North and South Korea is still on the map.

Marathon negotiations (click here) between North and South Korea dragged into a third day Monday, with the South demanding an apology and alleging unusual military activity from its northern neighbor.

The situation deteriorated earlier this month after land mines injured two South Korean soldiers. Seoul then began blasting propaganda from speakers along the border, followed by an apparent exchange of fire and North Korea saying Friday had entered a "quasi-state of war."...

When are negotiations going to result in a commitment by both sides in an treaty that will stand the test of time rather than the next nuclear test and brinkmanship?

Every time there are real threats by North Korea talks begin again. This is ridiculous. Sure the talks are important, but, they need to come up with a treaty that will end this disaster. Time has to be rolled back before the "Axis of Evil" speech, return humanitarian aid to the North Korean people, put the seals back on the nuclear program and sculpt hope for the North Korean people that have a realistic path forward.
