Is there any kind of consistent reporting of this torture session?

There are no witnesses so no one really has an accurate record. Additionally, there is no such thing as a botched execution. Either there is an execution or there is torture. There are written reports attempting to justify the torture as 'karma' for the murder he was tried and convicted.

Executions are suppose to put killers to death. Either it works as it is suppose to or the session is torture. Just that simple.

Botched? Really? Oops? Isn't botched a word indicating tolerance of incompetency, forgiveness and innocence? If a state government can't assure the public an execution will be sift and just then it is participating in torture.

Once the IV was placed, (click here) the process lasted 30 minutes longer than is typical for Oklahoma executions. For 27 of those minutes witnesses were apparently unable to see what was happening in the execution chamber after a physician lowered a set of blinds....

The south is laced with incompetence in all walks of life and it is laughed at as 'being human' and 'oops' happens. Well, 'oops' might happen OCCASIONALLY, but, "Oops" is a practice of the south and not an occasional occurrence. When the incompetency is finally put behind bars then the people will finally wake up to the dangers they have in their own society.

Oops.

Oops needs to be litigated as a felony imprisoned for life.
