USA House Speaker Boner seems to think he can read. The question is 'Can He Think?"

It is easy to play golf.  The rules are all worked out for folks and it requires plenty of practice to acquire 'experties.'

UNFORTUNATELY, 'real governing' requries people to think and not just read.

This is Boner's second letter since the President has been out of the country and the first since he has returned.

...In a letter today, (click title to entry - thank you) Boehner asked the president how the Libyan leader would be removed from power if the UN resolution authorizing force against Qaddafi "makes clear that regime change is not part of" the international mission.

U.S. and allied aircraft and missiles attacked Libya on March 19 to impose a "no-fly" zone to blunt Qaddafi forces' ability to target civilians.

In a two-page letter to Obama, Boehner complained of 'conflicting messages from the administration" and coalition nations that has produced "a lack of clarity over the objectives of this mission."

The Ohio Republican asked a series of questions about the U.S. and allied military operation, saying the American people need to know "what our national security interests are, and how it fits into our overarching policy in the Middle East." Boehner said these concerns "point to a fundamental question: what is your hallmark for success in Libya?"...

IT  IS  CALLED  'THE  WILL  OF  THE PEOPLE,' not REGIME CHANGE.  The real reason Speaker Boner is having a difficult time 'dealing' with reality is because his criticism of the President is a slippery slope for HIS REGIME and they just can't seem to get a foothold.

Among the many MESSAGES Speaker Boner is sending out is the one that indicates he has been paying attention to what is transpiring in the Middle East.  This mess wasn't the work of the USA, it is a movement spawned by the people of the Middle East (northern Africa / Sahara Africa / NOT subsahara Africa) to be exact and the United Nations with its Security Council has decided that there needed to be an EMERGENCY measure with Libya to save lives.

Does saving lives mean anything to Speaker Boner, I am sincerely getting the idea it doesn't.

Does working with allies within an easily RECOGNIZABLE framework mean anything to Speaker Boner, because I am sincerely getting the idea 'he hasn't got a clue.'

...Ben Rhodes, a deputy national security adviser, issued a statement acknowledging that President Obama would like to see a democratic government in Libya, but explained that the aim of the U.S. military’s intervention there is not to enact regime change....

This statement by the Obama administration was in response to the first letter and two full days before the second.

I sincerely do not believe Speaker Boner or his Right Wing Ideologues can formulate an understanding to most any needs or COMMITMENTS by the USA at any level.  This is more of the same.

When will these DEFAMING questions by the Political Right Wing end and there will be CONSTRUCTIVE dialogue again?  After the next election as they are hoping to put majorities in the House, Senate and Executive Branch so they can completely destroy the governments at all levels in the USA.  I am wondering if indeed Speaker Boner and his extremists are planning REGIME CHANGE while destroying and disregarding the USA Constitution?  Probably.
