Today in Japan. Does anyone actually believe nuclear weapons have a place on Earth anymore? Do we need another demonstration of the deadly effects, the genocidal effects of the technology? Do we actually need to covet a 'limited nuclear engagement,' as Richard Cheney carried in his heart.
