Maher and Moore are correct. The Republicans scream to hide their hatred of democracy.

Anarchists do hate democracy. There is only one reason why an anarchist is elected to office and it is to end the government. Where have I heard that before?

Anarchy has more than one definition. Some use the term "anarchy" to refer to a society without a publicly enforced government. When used in this sense, anarchy may or may not be intended to imply political disorder or lawlessness within a society.

If anarchists sincerely wanted to dismantle the government at any level; how do they win the confidence of the citizen?

Why not represent the belief in police and the military? Sound right? Stand for the 'righteous' belief systems of the people while defunding and abandoning the government.

Treason - the crime of betraying one's country, esp. by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.

The Civil War was treason. Civil war is the last fig leaf. Once the sovereign is breached there is no going back unless one is willing to face trial.

Cutting S.N.A.P. when the nation is in need of it is defunding the government. While the Republicans cut S.N.A.P., they are refusing to listen to President Obama and provide The American Jobs Act to counter the loss of income to buy food and provide shelter. Can't be both and be an American legislator. Not without a huge question to the oath of office they took.

“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
— U.S. Constitution, Article VI, clause 3

The Affordable Care Act is settled law. Defunding it is to act aggressively against the USA Constitution which upholds it.

Congressional Oath of Office

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

The Oath of Office of any Congressman or Congresswoman is to enforce and uphold the USA Constitution and all it's' Amendments, including, all laws of the USA resultant from those founding documents. It is not a list of options. It is not a menu of choices of the law they want to support. It is a requirement.
