS ANNUALLY.

HR 7 is on the floor of the USA House for political purposes only!

Across the country, (click herestates are passing laws that determine what doctors can and cannot discuss with their patients, according to a new report from a coalition of four nonprofit organizations. Doctors might be prevented from asking patients about politically sensitive topics, like guns or fracking, or they might be forced to give patients medically inaccurate information, in the case of abortion....

...It would be unfair to say that the lobbyists pushing for these laws actually want Americans to receive inaccurate information from their health-care providers. The proponents of each of these types of laws are acting in their own interests. In the case of fracking, competitive energy companies don’t want to give away their trade secrets. With abortion, pro-lifers truly believe abortion is one of the worst things a woman can do to herself (not to mention her fetus/baby), and pro-life groups are extremely powerful right now.

This is a tattle tale law. There is no way to know what discussion goes on between Doctors and their patients. THAT IS PROTECTED SPEECH, under confidentiality laws and professional ethics.

So, patients/children in the case of pediatricians, have to come forward to 'tattle tale' on their doctors. It is outrageous. There is nothing preventing children from lying to anyone. Children are also suppose to trust their pediatrician and build a relationship with them that will follow them through their lifetime.

Doctor-patient relationships are protected speech and the idea Americans are being required by their government to tattle-tale on a professional who's only reason for existing is protecting health and saving lives.

Physicians and pediatricians are people, too. They deserve support when such idiotic laws arrive with a state legislature.

Oh, cute, now the US House of Representatives are not allowed to talk about Donald Trump. US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES BETTER BRING FREEDOM OF SPEECH TO THE CONGRESSIONAL FLOOR!

And Florida’s “docs vs. glocks” law was sparked by a patient, 26-year-old Amber Ullman, who refused to answer a question from her pediatrician about whether she owned a gun. Her frustrated doctor told her to go somewhere else, according to the nonprofit news site The Trace.

Whether it’s intentional or not, though, the laws’ effect is clear. They influence what doctors say when patients are at their most vulnerable, during a private medical exam....

...A new law in Pennsylvania has doctors nervous. (click here)
The law grants physicians access to information about trade-secret chemicals used in natural gas drilling. Doctors say they need to know what's in those formulas in order to treat patients who may have been exposed to the chemicals.

But the new law also says that doctors can't tell anyone else — not even other doctors — what's in those formulas. It's being called the "doctor gag rule."

'I Don't Know If It's Due To Exposure'

Plastic surgeon Amy Pare practices in suburban

Pittsburgh where she does reconstructive surgeries and deals with a lot of skin issues. She tells me about one case, a family who brought in a boy with strange skin lesions.

"Their son is quite ill — has had lethargy, nosebleeds," Pare says. "He's had liver damage. I don't know if it's due to exposure."...

This is an ongoing problem with the freedom of speech between doctors and their patients.

Next thing we know doctors and hospitals won't be able to test for these chemicals in the bodies of citizens that are not feeling well and/or simply concerned for themselves after exposure.

The Republican Party are hideously legislating infringement of freedom of speech. The Republican Party is causing danger in the lives of American when doctors are not allowed a safe practice with their patients.
