Western Hemisphere Global Satellite.

Noted in North Hemisphere, the equatorial heat moving north along the western land border of the North American continent near offshore Panama. That 'type' of heat concentration in the Pacific was noted with the acceleration of every major storm of the Gulf of Mexico last year. With 'storm season' approaching due to the northern migration of solar radiation it will more than likely prove to be an early storm season. The storms of the Atlantic don't ususally occur until the surface waters start to get the 'return' trip south of the sun's rays, but, with lingering heat from last year's events, especially in the Carribean Sea, it is reasonable spectulation there will be storms earlier this year manifesting there and not the shores of Africa.
