That brings me to a separate subject. All this talk about asteroids and sun spots is nothing but anxiety over nothing.

NASA has a very and rather brilliant branch that tracks near Earth objects very successfully. Not only that but NASA has now proven it can interfere with path of asteroids and remove any chance there would be a collision with Earth. That technology needs to be expanded and possibly placed with The Space Force to be able to respond to such threats. Perhaps at the Johnson Space Center in Houston. Ya, know. Mission Control.

NASA is going to have to consider sea level rise in Florida and whether the Kennedy Space Center needs to relocate.

But, as to sunspots, that is what big balls of hydrogen do. They burn and erupt all sorts of stuff. NASA monitors that, too. They have the most sophisticated equipment possible. Recently NASA flew a craft extremely close to the sun. The Parker Solar Probe (click here).

All this scientific stuff has a purpose. The equipment are not simply toys. They tell our scientists information about the lay of the land so to speak of the conditions and safe habitation of Earth. So far we are doing okay with the exception of the climate crisis compliments of the petroleum industry, including methane.

NASA is a good and benevolent guardian of planet Earth. There is no private industry that can hold a candle to NASA’s remarkable accomplishments.

The courts are never a weapon.

This is what Americans should be concerned with, the way Trump characterized THE THIRD BRANCH of government.

There are separation of powers. The USA Constitution clearly establishes three branches of government. How completely brilliant was that by our founding fathers? 

1776 saw 13 colonies that wrote the Declaration of Independence when there were 2.5 million Americans spread across 13 states, then called colonies. The biggest hindrance to power then was a lack of speedy communication. 

So, when the USA Constitution was written in 1787 an independent president/executive branch was established as a centralized authority that could handle day to day decisions based in governance established by the legislature. It was brilliant. The legislature could debate, have committees, and come to conclusions as to laws needed to properly govern a democracy. Then as if a bonus to democracy there was one other provision, and courts were established to hash out details the executive and legislative branches didn’t consider. 

The courts are an ultimate democratic space within a representative form of government. It is where individuals within our democracy can find a sincere place to express their own realities in the presence of The Rule of Law. It was brilliant.

Now, Trump is having a hissy fit because he is ignorant to how this great country’s constitution impacts THREE branches of government. He is a racketeer. That is a fact. His ideology doesn’t allow for democracy only the allowance of subservience as if he were a king. He is not. The fact he lied to people in a closed loop of information on his own TV channel is his problem and not that of this democracy.

When Trump begins defaming people it brings an impact of violence. He wants violence to render democracy into subservience. It won’t happen. Any judge that believes they are receiving threats should by all means ask for bodyguards to secure their lives. File complaints of those threats to eliminate the danger through arrests, trials, and incarceration.

We have witnessed the effects of the hate Trump spews. It occurred on January 6, 2021 in a frenzy of violence that assaulted our Constitution. Every judge should be secure in their persons without exception. Democracy demands it. The smooth operation of rights under the USA Constitution demands it. There is no excuse for Trump spouting his lies and hate. The political campaign is over.

The idea he wants to shrink government because it costs too much is a joke. Having to add layers and layers of protection to officers of the court in order to secure our democracy is increasing the cost of government, not reducing it.

A few words about NASA.

NASA is a sovereign entity that has been around from before Musk was even born. 1958 to be exact.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration 

NASA does a lot more than Space Exploration. When President Kennedy announced the ambition of landing on the moon, the first astronauts were actually test pilots for military jets and planes. There is a reason every space mission by NASA has a pilot. It is the way this sovereign organization provides for continuity in its achievements. There is always someone ultimately responsible for the crew, ship, and their mission. 

I don’t have to discuss the accomplishments of this incredible organization, they make the USA proud. One of its achievements is actually a sacrifice that many wonder if it was a good sacrifice and that was encouraging private sector space companies. A portion of NASA’s budget goes to payment of private space companies to develop and be viable. Those monies leave NASA’s ability to move projects forward when there are cost overruns and there are always cost overruns. Why? Because it is always a developing science and NASA likes to retain their experienced employees for obvious reasons.

Elon Musk would like to do away with NASA and replace it with private space companies. That is a great folly. I remind, this administration is very fluid in it’s loyalty to the USA Constitution and our enemies would love to have the USA without a sovereign space/rocket program.

The USA must always have a sovereign program for national defense and exploring the frontier that is space.

Elon Musk is not a scientist. He is a businessman and his resume proves he is a successful businessman that frequently would involve his brother. Musk’s history is taking novel ideas and make money. He is successful at that. Now, in a change of ambitions yet again he is moving into politics and why? It would appear his current ambitions are about raiding the USA treasury. Never enough money for him, I suppose.

Elon Musk is not the Director of NASA. A very adept Director, Bill Nelson (click here) has been frivolously replaced by Janet Petro. We know nothing about her and her ability to lead. It isn’t like Former Director Nelson was asked for recommendations. I have a lot of questions about these frivolous changes to our government infrastructure and how our national security is impacted.

Does Petro know and favor, holding bias of Musk over our sovereign NASA? 

The USA cannot exist without a sovereign space program. The Space Force doesn’t come close to the role that NASA plays in our national defense. I don’t know what is going on administratively with such an abrupt replacement for Former Director Nelson, but, it can’t be good. Things are transpiring under the radar and our country may be less secure. 

NASA is NOT a business. It was never a business and as I have said before any President that has tried to treat space EXPLORATION as a business has killed astronauts and destroyed space ships. Exploration cannot be rushed.

It is highly unlikely any private space program can do what NASA does. The private industry has different dynamics and has to answer to stockholders. NASA does not. NASA sets priorities and moves on them. Their Mars Rover Program has provided return exponentially. The continued communication with the Voyagers is astounding providing information we could not even have dreamed of knowing, now in interstellar space.

There is no question as far as I am concerned; the USA is a great country spawned by ideas garnered from knowledge acquired from our great universities. This is our brain trust at work.

Let me state that again.

We did this. Our great country has gone from breaking the sound barrier to entering interstellar space. That is amazing. It would be very, very wrong to interrupt that success with an idea that private companies can do it so much better. They can’t by their very nature, they haven’t, and their mistakes are still frequent and problematic for OUR sovereign programs.

THE USA MUST NEVER DISSOLVE IT’S SOVEREIGN SPACE PROGRAM.

There needs to be an investigation as to why Director Nelson is no longer leading these magnificent professionals. The president should NEVER be allowed to weed through the ranks of our talent and decide who is a scientist best qualified to do a job. Never. There is never a president that talented.

Comedian Hegseth obviously is not the State Department. His idea that Ukrainians have sacrificed everything including some of their dearest citizen turned soldiers and now have to sacrifice their borders is an outrage.

The USA has providers extensive aid to Ukraine as a country that shares our values. It was and is the Ukrainians that love their country and fear invasion by Russia. The suffering of the Ukrainian people have sustained involves every age, social status, and gender.

There is a warrant for Vladimir Putin’s arrest at the ICC because of genocide which focused on children of that great country, Ukraine.

The USA is an ally in NATO. Poland has been gearing up for invasion by Russia. I am sure they are not alone. Besides that the refugee population in Poland is disproportionate to other countries. Poland has never complained or rejected one human being at its borders. It is unlike many in the USA that HATES the undocumented.

The USA can and should take example of the people of Ukraine when all the Trump administration can do is wave a white flag in surrender to Putin.

If Ukrainian’s legal minds examine contracts and any agreements while invoking humanitarian need, Trumps hideous ideas can be thwarted. 

If Ukraine falls, NATO will be next and the USA will have no alternative but to enter a war already lost by Russia.

Trump and Netanyahu justify their ethnic cleansing in the name of sovereignty, Bernie.

Netanyahu has his own definition of Israel as do many others in the war cabinet. It is one thing to clear the region of Hamas and its allies, quite another to ethnic cleanse a race of people.

Sovereignty is important. But, Israel is secure in its sovereignty. The USA is a part of that. I understand the fear of death and unless one is facing it there is a distant understanding of the war in Gaza.

I know Prime Minister Netanyahu wants every Israeli citizen safe. I know there is a rage within every member of the war cabinet spawned by hatred of Israel over the decades. I know there is a strong resentment in some, but not all, that Israel is being denied as the rightful sovereign of the holy sites. There is no doubt Israel loves and protects as much of these important lands as it can. That goes unchallenged. 

But, there comes a point in time when Israel needs to resolve the idea that every Palestinian hates Israel in the name of Hamas as their protector. It is not possible to remove every Palestinian from Earth in the name of ridding the world of Hamas.

After WWII Germany had to be rehabilitated to remove the “mind of Hitler/the Third Reich” from the people. Today Germany is a jewel of compassion and global leadership. It is wrong to not believe the same is possible of the Palestinian people.

Today, a delicate ceasefire is becoming unstable because of hatred and wildly stated politics. It would be adverse to Israel’s best outcome if it continues carnage and mistrust. There needs to be an end to every war. I believe this is the best Israel can achieve without being considered a global pariah. It is time to end this and stop the absurd talk of plutocrats.

Trump has no right to call for the end of the Gaza ceasefire especially in the aftermath of the Trump Palestinian Protocol calling for ethnic cleansing.

Taylor Swift should sue for defamation. Yes, personal lawsuits are allowed of USA presidents.

Career Criminal

Trump is in contempt of court along with his budget office staff under Russ Voight. Bought is too busy shutting down the Consumer Protection Bureau (click here) to even notice. I can’t help but believe this opens up Trump’s 34 count criminal convictions.

Once a criminal, always a criminal. They are in open violation of their oath of office, too.

Voight seems like a really weird guy. He says things like, “I want federal employees to be terrified (at the shuttering of the government).” And, I will be carrying my duties while being in touch with

Trump’s thought. Those are strange things to say. Voight is supposed to be administrating the budget according to the law, not Trump’s whims. Trump sends a budget to Congress and then Congress acts on it. Strange guy.

USA House Representative Al Green filed articles of impeachment against President Trump initiated due to the Trump Palestinian Protocol that clearly violates international law for ethnic cleansing. I think it is important Rep. Green filed the impeachment articles. It proves to the world the USA is alive and breathing fire. The criminality of the White House is very unfortunate. Trump continues to rack up criminal violations. The Republicans cannot look away as if it didn’t happen. That level of negligence is culpable activity by anyone involved in a cover-up in pretending none of it is important.

Law breaking is what is proposed by the Commander and Chief of the USA military. It matters.

This is complete stupidity.

It also affects our brain trust. This is the time of year when young people are looking for summer jobs that will start in May. This is the time of year when college students are applying for internships to begin to build competencies of their chosen profession. That summer work is vital and when it comes to college internships the federal government is a huge contributor.

When the federal government hires college interns they are getting some of the best minds in the country at dirt cheap prices. Every summer hiring season will see work getting done at all levels of competency because building an understanding of a lifetime position means doing what may not be defined as professional, no matter however practical.

This hiring freeze will impact our young people disproportionately and Congress needs to legislate to end it. Participation in placing an application on a job that was there yesterday, but gone today might be litigable. The trouble with asserting rights of young adults may mean they don’t have an allotment in their college budget for such necessary actions.

Congress is dropping the ball on this and Americans will be hurt by it. Being short staffed will effect tourism and safety within the park.

It is completely unforgivable there is an assault on the Undocumented which is used as a political toy to breed hate by order of King Trump.

Illegal immigration needs to be addressed by Congressional legislation which Former President Biden did so admirably. But, no, King Trump had plans for his campaign to build hate and drive unwitting Americans to the polls. It is so very, very obvious what transpired during the Biden administration that is nothing short of unethical, inhumane, and a complete offense to the oath Congresspersons took. Obvious beyond doubt the American federal government was Republicans tool to elections so the immigration reform bill was trashed unilaterally by Republicans. They should be ashamed to their abdication of our democracy.

There will be no more hate in this country going forward and the BEST outcomes to our citizens and allies is most important.

At the hand of Trump the country withers into disrepair with compromised national security while our government reeks of corruption.

Musk should be banned from any capacity in government for participating in that corruption and breeding criminality in the youngest of his followers.
