The Demolition of Zimbabwe

A combination satellite image released by Amnesty International shows the streets and houses of the Porta farm settlement in Zimbabwe in June 2002 (L), and overgrown in April 2006 (R). Picture.

Amnesty International is extrapolating from these pictures the incidence of change also reveals mass deaths to those that lived there before. I mean where did they go and who is being accountable for the displacement? There has to be a reporting to the area where the refugees would have gone. If there are deaths there has to be graves, incineration or both. Where are the ashes? Something. There has to be an accounting. No doubt some of the leadership will attribute it to HIV/AIDS. Then where was the treatment? The cry for help?

What goes on?
