The US House can ask and/or subpoena anyone in Afghanistan with knowledge of the Russian assassination for money directive to testify and/or provide evidence of the program. I doubt the program was word of mouth. The US House could accept that testimony and/or evidence in or/and out of the sovereign country of the USA. An embassy perhaps. I remind one of the reasons the USA knows about this program as a matter of fact is because people in Afghanistan were willing to speak about the Russian money.
Joe Biden is amazing. He has held the same values for the country as long as I can remember.
Today, Former Secretary Colin Powell endorsed the Former Vice President Joe Biden for president. I can't believe I have heard from two of the greatest patriots of the USA.
One person dead and multiple farms damaged by Minnesota tornado.
July 9, 2020
A large tornado (click here) in northwest Minnesota killed one person as it damaged multiple farmsteads late Wednesday.
The tornado hit near Dalton, Minnesota, in southeastern Otter Tail County between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. CDT. It moved through mostly open farmland, but three farmsteads suffered significant damage, according to the National Weather Service (NWS)....
2020 Deaths to date. (click here) Seventy-four deaths so far this season. A lot of big storms this year. Five of the deaths occurred outside of the "watch" area. This is an issue so that the prediction center can decide if adjustments are needed in the "Tornado Watch" areas. It points to the effectiveness of the program. The accuracy of the program is 96 percent. The three deaths outside the "Watch" area are from less than grade four. The rotations of Grade One and Four are spot on. The inaccuracy occurs from Grade 2 and 3.
Quite possibly the SuperCell is distributing straight-line winds as well. There was a new "front" type discovered by scientists. I think that came out early this year. Perhaps there is some of that accompanying the tornado rotation and spreads the danger to the periphery in lower rotation tornadoes.
In an attempt to save lives perhaps "the alerts" should include land areas, towns and cities within 100 miles of the tornado zone.
So far, the tornado damage in 2020 has been substantial.

Nearly three weeks after tornadoes (click here) tore through suburban neighborhoods in Putnam County, killing 19 people, residents are now contending with the widening national pandemic that county Mayor Randy Porter calls a "one-two gut punch."
"We had our guts punched with the tornado, and this came up," said Porter, who, like many in this small community, knew victims personally. Jessica Clark, 31, worked for the city government. Porter called her a close friend....
Three of the five deaths outside of the "Watch" area were in the Tennessee Valley as well. At time mark 0.10 it is obvious the turbulence went well outside the "Watch" zone.

The U.S. government told a federal judge (click here) Tuesday that it might separate detained immigrant families by continuing to hold parents after another federal judge ordered their children released because of the spreading coronavirus pandemic.
U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg of Washington, D.C., gave the Trump administration until Thursday to decide whether it would oppose a similar order releasing parents and set a hearing for Monday.
Boasberg held a hearing and set the schedule after U.S. District Judge Dolly M. Gee of Los Angeles ordered U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on June 26 to release children from three family residential centers by July 17, a week from Friday....
The idea a child would be separated from their parents is still a level of cruelty, hence, incompetency of this administration. To DECIDE if children can be separated from their parents is a delaying tactic against a judicial decision. Trump's pathology is evident in parsing the words of a judge. CHILDREN BELONG TO PARENTS. The judge stated to release the children and he didn't mean to release them into the desert alone.

The federal government (click here) still hasn’t decided how to meet a federal judge’s demand to release migrant children from detention.
In late June, Judge Dolly Gee of California ordered Immigration and Customs Enforcement to release all of its detained migrant children by July 17. It is up to ICE whether the parents, who are detained with them in family detention centers, will also be released with them....

Under a ghastly (click here) Trump-administration policy that officially started in 2018, thousands of migrant children were separated from their parents at the border with Mexico. Large numbers of them were confined to overcrowded cages inside detention centers, without access to basic hygienic materials, enough food and water, or adequate medical attention, according to Human Rights Watch. Six children died in Border Patrol’s custody between September 2018 and May 2019 — a horrifyingly high number, particularly when you consider that the previous decade saw no fatalities.
In short, the Trump administration created a humanitarian crisis, but even that was not enough to move Katie Miller, the spokesperson for Vice-President Mike Pence and spouse to rumored white nationalist Stephen Miller. She reportedly told NBC News reporter Jacob Soboroff that the Department of Homeland Security dispatched her to the camps in a misguided effort to up her empathy quotient. The USA is to be protected from adverse priorities of legislators, the president and the Supreme Court.
The United States of America has the sovereign right to know if any elected official is involved with immoral, subversive and/or criminal behavior. If the Supreme Court is making decisions that assault the sovereign state of the USA there needs to be a Blue Ribbon Commission to investigate the decisions made by the Supreme Court and arguments made by the Solicitor General that assaults the USA sovereignty. President Obama would be a good pick to chair such a commission.
Did the Supreme Court uphold the rule of law?
In the case of SDNY, it did and would expect that to move quickly to the lower courts to obtain the desired records.
In the case of Congress, it did in that there is the separation of power, however, there is the US Constitution demands the president to send a copy of his/her tax records to the Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, but, when it comes to Congressional subpoenas there need to be specific needs that can only be obtained from the tax records of the president that no other method of obtaining that information can provide.
I do believe the decision-making courts can satisfy Congressional requests because in the case of Trump there is no other method to obtain the information needed to resolve the issues at hand, namely "pass-through" banking at Deutsche Bank.
What I don't understand is why the Supreme Court bothered taking either of these cases in the first place, except, for the politics. The Supreme Court laid out rules to follow. As if the lower courts actually needed rules.
I think it is noteworthy to examine the current regulation regarding "Pass Through" banking. This is the FDIC of April 1995.
The FDIC is joining other federal regulators (click here) in urging U.S. financial institutions to immediately establish and maintain policies and procedures designed to guard against the possible improper or illegal use of "payable through" accounts. Also called "pass through" accounts or "pass by" accounts, these generally are checking accounts marketed to foreign banks that otherwise would not have the ability to offer their customers access to the U.S. banking system. The attached FDIC guidelines provide more information about these accounts as well as suggested internal controls and procedures....
This memo pertains to methodologies used in foreign banks to obtain access to monies for use in American banks.
In the case of Trump, the uniqueness of the Deutsche Bank records is that it is Russian oligarchs and NOT RUSSIAN BANKS that are providing the monies to Trump that will be accounted for and paid back through Deutsche Bank. Deutsche Bank is the only bank that carries this type of account for at least one American, namely Donald John Trump. That is a specific need by the US House Finance Committee to understand the mechanism of Deutsche Bank to allow monies from a Russian oligarch (private partner) to flow into an American's hands WHILE protecting that American from the leverage of the country of Russia to perform deeds that will compromise the USA national security.
Russian oligarchs are no different than any person of Russian citizenship, in that they are susceptible to the power demands of the country of Russia. It is very easy to make the delineation that when accepting loans from Russian oligarchs through Deutsche Bank is no different than accepting monies from Russia.
Then there is the real possibility that the Russian oligarch is simply a front for Russian government money.

Additionally, DBTCA had deep liabilities to the Russian government in 2013, according to the documents acquired by Forensic News. The documents show that financial entities in Russia were owed nearly $3 billion by the subsidiary in October 2013....
So, the information the House Finance Committee is looking for is unique and can only be satisfied by subpoenaing records belonging to Donald John Trump and making it illegal for any of this to exist in secret with leverage payable only by actions of a compromised federal official that happens to be president today.

American children and young people are not up for debate!
The Trump White House is lined with stupid people that do stupid things, like chronic lies and disregarding the words of Dr. Fauci. Enough of this. How does anyone believe we got to this horrible dynamic in the first place?
Trump has no power over the monies to schools, Congress does. I don't really see an entire budget being vetoed or not have enough to override a stupid veto. This is the most important decision the American people are going to make. The children are our future, they are our brain trust, the years ahead should be full of opportunity, enlightenment, and new goals to reach for. This is ridiculous to even conceptualize a debate about children. There is no debate. They are safe. Period. End of discussion.

This is so special.
I am fairly certain this is a huge conflict of interest and illegal in USA law. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley have made significant investments in China. Now, as China removes the democracy in Hong Kong, the big money guys are being given a piece of the action of NATIONALIZED GAS AND OIL by China.

Hong Kong - Top Chinese energy firms (click here) have mandated investment banks Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to act as advisers for multi-billion dollar deals transferring oil and gas pipeline assets into a national energy infrastructure giant, four sources said.
The word is MANDATED. In other words, China is telling these bankers they have to play by new rules or China will absorb their assets.
Overseen by a government vice premier, underlining the project’s importance for Beijing, Beijing aims to complete the asset transfers and start operation of the new entity - valued by industry analysts at more than $40 billion - by the end of September, oil industry officials said.
“The timetable is a moving target but the goal was to complete the (asset) merger by end of July,” one person with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
The timeline is a moving target is nonsense. It is propaganda. Get over it.
China announced in late 2019 that it would establish a National Oil and Gas Pipeline Company by combining pipelines, storage facilities and natural gas receiving terminals operated by China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC), China Petrochemical Corp (Sinopec Group) and China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC)....
That is right, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are now members of the Chinese National Government.
Advisors? Really? I want to see the spreadsheets on this one because if they are attaching themselves to the Chinese government they are in opposition to the national security of the USA.
...The new entity - also known as PipeChina - was conceived by Beijing to provide oil and gas producers neutral access to energy infrastructure, and in so doing boost non-state investment in exploration of oil and gas....
Non-state investment in nationalized gas and oil assets. China is taking the money to support it's gas and oil production with no loyalty to any of the non-state investors.
Hong Kong's incorporation into China's economy will result in losses to non-state investors. China has no loyalty to these banks. Demanding investment is not part of the deal with American companies. These actions by China brings American banks under the direct power of the Chinese national government.
China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC)
China Petrochemical Corp (Sinopec Group)
China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC)
They are no longer autonomous companies, hence, are owned by the government of China. Any investment in these companies will be transferred to the new Chinese entity. China is mandating the investment by these banks to ensure their cooperation.
The banks need to leave China and sue China for it's losses because of a surprise nationalization of their branches in China. It is going to be a long time before the banks will reclaim their assets, but, it is what it is.
The World Trade Organization will have to hear the case. China does not care. Don't think for one minute that the Chinese government is interested in the best interests of investors. That is foolishness. China is stomping Hong Kong. They aren't worried about details.

Hillsborough County, Fla.— The Florida Department of Health (DOH) (click here) has confirmed one Florida case infected with Naegleria fowleri in Hillsborough County. Naegleria fowleri is a microscopic single-celled living amoeba. The amoeba can cause a rare infection of the brain called primary amebic meningoencephalitis (PAM) that destroys brain tissue and is usually fatal. The amoeba is commonly found in warm freshwater such as lakes, rivers, ponds and canals.
Infections can happen when contaminated water enters the body through the nose. Once the amoeba enters the nose, it travels to the brain where it causes PAM. Infections usually occur when temperatures increase for prolonged periods of time, which results in higher water temperatures and lower water levels. The peak season for this amoeba is July, August and September. Naegleria fowleri is found in many warm freshwater lakes, ponds and rivers in the United States, but is more common in southern states. The low number of infections makes it difficult to know why a few people have been infected compared to the millions of other people that used the same or similar waters across the U.S....

There is example after example of reckless decisions that have resulted in disease and death by the virus.
DeVos is WRONG with absolutely no research to back her politically motivated statements.
Pence is also mimicking the negligent Trump message. Children do not belong in dangerous environments where they can be INFECTED with a virus. Absolutely ridiculous ranting by the Trump Administration.

The case of Carsyn Leigh Davis drew fierce backlash from critics, including a number of medical professionals, who condemned the actions taken by the teen’s family in the weeks before her death.
At just 17, (click here) Carsyn Leigh Davis had already experienced more challenges than most people face in their entire lives. From age 2, she battled a host of health issues, including cancer and a rare autoimmune disorder. But not once did Carsyn let the serious ailments get her down, her family said.
So when the high school student from Fort Myers, Fla., died last month after contracting the novel coronavirus, her death — which marked Lee County’s youngest virus-related fatality at the time — sent shock waves through the community. Touching tributes to Carsyn, often pictured smiling broadly, poured forth and thousands of dollars were donated to GoFundMe campaigns.
“Even through the ravages of Covid, fighting to breathe, she never once shed a tear, complained or expressed fear,” her mother, Carole Brunton Davis, wrote in a statement shared on one of the fundraising pages....

Pendelton - Weeks after President Trump (click here) demanded that America’s shuttered houses of worship be allowed to reopen, new outbreaks of the coronavirus are surging through churches across the country where services have resumed.
The virus has infiltrated Sunday sermons, meetings of ministers and Christian youth camps in Colorado and Missouri. It has struck churches that reopened cautiously with face masks and social distancing in the pews, as well as some that defied lockdowns and refused to heed new limits on numbers of worshipers.
Pastors and their families have tested positive, as have church ushers, front-door greeters and hundreds of churchgoers. In Texas, about 50 people contracted the virus after a pastor told congregants they could once again hug one another.

In Florida, a teenage girl died last month after attending a youth party at her church....
I think taking care of yourself in the presence of SARS-CoV-2 is absolutely necessary.
What comes to mind is the legislation invoked in the USA to protect victims of HIV and AIDS.
There were people seeking relationships, no matter how brief they may be, during the horizon of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Of course, HIV leads to AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) which at the time was debilitating leading to death. So, these happy-go-lucky forks needed to take their infectious status seriously. The American legislature criminalized the infection of unwitting people when their partner knowingly engaged in sexual transmission without regard for the safety of "the other." Those laws still stand today even though treatments are extremely successful. The laws still deter poor decision making by both partners and the infectious.
SARS-CoV-2 is a different virus than HIV (click here), but, due to the fact COVID-19 is dangerously debilitating and potentially deadly the comparison with HIV is correct. COVID-19, depending on the ability of a person to survive the infection then causes serious health considerations. SARS-CoV-2 is far more contagious than HIV because it is EASILY transmitted by droplet in common air space.
The press briefings often take place indoors with a strong potential to carry a droplet infection to everyone in the room. SARS-CoV-2 does not die after a person sneezes or coughs, but, continues to live in that air space. Therefore, in the absence of legislation that demands moral decisions regarding the protection of all others the BPA made the correct decision to file a lawsuit against a Brazilian president that does care about the safety of others. I would expect the courts to take the danger of SARS-CoV-2 seriously and decide in favor of the BPA and permanent protections in the press conferencing room(s).
If Bolsonaro is infectious he is not sequestering himself in a quarantine that would protect others while he fought the infection. He needs to test negative to SARS-CoV-2 before returning to public interactions including any such interaction with the Brazilian Press. It is my opinion his actions are deliberate and criminal.

The Brazilian Press Association (click here) has said it will file a lawsuit in Brazil's Supreme Court against President Jair Bolsonaro over possibly exposing members of the media to Covid-19, according to a statement from the association on Tuesday.
The association, known as ABI, alleged Bolsonaro did not respect the health safety distance from reporters, and took off his mask at Tuesday's televised press conference in the capital Brasília, where he announced that he had tested positive for Covid-19.
ABI's statement accuses Bolsonaro of endangering the lives of journalists who were present. "The country cannot watch continued behavior that is beyond irresponsible and constitutes clear crimes against public health, without reacting," said the association's president, Paulo Jeronimo de Souza....

It has been heartening to realize India has taken the aggression of China seriously and is preparing for their national defense.

I congratulate India for such a rapid response to a threat from China. There is a lot going on in Kashmir now as well. India needs to measure any weakness it it's military, especially that of munitions. It would be best if India had a country that believes in it's democracy to supply munitions at times like this. The USA is not the only country that can supply those munitions. There are countries belonging to NATO which could and would protect India's democracy while it continues to build in strength in the region.
Well done.

Male power (click here) and its brutal projection is the central theme of what is colloquially defined as chopsticks culture. Submission to the powerful with all its frills can still be observed in East and South East Asian societies, particularly the middle kingdom ruled now by Emperor Xi Jinping. It is very important to understand this culture to contextualize China’s aggression against India in Aksai Chin area, where according to former Indian PM Jawaharlal Nehru’s famous 1961 statement “not a blade of grass grows.”
For the average man in the world’s largest democracy, it may be difficult to fathom why Commander-in-Chief Xi would order his western theatre commander to march PLA in full strength up to Line of Actual Control and lose 30 years of bilateral ties in one surge of testosterone. After all, majority of the “China boys” in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)’s East Asia Division were enamoured with paramount leader Mao Zedong’s rather inane slogans and the art of reading tea leaves. The Indian Army still carried the legacy of 1962 on its shoulder till such time Colonel Santosh Babu of 16 Bihar shattered the myth in Galwan on June 15 evening. The Chinese penetration in Indian government particularly the telecom sector was and is humongous with its New Delhi Embassy routinely getting its side of the story out in the media. Why would a country ruin a $100 billion dollar economic relationship with a neighbour that has never interfered in its internal matters or even challenged its quest for global domination? Fact is, India has chosen to keep quiet despite knowing all machinations of Beijing in Nepal (where the Chinese Ambassador to Kathmandu is a de facto Viceroy), Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and in the happy kingdom of Bhutan....

Return to school?
I think what is becoming a matter of policy in some schools in the country is the idea "children are not competent in maintaining masks on their face."
The reality of "childhood" becomes starkly clear when thinking about a classroom of compliant children wearing face masks in any elementary school in the USA. That isn't going to happen.
Kindergarteners are getting used to school, their cubbies, and leaving the family for a period of time to buckle down and learn. 5-year-olds are busy singing and taking playground breaks. Most teachers are delighted with young students that take their lessons seriously as well as homework. There is just no way any rational adult not interested in an election result will expect young children to wear masks or comply with any other treatment regime, such as testing regularly.
How much is the USA willing to scar their young children in order to pretend there is no real virus that can attack?
When putting the pieces back together in the USA, there is no reason to pretend. This is a horrible situation the country finds itself. So, the idea behind making REALISTIC decisions for the education of American children is that students are not necessarily adults in their behavior, priorities, and willingness to be mature enough to comprehend the danger of SARS-CoV-2.
All the classrooms HAVE TO WEAR MASKS, otherwise, the safety behind this measure can be lost. Young children will never be that compliant. It is questionable that Junior High School students will also be compliant. And then when it comes to High School, ie: Spring Break. There are High School students now stating this is nothing to worry about and DO NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED by MORE RULES to protect their health.
Adults, school board members, parents, and teachers can make all kinds of decisions. They can make all kinds of elaborate plans. Good plans. Plans out of love for the children and older students, but, I guarantee you those plans will not hold up for grades less than ninth grade. And without sincere behavioral penalties the grades 9 through 12 will not be bothered by such a paradigm within their learning environment.
SARS-CoV-2 will interfere in the high school classroom and during the first grading period, don't expect the best grades from students. There will be behavioral problems and family will be called in to deal with that behavior. So, the transition of a High School that is SARS-CoV-2 proof will require education of the family as well as the students BEFORE school begins.
I don't expect much different from the 1st year/Freshman year of college. I would expect those Freshmen to be at risk for contracting the virus. They may be living off-campus and the school has no control over that environment. Then there are fraternities and sororities with risky behavior in their new member induction. What does anyone do about that?
The country had a primarily successful Spring semester throughout the country by sheltering at home. The idea that children will be "at-risk" as parents return to work isn't going to change if they are in classes during the day. As a matter of fact, if children are home for the virtual classroom, the parents will still feel the virus's presence and be more cautious than if the home has returned to more normalcy than not.
When decision-makers are planning for classrooms reopening, they have to consider behaviors that are REALISTIC for students and how danger could enter into the classroom because of NORMAL behavior. I don't care what grade it is or what year in college the students are engaged, the behavior of students could compromise the safety in the classroom and/or campus.
Teachers are people, too. They need as safe an environment as the children. They are not referees to insist on compliant behavior that is unrealistic. The demographics of the teacher pool must be assessed and older teachers should be allowed to retire early if their are schools reopening this fall.

Faced with a potential (click here) $6 billion price tag to repair and renovate existing state buildings and community colleges, North Carolina may need to consider a bond referendum to fix those buildings and help jump-start the state's economy, Lt. "A study is underway to look at all existing state facilities and their repair and renovation needs," Forest said. "We are looking at ways to drive efficiencies through facilities but there are numerous updates needed. It will be difficult to fund all necessary repairs through savings in the short term, so a bond referendum may be needed if it can be done without raising taxes."
Forest's comments were made at a March 15 meeting in Pinehurst of the AIA NC/CAGC Joint Committee (American Institute of Architects/Carolinas Associated General Contractors). About 35 architect and contractor representatives attended the meeting....

When is China going to deal with it's FILTH?
One of the reasons China came to the USA and purchased entire processing plants for pork and shipment to the homeland is because USA animals are not sick or carrying disease. The USA requires all kinds of vaccinations for animals in contact with people. The USA wildlife never carries the kind of diseases seen in China because there are wildlife managers that keep watch for any indication of disease. This is ridiculous from a country that wants to be a world leader and equal to First World nations.
...Vaccines contain antigens (click here) from viruses, bacteria, bacterial toxins, or parasites. They are given to pigs, usually by injection, to stimulate an immune response which will protect the pigs against later natural infection with the organism from which the vaccine was derived. Most stimulate both a humoral response and a cell-mediated response.
Vaccines can be live, containing living organisms which will multiply in the pig, or inactivated, containing only killed organisms which will not multiply in the pig.
In live vaccines the organisms has usually been attenuated (i.e. its virulence has been reduced) so that although it will multiply in the pig it will not normally cause any cause disease. Examples are the PRRS vaccine (although some may cause mild reactions), aujeszky's disease (pseudorabies) vaccines and classical swine fever vaccines....

Substitute Teacher demographics needs to be assessed.
Personally, I think it is going to be difficult to return children to a school building without a vaccine. My assessment of most rolls of substitute teachers is that they are retired and over the age of 65. There are going to be exceptions to that, but, a large number of substitute teachers would not be able to work without guarantees the schools are VIRUS FREE. The school systems, no matter private or public, have no right to demand substitute teachers to work regardless of any chance of infection.
I realize there are children "at risk" for other reasons then COVID-19, but, the virus is too dangerous to open schools without a guarantee of virus free environments. If children need remediation when they finally return to school, then that is the reality we all face. I don't know why an attempt to mitigate these issues are not being pursued. WHERE IS THE RESEARCH FROM OUR TEACHER MASTERS AND PhDS.
Perhaps school days need to be shifted to outdoor venues IN THE SUMMER MONTHS.

Trump lacks respect for the rule of law.
Trump has no respect for decency, humanity, or any cultural values of others. I don't think he values any culture at all, actually. He only values money. That is not a culture, it is a sickness.
This was an ancestral burial ground for these people. Big Oil didn't care they only wanted to pay money for a moron in the White House to sign papers that leveraged power.
This is only one example of how Trump simply bulldozed the law to make way for his friends' bottom line. How would Trump like it if the country decided to run an oil pipeline through the graveyard of his family?
The Army Corp. knows better than this. I have worked on projects where I submitted environmental assessments with the Army Corp. conducting the work. This is outrageous. I want to know what Trump did to undermine NEPA because the Corp. knows better than this. What astounds me is that the Army Corp. highly respects Native American rights when it comes to the land. Whatever caused the Corp. to ignore the law must have been substantial otherwise it wouldn't have happened.

A federal court ruled Monday (click here) that the Dakota Access Pipeline must shut down within 30 days, by Aug. 5, according to a copy of the brief obtained by USA Today.
The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia scrapped a key permit from the Army Corps of Engineers, and ordered the pipeline to end its three-year run of delivering oil out of North Dakota’s Bakken shale basin to its endpoint in Illinois. The decision marked the end of a yearslong legal battle over the Energy Transfer Partners-owned pipeline’s environmental damage to the Missouri River.
President Donald Trump granted the permit in 2017 over the objections of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and environmental activists, arguing oil spills could contaminate their water source and put their culture at risk.
The court ruled the pipeline be shut down pending a full environmental review ordered previously.
“The Corps had failed to produce an Environmental Impact Statement despite conditions that triggered such a requirement,” the court ruling said. “Although mindful of the disruption such a shutdown will cause, the Court now concludes that the answer is yes.”
“Given the seriousness of the Corps’ NEPA error, the impossibility of a simple fix, the fact that Dakota Access did assume much of its economic risk knowingly, and the potential harm each day the pipeline operates, the Court is forced to conclude that the flow of oil must cease,” the ruling said....
