End fracking !

Fracking. (click here)

Horizontal Drilling.

It is all the same thing.

To the left is a diagram of horizontal drilling affiliated with fracking. Fracking isn't just the hole at the surface. The drilling goes down and makes a turn in absolutely any direction the drilling boss wants it to go. Of course, fracking, even it's tentacles, can't conduct it without the permission of the land or LAKE owners. The land above the minerals have the right to stop such reckless practices below lakes.

How many inland lakes are in the state of Michigan?

INLAND LAKES, excludes the Great Lakes. No clue?

I especially wanted to include these statistics in case the new "Lobbyist-Director" of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality wants to recount them, with a new and wetter definition for land.

Michgian has 45,199 lakes. That was forty-five, one hundred and ninty-nine lakes.

There is approximately one lake for every 10 acres in the State of Michigan. Now, how many fracking wells can be drilling in Michigan without endangering a lake?

The answer is NONE.

Then add to that the danger of drilling near any of the Great Lakes and there should be a moratorium on fracking!

Fracking is an ancient way of getting oil and gas out of the ground. Enough. Water is a precious commodity and Americans should covet and protect every drop in the country!
