President Putin never accessed the many options the people of Eastern Ukraine have in regard to humanitarian aid. Putin didn't go to the United Nations, we all know this is propaganda driven and there is a reason why NGOs exist to bring aid to people in need. Putin is completely inappropriate and reflects Russian preference for isolation and aggression.

Ukraine has every right to intercept the trucks and dispose of the humanitarian aid as it wishes. That means arresting Russian convoy drivers. They are in Ukraine without proper documents, therefore, they are illegal immigrants and perhaps even recruits for more hostilities.
