Sharon Keller was too busy to receive final papers from the attorneys for Michael Wayne Richard. She was attending to a repariman at her home and refused to read 'final stay' papers on a death row inmate soon to be executed. She replied at one point, "We close at 5PM." The execution occurred at 8:30 PM by lethal injection.
